Stop Looking, you found the place! Service top, breakfast in a restaurant, food great, rooms small, but contain all you need and smartly decorated. Staff is extraordinary, they are more then great. Located in a great and vibrating spot, the Hotel is ideal for a city trip. Easy footwalk to the north and south. Small gym available on 17th floor and some common area too. Try the Avo toast for breakfast! Coffee made with love!

I was intrigued by the concept of "sleep good and do good" so decided to try this. I LOVE this hotel and will come back! The aesthetics are amazing. Whoever designed the rooms knew about Feng Shui and energy-flow. The rooms are beautifully minimalist, with a super comfortable bed, high quality soap etc. TWO fabulous shower heads, and no sound of air conditioning. Plus a great restaurant with a terrace, lovely and helpful people at check-in, and a location that offers a safe and charming area or food and drink. Go out the hotel, turn left. At the corner turn right, go 1 block, turn left, go 1 block and then turn right for a street filled with cafes and bars of all types. I LOVE this hotel experience! And to know I was able to contribute to Guatemalan children is icing on the cake.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Well designed room with lovely balcony. The restaurant was stylish with a great view. Zone 4 was a fun area and it was easy to get to the airport and other areas.

Great location, 30 minutes or less depending on traffic from the airport. The hotel has its own restaurant open from 7 am to 10 pm with indoor and outdoor dining. There are several other restaurants walking distance from the hotel. I love that the hotel supports a good cause in assisting children to receive an education. The staff was also quite friendly.

We only stayed here for one night before heading to Antigua and it was the perfect location to do so. The rooms are chic and the bed is comfortable. The hotel as a whole is very aesthetically pleasing and the rooftop/restaurant was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, a really great night sleep after arriving super late. Shops and restaurants in the area make it an easy transit hotel for pre or post flight.

Absolutely love this hotel! It's in a super safe area surrounded by incredible restaurants including the one they have on the 7th floor. Easily walkable area. Super eco friendly! They donate profits educate Guatamalan children and offer opportunities for the staff to train and receive career options. Staff at check-in give you an app for local things to do. Don't miss the bar restaurant here either. Excellent in room coffee.

Pero estuve dos dias, no iba el aire acondicionado, se estropeó el ascensor conmigo dentro, se fue la luz un par de veces, y el agua caliente….. ademas, en recepción hay diversidad de amabilidad. Dos personas muy amables, normales, y otros dos parece que se molestan si les hablas…. En el restaurante INMEJORABLE. El trato, la estancia, la comida, la bebida, un 10.

We enjoyed our stayed here, it wasn’t anything special. The room was cozy but felt tight and small. There is no closet so tap people moving around the room with luggage’s was a bit congested. There is no TV if you’re one of those that likes to watch entertainment. The balcony was pretty relaxing but nothing really to view from it. My wife hated that there wasn’t a door on the shower as the water kept wetting up there for even with the floor towel. There isn’t much sink/counter space to put anything. Overall the hotel was nice and clean, friendly start, bed we l was firm and comfortable to us, walking distance to all the restaurants close by, close to the airport and a parking garage.

The staff here are absolutely excellent, and they go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. However, the walls of the small units are quite thin, and you will definitely hear the neighbors. I also appreciated the flavor of the dishes at the restaurant, although the portions were very small. Thankfully, this is one of the few hotels in a zone where you can walk to stuff nearby.

Good choice overall. Had to check in a little late, and they were cool with it . The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, and offered multiple towels, shampoo, body wash, and even a hairdryer. You are welcomed with some water and some coffee which you can prepare yourself. The balcony ( which you have to choose that room ) is pretty good. You have a nice view, and overall, it felt like the right choice, price, safety, and comfortability were great. I stayed there for 2 days and there's a restaurant right beside the rooms (BACAN), it was really nice , but really expensive, paid 4 dollars for a bottle of water , wich outside you can find it for a 4th part of that price , it is really convenient, but pricy. I asked the locals, and they said it was a safe area, plus you have another restaurant right besides reception ( wich i didn't notice) and a shopping center right at the corner.

We had a great stay at Good Hotel. The room was very small but a super efficient use of the space and just what we needed for one night in Guatemala City. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, and the area around the hotel is walkable with lots of shops, cafes and street art. Would stay again!

Clean rooms, quite small, but with several nice design touches. We were excited to stay here, but unfortunately the wifi did not work in our room, which was a surprising service lapse for a hotel of this price and seeming design focus.

This hotel is very nice, the room wasnt that big but it was very elegant. There's no TV, radio, or refrigerator. There is water, a water heater for tea and coffee available for guests. The view was beautiful. And staff was very polite and helpful. The communication with the front desk is through whatsapp.

We were staying here for 1 night. The hotel let us keep our luggage here for 2 nights prior our stay as we flew to Flores to see Tikal and did not want to take all of our luggage. It was safe and the staff were so friendly. The room was very stylish and cool. Very quiet and comfortable.

This property was really nice. It’s in zone 4 which is the art’s district. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. It’s a great area to stay and safe to walk around in. It’s also only about a 20 minute drive to the airport, so it’s perfect for staying prior to travel.

La habitación impecable con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento si requeríamos cambio de toallas, limpieza o cualquier cosa. Es pequeña pero lo necesario para dos personas, moderna. Tiene un restaurante muy bueno. La respuesta es muy rápida por WhatsApp y atentos a lo que necesiten.
