Clean comfortable hotel with the standard complimentary breakfast. Priced right and near plenty of restaurants. Only downside was there was no airport shuttle.

Breakfast was amazing. Great location and great staff. They do have shuttles to the cruise port and we were able to get a shuttle back to the hotel as well.

Our room spacious and clean! Breakfast was very good! The pool was closed,was not happy! The internet sucks in the rooms,had to go to join others in the lobby area if you want internet! I wouls look for a different hotel next time in Miami!

We liked the room though the air conditioner and fan are very loud. The elevator is extremely slow for a six story hotel. This should be replaced.

Jacuzzi doesn’t work a lot of times

Gym, pool and breakfast were great.

The shuttle service needs to be more organized or you need to inform people they must answer phone call from strange number. We had to pay a $10 deposit for shuttle and because the shuttle came 30 minutes early and left before we made it down literally 15 min early like supposed to we missed this shuttle because they tried calling our room phone which did NOT work. So because they were early and we were ON TIME we missed our shuttle and they won’t refund our $10 deposit which is extremely crappy. I only picked this hotel for hot tub and shuttle service and the hot tub was out of service and shuttle experience was terrible. Would of been nice to atleast get breakfast but that closes at 9 am which is WAY too early. Won’t stay here again.

Parking is difficult

The hotel has easy access and is conveniently located near major highways, which is a positive point. I chose to stay a bit outside the city center expecting a quieter and more peaceful experience, but it is directly under a flight path — planes pass right over it, making it quite noisy. Also, the windows are not transparent glass, which makes the room feel darker and less pleasant. When I arrived, the room was already poorly cleaned, with clear signs it had been closed for days — even flyers were still under the door. I stayed for three nights, and not once did they clean or make up the room, even though I asked at the reception each morning. Breakfast had very few options, ranging from mediocre to poor, and the coffee was always lukewarm. Overall, it was disappointing in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service, despite its convenient location.

The room was not the best. It need to be deep cleaned. The floors where dirty. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Sheets had stains on them.

Rooms were dirty. Trash/candy under bed. Tv didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken.

The staff is very kind. There was stains on my bed. There was a bunch of trash underneath the bed, and not far underneath the bed just at the edge. The bathtub had a whole bunch of chips that looks like they were just painted over. There was mold. There was hair on things. It's loud you can hear the airplanes. There was a fire alarm drill going on. They said they give us notice but they didn't.

They should be more carefully with the cleaning, something felt behind the nightstand and I found so many garbage and a small cockroach

Perfect service, good place, but the bathroom wasn't clean, there was scattered shaved hair and the toilet was dirty. And the bed linings don't smell good, but there is plenty of space the room and the hygiene products are Dove this is very good

On my recent trips to the Miami area, I have preferred La Quinta Inn hotels because they offer excellent prices in good locations and have nice rooms. However, on this last occasion, I noticed significant declines in the facilities and room cleanliness. Upon arriving in the room, I initially thought it looked clean, but at night, cockroaches appeared. When I checked under the beds, I discovered dust and trash that had accumulated for weeks. Additionally, daily cleaning is not performed, and guests need to request it at the reception. When I inquired about this, I was told it was a policy dating back to the pandemic. This didn’t make much sense to me, especially since I wasn’t informed upon arrival, and cleaning was only done on the third day. Another observation I have is that my request for an accessible room was not taken into account. I had requested this when making the reservation through Expedia. Instead, I received a room on the fifth floor without a disabled-friendly bathroom and far from the elevators. As for breakfast, it seemed appropriate, so I would give a good rating in that regard."

The bathroom was dirty, including the toilet and the floor. The AC was very loud, and the beds made a lot of noise too. The elevators looked dirty. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

We found a cockroach in the hotel room and mold in the fridge so we asked to switch rooms. In the new room there were 2 baby cockroaches and that fridge also had mold in it.

Room phone did not work. TV did not work.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great as well. My only issue is that the wifi was constantly dropping from my room. I had to go to the lobby to get a decent connection.

