This place is completely HORRIBLE! Stains on the carpet, no blankets, dirty sheets, the door DIDN'T LOCK, there was NO INTERNET. If you have ever seen a bad movie where shady things go down, this place looks EXACTLY like that. Please look at the reviews on CHOICE HOTELS and you will find the same as I am writing. DO NOT STAY. I left - couldn't stay and they charged my card and REFUSED A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T STAY!! Hotel next door indicated that they use this hotel for locals to stay. I believe this is where the homeless stay when a charity pays for a hotel for them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

The parking lot is like a lunar landscape with all the giant potholes. Our cards didn’t work in our door so the maintenance guy (who was very nice) came and unlocked it for us and told us if it did it again, we could just climb through the window. Ummmm…..no. This place was scary. I would NOT recommend.

There were no towels, washcloths until we asked for them. The parking lot has huge potholes and alley garbage. Somehow we understood that there was a breakfast available - not so. Go to McDonald's next door. That's fine, except don't advertise that you have continental breakfast when you don't.

Rooms were okay but parking lot was horrible. Ileft to get food and when i came back, I turned in to what I believed was an entrance to the parking lot, well it was a full curb and actually tore a piece off my car. I spoke to owner and got no real answers. I will never stay again nor will i recommend it.

The only positive aspect of this place is its proximity to a couple of food options within walking distance. The room I was given was incredibly small, with horrible paint and wall decor. The closet was about 15 inches wide, the fridge didn't work, and there was no internet access due to the room's location (#32). The staff consisted of one person handling both check-ins and cleaning. The coffee was stone cold, indicating it had been sitting for hours. I was surprising to see the owner and her daughter arrive at check-out in a brand-new imported car while their business is literally falling apart. Figures where the money is going? Not cheap for what it was, honestly.

Upon arrival I was informed that there would be no TV in the room. The room was freezing cold and my daughter had to do maintenance on it to get it to hear the room. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room and the drain in the flaking bathtub looked like someone had dumped their ash tray in it. The only good thing was that the mattresses were comfortable. We left immediately upon waking in the morning.

The location is very easy, right off the highway. The hotel is very old and in need of much renovation. the room was clean, but smelled really badly. The TVs don’t work right, even though they are brand new, and nobody could tell us how to run them properly. Lots of good nearby. Staff was very friendly and tried to be lots of help to us.

My overall stay was great. Only thing is very obvious that the room foor had been kicked in before. Snd didnt close right unless useing the dead bolt. Felt a little unease about that. And the bathroom so cold. Take a hot shower step out and freeze.

Beds had hair on them. The ceiling was cracked and chipping away. Bathroom fixtures unsteady. Mold in caulking in bathtub. Room next to us had 2 young children and loud parents. All up around 4:30-5am and extremely loud. No trash cans or toilet paper. Very lacking and disappointing.

I booked on Expedia, and when I arrived the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $40 per night fee for my pets. This was NOT advertised on their listing. I complained, and the lady cancelled my reservation but did not inform Expedia properly, so I got charged $90 for a room I never stayed in and Expedia has not responded in over 2 weeks now. Besides all this, the hotel was the sketchiest and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, which is saying a lot because I usually stay at cheap and dumpy two-star hotels to save money. But this one was a step beyond. AND their pictures make it look clean and beautiful. False advertising.

The hotel has not been well kept. The room smelled like they tried to mask a smokers room with deoderizer. It took 20 minutes and a number of calls to different numbers to finally get someone that could check me in.

I guess you get what you pay for. The staff was not very accommodating. To get clean towels and linens was like an act of congress. Was there for 8 days and had to ask for a room clean. The parking lot environment was sketchy. Definitely not on the list to stay again
