Pour ce qui est du parking lors d’un voyage on avais parler à un personne au téléphone pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement du parking quand on laisse le véhicule puis sa a été un tout autre discours par la personne a la réception vraiment décevant !!!! The building was dated, but the room was nice and included a fridge and microwave. It was comfy and quiet. There was very little space on the bathroom vanity for toiletries.The pool was under repair so unavailable for use, but we were charged extra to park our car.

I booked this hotel 20 minutes outside of town because it had a swimming pool (they use it in their cover photo). Upon arrival I was told the pool is closed. Since there are many nice hotels in the same price range in beautiful central Montreal, the only thing that could make this hotel worth being on the outskirts of the city is if you wanted it closer to the airport or in my case, wanted the pool. So that was a big disappointment to not be notified by the hotel. If you dig into the description it did say the pool was being renovated, but that completion, according to them should have happened two weeks before our arrival. No apology was given. I feel even if they had given a beverage voucher or a restaurant discount that would have felt much more professional. Speaking of the restaurant, we paid $81 for 2 simple salads, 1 order of fries and 2 beverages. Earlier that day we had a similar meal, of higher quality and better tasting, in beautiful central Montreal and it was half that price. Lastly, our room had an unpleasant odor. So, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The inside of the rooms was dirty. Lots of hairs and dirt around the bathroom floor etc. WiFi kept dropping. This is a 2 star hotel right now. Big renovations in lobby. I would never stay here again ! I considered booking another hotel and leaving but had to catch a 6 am flight the next day so just stayed here anyway. Terrible hotel right now.

I had worst experience in this hotel in my life. I had to change 3 rooms in my two night stay. Hidden parking charges - I booked through Expedia. I booked here because It offered me free parking. But the receptionist said I need to pay $15 per night. I agreed because there is no information about parking in my itinerary. First Room ⁃ Toilet wasn’t working (called maintenance 3 times, they only switched our room after we requested it) ⁃ Unable to connect to WiFi ⁃ Towel had neon yellow stains on it Second Room ⁃ Smaller than first room ⁃ Dirty floor ⁃ Fingernail on nightstand ⁃ Some of the lights didn’t work ⁃ Sink wouldn’t drain Third Room ⁃ Bathroom lock didn’t work ⁃ Some of the lights didn’t work ⁃ Extra sticky floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned (used a towel to mop, towel looked black after) ⁃ Residue on countertops (including yellow substance) The surrounding of the hotel is dirty especially in the back side. My recommendation.. do not spend about $200 per night plus parking in this hotel. This hotel is a mess.

First of all, we had two hotel rooms at opposite ends of the hallway so this is a review of both of our rooms. The rooms are renovated but the cleanliness was not there. When we arrived at the hotel we immediately noticed dirt in the shower floors of one of our rooms. Usually shower floors are smooth but it seems like they painted the shower floors or that it is textured which would hold onto dirt more. They did not sweep/vacuum the floors in both rooms, so in the visible corners of our room there was dust and build up. We told front desk for more housekeeping, it was not done. Both bathroom doors would get stuck because of the poor paint job. The door to both of our hotel rooms would not close all the way, you'd have to really pull or push to make sure it did because if you closed the door, the door would pop back open. We noticed when walking down the hallways, many room doors were like this. We picked this hotel for the pool and the first time we arrived at the pool, the "monitor" of the pool was on his phone when he should have tidied up. As we walked around the pool to the pool chairs, there was a pile of hair on the floor, food wrappers by the pool drain, the bottom of the pool looked like it was peeling, the pool toys/life jackets scattered around and inside the pool you can see dirt and hair floating. We told the front desk and they cleaned around the pool but not the water. The splash pad area has long dried up grass growing. Staff is respectful but much isn't done.

Spacious and quiet room with a very comfortable King bed. The hotel has obviously received a major facelift, as the rooms seem new, stylish and very contemporary. The only complaint is that the phone to call reception didn't work - a minor concern. The free shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and reliable, and the hotel wifi was fast and stable. All round, a great stay.

