He reservado hotel con aparcamiento. Resulta que me presenté en el hotel y el recepcionista me dijo que no hay parking porque las plazas son muy pequeñas y tampoco puedo dejar el coche en las plazas que hay en frente del hotel . Pregunte a donde puedo dejar el coche y me dijo que por la calle pero hay que pagar. Le dije que si y le pedí ayuda por que no se una palabra de hungaro para leer las instrucciones de la máquina expendedora de tiques de parking y que me cambié 5 o 10 euros en moneda local para pagar. Me dijo que el hotel no ofrece el servicio de cambio de moneda y que el tampoco me puede cambiar con lo cual me quedé sin nada de ayuda. Ademas de esto en la información del hotel he leido que hablaban español y que tengan parking,pero nada, por esto elegi el hotel.La limpieza esta muy bien y la habitación muy amplia pero el personal es nota 1. Muy bordes y muy pocos profesionales. Esta gente no tiene que trabajar en la hostelería. Es una pena porque el hotel esta muy bien y bien situado! Todo lo que preguntaba yo le molestaba a este hombre y se ponia aun mas borde. No recomiendo a nadie que pase por aquí salvo que no despiden a esta gente y emplean personal por lo menos mas amable !

Bellissima struttura moderna in stile elegante con tutti i migliori confort e personale cortese e premuroso. Molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole la Junior suite con tutto ciò che serve per un relax dopo le giornate trascorse a visitare Budapest. Colazione a buffet ottima e abbondante in una sala elegante e accogliente. Degno di nota il parcheggio riservato interrato con ascensore per l’auto. Da consigliare in toto per un soggiorno a Budapest; certamente il mio hotel se dovessi tornare a far visita alla città

Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Shame the restaurant was closed.

O único problema que tivemos foi com o estacionamento, perdemos muito tempo, e colo chegamos tarde, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua, e tomamos duas muitas, por falta de consideração e boa vontade da recepção.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel in it self is fine, but would not stay here again. There was a sewer smell in the rooms and all over the hotel. The AC did not work, so it was really hot in the room at night. We had the window open, but the smell of smoke came from people smoking outside. We complained, and were told we were going to get a much better room. We were given the room next door.. Didn't know if this was a joke. Breakfast was ok. A lot of sweet options. Would be better with other things. Cleaning lady at breakfast cleaned the chair with the same cloth used to clean table maths.

From arrival to departure the staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and ultra comfortable and a short walk from the main city centre but far enough away to be quieter Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was excellent value for money

The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. A very good breakfast with quite a lot of choice. Our flight was early on the last day so we would have missed breakfast. The dining room staff said we could take a packed lunch and we collected it at 0630 in the morning. That is a great thing to have. Thank you. The staff were really helpful too.

Brilliant hotel. The reception staff are immensely friendly and helpful and always greeted guests on arrival and return to the property. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a good range of sweet and savoury options with hot/cold food available. Location is perfect, located a 2 minute walk from Oktogon metro station/tram stops. Major attractions are quickly accessible. Plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby too. Highly recommended to anybody visiting Budapest.

Struttura moderna a due passi dall’Oktogon , camere con materiasso King Size e cuscini davvero comodi. Riscaldamento nelle camere troppo elevato che si può ovviare raffreddandole con il termostato manuale . Gli ultimi due giorni il bagno iniziava a puzzare di fogna , ma abbiamo letto dalle altre review che probabilmente non è un caso. I taxi offerti dall’ Hotel sono più costosi ma di qualità migliori rispetto ai Bolt taxi presenti in città . Infine , un barista ci ha fatto pagare due filtri di camomille ( intendo proprio gli infusi) circa 6€. Dovevano andare gratis nel kit di ogni stanza , ma probabilmente aveva bisogno di arrotondare 😂 Tutto sommato una buona valutazione

Super hotel das sehr sauber ist und eine gute Lage hat. Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich gross und die Betten sind riesig und sehr bequem. Highlight war die Dusche da man den Duschkopf und die Regendusche gleichzeitig laufen lassen kann. Man kann gut mit seinem Partner gleichzeitig duschen und somit auch Wasser sparen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt! Fast wie Zuhause.

Awesome hotel! Great hotel with nice amenities at an affordable price. The room was well decorated, modern and clean. The only thing the rooms are missing is a nice rug under the bed. Feels a little empty without a rug. Apart from that, my stay was excellent. Could not ask for more.

Decently located and nice room, but not up to the normal Eurostars high standards. The air condition was barely functional. First room was just hot, moved to a second room, started off ok, but then got hot, third room was not quite as bad, but the clearly weak hotel wide air con was just not conducive to a good night sleep, and it was 32C during the day, which is pretty common in the summer. Excellent shower, which was needed given the hot room.

Me dijo que el hotel no ofrece el servicio de cambio de moneda y que el tampoco me puede cambiar con lo cual me quedé sin nada de ayuda. Ademas de esto en la información del hotel he leido que hablaban español y que tengan parking,pero nada, por esto elegi el hotel.La limpieza esta muy bien y la habitación muy amplia pero el personal es nota 1. Muy bordes y muy pocos profesionales. Esta gente no tiene que trabajar en la hostelería. Es una pena porque el hotel esta muy bien y bien situado! Todo lo que preguntaba yo le molestaba a este hombre y se ponia aun mas borde. No recomiendo a nadie que pase por aquí salvo que no despiden a esta gente y emplean personal por lo menos mas amable !

The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. A very good breakfast with quite a lot of choice. Our flight was early on the last day so we would have missed breakfast. The dining room staff said we could take a packed lunch and we collected it at 0630 in the morning. That is a great thing to have. Thank you. The staff were really helpful too.

Brilliant hotel. The reception staff are immensely friendly and helpful and always greeted guests on arrival and return to the property. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a good range of sweet and savoury options with hot/cold food available. Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Ursprünglich war das Ambassador nur ein Ersatzhotel, wir wurden aber definitiv nicht enttäuscht und waren mit der Wahl sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe einer Metro-, Tram- und Bußstation. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel in it self is fine, but would not stay here again. There was a sewer smell in the rooms and all over the hotel. The AC did not work, so it was really hot in the room at night. We had the window open, but the smell of smoke came from people smoking outside. We complained, and were told we were going to get a much better room. We were given the room next door.. Didn't know if this was a joke. Breakfast was ok. A lot of sweet options. Would be better with other things. Cleaning lady at breakfast cleaned the chair with the same cloth used to clean table maths.

It’s bery central even though it doesn’t look like it on the map!! Just 10-15 min walk away from Opera and St Stephan Basilica. I’m a solo female traveler, and for me it was important to stay at in a safe neighbourhood and easy access to public transportation. There are several public transportation options within 3-5 min, and the neighbourhood is actually in the embassy area. And the street just behind the hotel offers a variety of cuisines, so you don’t have to go to the centre just to eat good food. I felt very safe and the room is clean and modern. I didn’t ask for amenities, but it is available if you ask the reception. Would stay again!

The hotel is in a good location for transit- close to Octagon. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with modern amenities- great shower. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the less than enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. They were fine- but not welcoming or enthusiastic to make your stay special. Overall a really good hotel at a moderate price point. Would recommend for sure.
