We had an awesome stay! The gathering area in the lobby, water container available at the front desk, fruit ++ at breakfast, top notch staff, clean rooms, nice towels, and more made this hotel well above others we have stayed at. Well worth the few extra $$ to stay here.

Every hotel staff person we encountered was kind diligent. The building was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room temperature was comfortable and the heating and cooling functioned well. There were no artificial fragrances in the building. The breakfast options were very nice. It was such a calm nice stay that I wondered if it was the best kept secret in Rochester. There are lots of shops, a large grocery store, and a nice city park nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and people coming to Rochester for business or medical care.

This hotel was hands down one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff) were all kind and welcoming. Hotel caters to Mayo patients and family and they do an exceptional job. Staff is very friendly, Mayo shuttle is available, breakfast hours are 5:30am-9:30am. The staff accommodated us with a later checkout that allowed us to rest very comfortably between appointments.

I was impressed with the condition of the interior. Everything looked new, hallway and room carpet was cushy and cleanliness was top notch. I loved the decor. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet had a nice variety with healthy options.

Garbage in hallway was overflowing and not picked up on weekend. Had to switch room due to husband being at St Mary’s Hospital longer than expected. Asked if I could leave suitcase at office and was told that someone on staff would deliver to my room. After long day at hospital it wasn’t delivered. Minor but disappointing.
