Wonderful facility. Beautiful rooms and great service from all customer agents working there. From housekeeping to front desk and kitchen. But be aware if you need parking you need to arrange prior to arrival. There is street parking but not always easy to find.

L'hôtel était propre. Nous avons du saisir manuelle l'enregistrement; c'était long. Le serveur du restaurant a forcé à la consommation et cela n'était pas commercial. Par exemple, mon collègue voulait une petite bière, il a ramené une grande bière et fait payer une grande bière. Cela n'est pas correct. Le prix de mon jus de fruits était le double car 2 fruits différents alors que rien n'était indiqué sur la carte. Encore un aspect non commercial.

Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have any meals there, but it was all quite pleasant!

Very nice hotel which is perfect situated considering my office is within walking distance. Lovely breakfast and restaurant- both highly recommended. The rooms are nice, but I had trouble to sleep this time as there was a constant noise from the washing machines during all night. The cleaning in the room could be better. It was quite superficial; my lenses on the night table were still there after 2 days. Furthermore I used the small body lotion but never got another one. The personnel is very nice and professional. I will definitely stay there again.

L'hôtel était propre. Nous avons du saisir manuelle l'enregistrement; c'était long. Le serveur du restaurant a forcé à la consommation et cela n'était pas commercial. Par exemple, mon collègue voulait une petite bière, il a ramené une grande bière et fait payer une grande bière. Cela n'est pas correct. Le prix de mon jus de fruits était le double car 2 fruits différents alors que rien n'était indiqué sur la carte. Encore un aspect non commercial.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, Zimmer sind sauber und funktionell, Restaurant ist hübsch und Frühstücksbuffet schön und gutes Angebot. Der Azubi an der Rezeption der mich eingecheckt hat war freundlich und „willkommend“ - das kann ich leider von keinem Anderen sagen. Es gab kein „guten morgen - willkommen“ sonderm nur „ich brauche Ihre Zi Nr“ , das setzte sich in anderen Bereichen fort. Ich wohnte 3 Tage dort.

The property was clean, bright, and very ambient. The staff were polite and courteous,, but lacked the true focus of customer care. We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service.

The room was very nice and comfortable, paid for our parking, paid the pet fee. All good until I get up at 4:30 am to take a shower, no hot water. My husband goes to the FD had clerk go to another room to try the water and still no hot water. My husband was told it would be a couple hours before the person who handles that came in. In the end we had hot water 15 mins before leaving, which was good. Apparently they turn off the water heater at night? The clerk says it has happened around the 4am time before.
