The pool is great. Parking is good. Large tv in the room. Kitchenette is great. Staff is terrific. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Right on the river with amazing views. Good value for the money. It would have been nice to have cutlery and plates available in the room.

The property inside and outside was very nice . Very modern decor . The cost for the suite was great. The pool was clean. They do charge a deposit refunded shortly after check out. After checking in I was given a bottle of water which was nice. I will definitely choose this hotel suites again .

It was overall ok! Except for being blamed for a tear in the blanket that clearly was due to wear and tear from their washer and dryer. Also they close the pool at 8 which is fairly too early during summer hours. Other than that our stay was ok.

It was a easy check in. I was disappointed that the pool was already closed when i checked in at 8:30 pm during the month of August, when the sun doesn't set until after 9 pm and the temperature was almost 100° outside.

Convenient, clean, and with all the cameras a safe place in Stockton. In the summer the pool is nice. Good size fridge with freezer. Towels are not the best, but I don’t care. Would be nice if the provided tissues, but we always have some. And the soap is tiny and no conditioner. But those are small things. Overall a decent place to stay with friendly staff. We travel from Wa. to SoCal several times a year and have stayed here at least 6 times now. Will stay again.

Pros_ Very friendly easy check-in, large clean room, clean bathroom, large TV screen, overall a modern building. Cons_ Small parking slots, unsafe-feeling in the parking area in the back, some strangers wondering around there, some left the area after making eye contact with them, some others were coming making a tour checking things around then left. The management should consider some security measurements in place for the back parking area,

The room was very clean, and the staff had made a little peacock on the end of the toilet paper. I felt I was on a cruise ship. The staff were all very friendly, and as a single woman traveller I felt very safe.

The staff was nice but the room was horrible. There was hair in sheets, blankets as well as in the shower and by the bathroom trash. We got another room and it was the same! The motel felt unsafe, beer can on the steps and whole area smelled like cigarettes. We had to get another hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bed bugs everywhere. Do not stay there. Massive bed bugs to. Literally got bit everywhere and infested my clothes. Then when confronted about I was asked to keep quiet or i wouldnt get my deposit back.

It is a refreshed motel of a similar sounding motel. The sheets on both beds were stained. The shower needed a cleaning. Attached photos. There was a lot of clients smoking marijuana throughout the night which was hard to avoid.

Clean, clean, clean room, mini kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 46 inch TV. Bar of soap was not the size of a breath mint. Maintenance was out cleaning out the parking lot this morning as we were checking out. Excellent location, safe area, parking area is fenced in. Because this was a value price, I thought conditions would be spartan… NOPE! We would stay again here in a heartbeat!

Bathroom was not clean hair on the floor hair and drain a dead cockroach. It was late when we noticed it left early the next day for a conference came back. They did the pad but did not take out the trash and went ahead and left. The cockroach will definitely not recommend here when I checked out. I mentioned that they said they were gonna talk to the manager and that they’re sorry. Definitely do not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean this place was. The front desk staff were so pleasant and I liked how there was a bunch of security cameras . Only drawback was the walls were pretty thin and the street was noisy but we sleep with a sound machine and had no issues but if I didn’t have that I may have been woken up a few times.

The staff is very pleasant. The room is a great value and provides a great feeling of security to travelers. We found a nice supportive mattress with "just-right pillows and easy to reach suspended nightstands.The handicapped features in the spacious bathroom included many well-placed grab bars in the tub/shower. The kitchenette has a nice-sized refrigerator and sink which give many options for brought food or takeout. So many guest needs are sensibly anticipated by the hotel. The other reviews are right about how great the air-conditioning is. We plan to return for another stay

Central location, but it is noisy with street noise and the construction isn’t very noise proof. Wear your ear plugs. Several places to eat within walking distance. There is a significant homeless population around the neighborhood. The construction looks good, but kind of low quality. The shower stall doors leaked all over the floor.

Stayed at Studio 6 Suites for a quick overnight trip from Southern CA. The customer service was exceptional from my first call to checkout. The room was clean and smelled fresh. While the hotel is in a downtown area with some homeless individuals around, they were harmless, and we had no issues. The property is secured behind a gate, which added peace of mind. We’ll be traveling up north again and would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located near McDonald's and Sonic for a quick bite.

The staff was rude..I had to wait 2 hrs to even get a card to get into the room and then housekeeping was slow had to wait another 20 mins outside the room when we had a reservation for 2 pm..its was 3:46p when we got the key to the room..upon check out I was not given my deposit of $100 back because the housekeeping said it smelt like smoke in the room the smoke alarm went off 2x and no one even called or came up to check it..staff was rude and inconsiderate about the whole situation..terrible place and terrible business

The hotel itself was clean, the grounds were clean. Not a lot of food choices within walking distance. The area around the hotel was sketchy, lots of trash and homeless people. Would not walk around at night alone, made my husband come out with me to let the dog do its business. Would probably not stay here again, just because it’s not directly off the I-5

The front desk staff is professional and friendly. We were able to check in early at no extra charge and were given bottles of water upon checking in. The room has 2 sinks, a full size fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The walls are thin so it can be noisy but it didnt bother us. 10 minutes to university of the Pacific. Self parking is free. Newly renovated.

The hotel itself was adequate and clean. The location was HORRIBLE! I usually don't write reviews, but we arrived at 2:30am and the surrounding blocks of this location was crawling with drug addicts and very sketchy (looping barbed wire on top of the parking lot fence)! There was also a train track running very close to the hotel. The hotel and staff were friendly and accommodating, but watching the 20+ video cameras like a hawk. All in, I didn't feel safe there. Beware and arrive early.

The hotel is in a bad part of town and it was noisy at all hours of the night. The rooms were nice and looked like they were recently remodeled, but the work was done by an amateur. Exposed drywall screws used on floor molding and two inch gaps filled with caulking. Stuff like that. It's a motel 6 and I'm a big dummy because they call it Studio 6 and I didn't even connect the dot.

The property itself and rooms were decent close to downtown locations as we needed to attend an event at the Bob. Hope Theatre. They environments of homelessness was real didn’t feel safe down there, but overall it’s what I was looking for as far as location close to our events.

Pet friendly. Mini grocery store in lobby is great! Garbage truck, street sweepers, noisy cars playing loud music are things the hotel cannot change, so bring earplugs. Staff was really helpful. Pet relief area was good. Lots of weed smokers around.

Perfectly functional hotel. Covers were a bit thin but it's clean and the little kitchen was nice to have too. Good air conditioning, plenty of parking, centrally located with easy walks to restaurants, bars, the Bob hope theatre.