My colleague and I were booked in 2 rooms for 2 nights. On the second night, a wedding celwbration was booked for the banquet room. The DJ had the music cranked until nearly 1:30am below us. Our rooms faced the atrium and the doors between the banquet room and the atrium were wide open. Staff did NOTHING to alleviate the situation, such as relocating us to rooms far from the noise. Drunks were yelling and partying in the hallways and atrium until nearly 3:00am. Who on staff was stupid enough to book us and many others into rooms right above / beside a wedding celebration? Worst hotel experience of our lives. Truly terrible

The shuttle service needs improvement. When you arrive at the airport, where do you go to get the Radisson shuttle? It turns out it's on the Departures level, door 8. Why not include that information either on your website or in the reservation email? Instead, I had to call the hotel to find this out, and the phone wasn't answered for 2 calls. In the end it took me 40 minutes to get on the shuttle, and the hotel is a 7-minute drive from the airport. I think this hotel should either reduce the nightly price by the amount of an Uber to the hotel (just give up on having a shuttle service) or commit to having a convenient shuttle service.

Everything was great other than the service. The staff was pretty nice but they gave us chips for a room already occupied not once but twice! It took us 30 minutes too get a free room after our tiring trip even tho there were plenty! Not necessarily the staff's fault but their system sould be upgraded. Otherwise, the final room was clean and nice.

I stayed one night at the Radisson Montreal Airport for a short layover. My flight arrived late at night and I had an early morning departure. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Terrt, was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for a short rest. One suggestion for improvement: the signage from the reception to the rooms (and vice versa) could be clearer, especially given the large size of the hotel. The service at the hotel was not up to the mark. We were three guests per room however the toiletries provided were not enough per day and the stock of toiletries were also not updated from time to time. We did not have towels in the room when we checked in. We had to reach out for every basic thing that was expected to be available on check in. The hotel rooms are made well with good quality materials, however the hospitality is not up to the mark.

There were bugs coming out from our tv/wood wall. We ordered pizza delivery and we put it down on the counter and the bugs got into our food. Needless to say we were unable to eat our food! Even front desk staff are aware of this problem! Nothing is close by the hotel. The 1 restaurant they have is only open 5pm-11pm. The buffet they offer is only for breakfast. The only saving grace for this hotel was 2 staff members Roger from the restaurant and Alex at front desk were amazing!

The property is clean..but a scope of lot of improvement. The swimming pool was under maintenance, the couches near the pool area were dirty, no soap holders in shower, no water bottles given on check in, breakfast was very average with not even a small milk carton (150ml) allowed to be taken to room for child. There was no room cleaning done in 2 days. The front desk staff very polite but lack a lot of customer service skills. Felt they were disinterested in their job with an exception of one nice girl.

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was pricey, but food was very good. The pool was extremely warm, and there's a lifeguard on duty. The property is being renovated, and desperately needs the upgrade. The main areas were quite dirty and disheveled. The games room is a bit of a joke. There's no store, only a couple of vending machines for snacks. The courtyard is in disarray.The bar and restaurant close quite early, so it's very quiet after 10:00pm. The suite didnt have any dishes or cutlery, and staff were unable to provide a couple of wine glasses when requested, so we drank our bottle of wine from plastic cups. Some of the other guests made me uncomfortable, as they were lingering around, trying to buy drugs. All in all, very cool property, but it was far from being a luxurious experience.

First, I was very disappointed that the pool was closed, as I booked this hotel specifically because it has a pool. Second, there was no restaurant open during the day, and the buffet breakfast was too expensive for the quality. Not good! Worse yet is that there is no other option, the buffet is the only obligatory option. Third, at the price of a room, that breakfast should be included, in my opinion. Fourth, There was an ugly plastic covering the window, very bad. On a positive note, the staff is very nice, professional and helpful, and so is the shuttle driver.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The toilet seat was loose and unsafe to sit on. With three people staying in the room, only one towels on the room had to ask repeatedly for additional towels and face cloth. A lot of the rooms were under renovation, so the hallways were cluttered with construction materials. It’s advertised as breakfast is available but no where did it say “for a cost”. Very poor communication among staff with several deliveries of towels after request.

For the price they should include some kind of breakfast. Even a muffin would have been nice. The only thing they seem to have is a $20 buffet. I had to walk 15mins to a subway for a breakfast sandwich.
