Breakfast Buffet was a disorganized disaster. 8:45 AM: no forks, no plates, yogurt gone, fruit gone, no cups for juice, coffee empty, cheese empty, no bagels. 30 people in line for waffle makers, no seats available. Set up was horrible. Management needs to rethink set up and buy more plates, silverware, cups, and refill food when empty. Both mornings were crazy. Firepit was broken. Rooms and Lobby were clean. Front desk staff were kind.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Hotel staff was friendly. Easy location to see everything, go to the beach and find dinning places. Super clean. Very kid and dog friendly with pool , basketball, bbq, and outside firepit. Breakfast is included and they do an evening social with beer and wine. Would 100% come back to this hotel.

This stay was an absolute pleasure. It was a family trip. The rooms are so nice and spacious. There is a basketball court, grills, patio area, and a “heated pool”. The pool water was still cold so I don’t think that it was really heated but overall it was a great stay! The breakfast is great too, not just your average continental breakfast. 10/10 I will definitely be staying again.

Clean, very beautiful property, the rooms are genuinely homestyle on that it is apartment style. No shortcuts. The fitness room was top notch, peloton and high quality equipment. Such a great experience for us and our furry friends…highly highly recommend!

The location was fantastic: off the main busy area but close enough drive to the beach and other points of interest. It was a nice, quiet location that we would stay at again!

No one cleaned our room the whole time we were there and we were there four days I continuously let them know that our room smelled like dog urine they were booked so could not move me said that while we were out, they came in and cleaned the carpet, but the carpet was not clean and the odor was overwhelming I tried to ask for another room, but by the time they were able to give us another room our stay was over.

We enjoyed the stay so much. The location is close to everything by car. It’s located in a beautiful new development. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. And lastly…the BREAKFAST was great! I would definitely recommend and I plan on staying here again.

I have nothing but positive things to say for this hotel. It was spotless, from the lobby to the room and everything in between. The front staff were attentive, professional, and courteous - shout out to your agent from Memphis, TN! While the pool was cold when I visited, it didn't stop me from getting in - the pool area is really nice. Breakfast was attended to better than I've seen most restaurants... elevators quick & quiet. Rooms well stocked - and that bed... oh, how I miss that bed.

I liked the location if the property. It's off the main street which is private but convenient to get to the beaches etc. Breakfast was ok. Overall the building and facilities seemed clean but the room floor was filthy. Carpets are extremely dirty. My children's feet were literally black from walking barefooted for a short time. The beds were soft and worn out like springs would pop out of the mattresses.

Upon arrival the facility was very nice. The receptionist was very friendly. I checked in on a Friday. On Sunday I asked for someone to come empty the trash and bring more towels and washcloths. I was told to come get towels from the front desk and someone would be there to empty the trash however no one came. I woke up to use the restroom and there were roaches in the bathroom. (I have pictures and a video). I also attempted to empty the trash myself however there were roaches there as well!! I spoke to the receptionist about this and was supposed to be refunded one night stay. I see where the deposit has been refunded but not the one night stay. This facility is very nice however this experience with the cleanliness was horrible.

Breakfast was great. Just wish the pillows were different. The bed was not as comfortable as expected. The room was great and Breakfast was wonderful. Only wish the bed was different. The tv was set up on the side wall of the bed which meant you had to lay diagonally in bed to see it. Which was weird to me and not comfortable.

Very hot in hallway. Short staffed so no assistance without going down to desk. Very small suite, not suitable for more than 2 adults one child. Only one restroom inside the bedroom not in the main area. Vent fan broke in restroom and extremely loud.

The hotel was everything , from the apartment style room , to the breakfast this was definitely a memory !!! Also they have grills to be able to grill pool side ! We got the 1 bedroom studio suite and it was more than enough room for my family. Very clean and the kitchen had a stove , microwave and regular size fridge ! Can’t wait to go back .

The room and hotel is pretty nice. I had a King bed and a kitchen with a sofa in my room. Everything was nice except the bed was hard as the floor and I didn't get any sleep. You guys really need to update your mattresses. Food was doable.

The hotel is nice but the Front desk staff is rude. From check in to check out. I asked the night desk staff if we could have a late check out. Hi snapped at me and told me to ask in the morning. I asked when is the best time. He told me 7:30 am. At 7 am I asked for a late check out. I was told NO. I am a Hilton member but I guess that doesn’t mater. I don’t aske for a late check out to often but when I have I’ve never been denied. 😡

A couple of the hotel front desk staff were very rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Any question you asked them seemed like it absolutely was an inconvenience to them. Other then that hotel was nice, beds weren’t the most comfortable, cleaning staff was great.

The property was clean and amazing. However I’m not big on some of the front desk staff. Mrs. King was amazing and helped a lot. I was not a fan of Mrs. Kari. Someone came in our room twice and she told us well maybe you did not close the door all the way and for me if we didn’t use the top lock they could’ve came in our room. There was no compassion she offered to check our lock and the lock was fine the issue was someone who we described to her came into our room.I will not be coming back to this hotel. I’ve been to several hiltons and I’m a new member but never experienced this before.

My Family and I came here for a quick weekend trip prior to back to school and WE truly enjoyed our experience with this hotel. It’s clean, the staff is nice and breakfast was good. The only thing is this hotel is about 20 minutes from the beach and pier park, but the Zoo is about 5minutes. I def recommend this hotel.

I think the issue was more so the area and the type of guests, not the hotel staff. There were so many kids that were unattended at the pool so we could barely use the pool. Kids were loud and running through the hallways so it was difficult to relax. When I tried to use the gym, groups of kids would come in and take the equipment that was in use. The complimentary breakfast was a madhouse and so unclean- people don’t know how to form a line and the food was often cold.We ended up checking out the night before our checkout date because it was not relaxing or enjoyable.

I went from Texas to this place. It is excellent, me and my wife were surprised by how clean and new everything is, for the little I paid I felt like I was in a super luxurious hotel, I will definitely use this place on my next vacation, all the staff was very friendly , and the breakfast is excellent.

Extremely nice hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Publix Sports Park where our nephew was in a ball tourney. Easy communication through text or the front desk. Friendly staff. Excellent hot breakfast. I can't say enough good things about this place! We stayed here 2 nights this visit, and will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, newer hotel. We had very friendly experiences with the front desk, and on another occasion not so friendly. The breakfast is very bland. We only ate there twice during our 4 days stay. The waffles were great! They serve a strong coffee. Convenient laundry facility on the gtound floor. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and served us well. We did not have anyone come to clean our room during our stay. We actually had to stop housekeeping and ask them to take our trash and give us clean towles. They never entered the room. That was a bit disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again.

The room we stayed in was great. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise throughout the night. Unfortunately their elevator broke down so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get our luggage so we could check out. We also tried to take advantage of their included breakfast but everything was empty and there was a long line to make yourself a waffle as that was the only food available. It would have been beneficial if they had a couple of staff members that could monitor this area. I was told I would be given a $50 credit because of these issues but have not received it yet.