Great stay, spacious and clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, onsite parking and a pool, free breakfast and also close to many stores, food places, restaurants and bars as well as beaches and other activities.

No internet during the whole stay of 4 days, terrible to be able to work from the hotel.

The only reason this hotel is this price is because it's right next to the airport. It's a decent hotel. The room was clean. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the AC definitely wasn't working well. I prefer having it colder in the room so I set the AC to 65 and I frequently would feel slightly warm in the room despite the AC setting. Also the shower water pressure was poor and wasn't really a satisfying experience.

Front desk was very unprofessional

They put a hold on my card that was not suppose to be there. They double the hold.

They remodeled the lobby and it is really nice. I always stay here before our cruises. Shirley at the front desk is great.

This hotel made my experience terrible it was not very clean and the bathroom and ceilings need an upgraded. The real kicker was the hotel's nickel-and-diming policy. It seemed like they were looking for every opportunity to charge me extra. I received packages during my stay, and before I could even retrieve it from the front desk, they had already collected it and slapped me with a hefty "package handling fee." I was shocked and frustrated. This policy is not only inconvenient but also feels like a blatant cash grab.While other hotels charge $1 or $2 they charged $5!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness and their aggressive charging policies make it a place to avoid.

No one answered the phone, tried 15 times, finally just drove there and hoped parking was available. The attendant was not at desk when I showed up, waited 15 more minutes. Needs better customer service

Front desk communication was horrible. Even though I called in advance to see how much my card would be charged, I was given misinformation. They wanted to charge my card TWICE (the initial charge was already drafted from my account) for a 1-night stay. When I asked why they needed to charge me $175 2x for 1 night, their answer made no sense. Fortunately the manager orver-rode the charge. The elevator had froot loops on the ground, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt and the front desk asked me why. The entire experience was tacky and unprofessional

I was disappointed in this stay at La Quinta which is disappointing because the reason I booked it is because I have always had a great experience before with La Quinta. At check in there was no one at the front desk for about 5 minutes. The gentleman went over general information but he also asked if we had a vehicle with us. I said yes but he did not mention we would need a pass to put on the dash. When we got to the room the refrigerator had leaked water on the floor. I used towels to soak it up and went to the front desk to let them know about it. He told me that maintenance had already left and that they would have them look at it the next day. The next day i had to ask multiple times to see when they would come and I got no real time frame so I waited until late afternoon before they came. Turns out someone turned to dial for the temperature down so that it lost all the cooling. I had brought food with me because I am diabetic and have to eat certain things. I was able to eat most of what I had but some went to waste. I am glad I asked my drs for pills instead of insulin or GLP-1 meds before the trip or that would have been bad. When we went out to eat the first night I stopped by the front desk and asked if we needing anything for the car. That is when he gave me a pass to put on the dash. I did see that they had painted recently in the room and had left paint flakes on the floor and some tape left on the mirror where they had covered it. More to say, no more room.

Close to Miami International Airport convenient

This hotel is near the dolphin mall. It is in a quiet neighborhood and parking is easy. At walking distance there is a small shopping center where you can buy food .

A good hotel to stay a night or two. There was noise coming from the parking lot late at night. It has convenient location near restaurants, Doral area and SW Dade County.

Too many thing. Great rooms with lots of equipment (Big fridge, microwave, awesome bedding), Great coffee always available, nice staff... So many dinig options in walking distance. Amazing location right in the middle of Doral, super close to the airport, close to great shopping and dining. Loved it and hope to come back soon.

The overall property was pretty ok. The breakfast was very basic and does not cater to vegetarian/vegan diets.

Perfect stay. We arrived in the morning after an 8 hour flight and got an early check-in as well as delicious breakfast with boiled eggs, saussages, waffles, yogurt, bagles and fresh fruits. The room was clean, spacious with a coffemachine, a small fridge and a microwave. Staff eas very atencious, polite and helpfull and made all the difference. We enjoyed our stay and for sure recommend and will come back.

I think breakfast was good but they need a bigger area! A lot of hotel guests as it's close to airport so more accommodation needed for breakfast seating. No decaf coffee 😞
