The first day we arrived we were told that we could not use the restaurant at lunchtime because it was booked out for an event. The following day we tried to use the roof top bar but were again informed that it was booked for a private event. The hotel did not offer any apology or any compensation even though their advertised facilities were unavailable. Having said that the staff were very friendly and the facilities (when available) were very good and the proximity to attractions was great.

Amazing experience! Worth any penny spent. Brand new, clean and solid modern hotel. Lots and lots of place or table to seat at. Beautiful view of water from every floor and bigger terrace/lounge on 6th floor. Very efficient with 6 elevators so no waiting. Breakfast was great and lots of choice, you can also do your own waffles. Walking distance to all museums, attractions and restaurants. The Wellness Club is optional but highly recommended. About 45USD for 2 hours of pool, sauna or feet tub… a pleasant break from the hassle of downtown. Corner rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very modern style. Very safe waterfront as the rest of Copenhagen.

The left luggage charges are an example of one bad thing that leaves a sour taste in your mouth even if the rest of the stay was ok. The check in process ok, the number of lifts was good, the hotel is clean and modern and the heated bathroom floor a delight. But……charging close to €5 per 4 hours for a locker to store your bags (in a hotel that is significantly pricey per night) is a masterclass in greed. The Scandic might think they are making a pretty penny but in fact they’ve lost my future business for hotel stays. Over 50 countries and countless hotel stays, I’ve never been charged for a case in a hotel I’ve just checked out of, save for a $ tip in US hotels.

Lækker morgenmad på hotellet, men værelset var ikke i top. Ikke noget sæbe i sæbedispenser i badet, badeværelset lugtede af kloak, værelset var koldt og varmeregulator virkede ikke samt en lampe blinkede. Så værelset var ikke top, som det burde.

When we arrived, it was dirty glasses in our room, it was also hair on the floor and on the toilet. We booked a clean up, and went outside for almost 7 hours, when we got back the cleaning lady havent been there. She came running with towels, and we basically had to give her our old towels and the trash.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, great breakfast options. They're super helpfull and genuinely friendly to everyone. They offer all kinds of extra services like bikes, umbrellas etc. which we found very useful during our stay. The only thing that we found unpleasant was that the bathroom had a bad smell of the sewage.

We arrived very early in the morning like 8am and the receptionist was very kind to offer to check for us if there is any room that is ready for us to check in early. Instead of checing in at 4pm, we were very lucky and thankful for able to check in upon arrival. The staffs are courteous and kind. Will be better if there is a small fridge in the room.

This is my 4th time in Copenhagen, 1st time at this hotel. Nice hotel. I had problems to work the lighting in the room. I could not figure anything even with the schematic diagram up on the wall. The very modern exterior blinds were amazing. I shut them at night but each morning I woke up just past 4am and the blinds were up. I have no idea how that happened but I think it's all the rooms. That was super annoying. There is a blackout curtain but there is no way to get it to close the gap to the wall, so sunlight comes in first thing at sunrise, which is around 4am this time of year. I liked the wellness center but it was a bit pricey. I liked the breakfast buffet and good service. It was very busy with large groups. I left my bag in the room and was going to check out just before 12pm. I got to my room but my card no longer worked. I had to go back down to reception and get the card re-activated. If I had known this would be a problem, I would not have left my bag in the room, as the time lost had a cascading effect on the rest of my travel to the airport, which was not ideal. Great location. Loved swimming on the door.

The property is really well located for Tivoli Gardens and the Train station. The walk to the main shopping area is short (10-15mins) and allows you to get a good sense of the general areas of the city. The sofa bed was a little small for our 10 and 13yo but it was fine for our 3 night stay. Any longer or children who are a year older probably not suitable. Still great hotel.

Large, modern hotel. Regular hotel for flight crews. Over- complicated room lighting. No Air-Con- 'the ventilation system is very complicated sir- it doesn't work if you turn it down to 18 degrees.' Kettle and Fridge in room was helpful but even if you ask for the room to be cleaned daily (has to be requested) the mugs are not cleaned and coffee sachets/tea bags are not replenished. Frustrating and disappointing. Superior rooms give an entitlement to breakfast on 6th floor- less crowded and very good range of food.

Be prepared to clean your own room. The room service is extremely disorganized and very limited. We arrived at 3:45 PM and had to wait an hour before receiving our room. Even then, we were given two rooms that were already occupied. We had to go back and forth to the concierge multiple times to get the issue resolved. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location worked well for us—it’s a great base if you don’t mind walking. There are plenty of charming cafes and restaurants within a 15–20 minute walk, which we enjoyed exploring. That said, be prepared for a more self-service experience. This is the second time we are visiting Copenhagen, and we have been staying at the same Hotel. We loved the breakfast, the kind staff, the possibility for early check in, and the clean room. Everything was appreciated. The hotel is quite central, and everything is nearby, including the Metro, busses and railway station. I would recommend this place for everyone, and we are sure to book the same place next time we vist Copenhagen again.

Endless queue at check in , very slow check in process, gave me wrong room, rejoined the queue. Took 40 minutes from arrival to be in the room I actually booked. No apology. Very clean overall, but not fit for doing work as bad lights, desk lamp flickering and plugs in strange places (my charger cable wasn’t long enough), no usb charging points. Decent breakfast for the price In short maybe nice for a holiday but inefficient for a business trip.

Veldig fint opphold. Ikke Über sentralt da det er et lite stykke å gå til ‘’sentrum’’ for shopping og restauranter. Sikkert fint om sommer da det ligger ved vannet. Får trekk på at det koster å benytte seg av bassenget. Oppgraderte rommet for 500DKK og hadde da forventet også tilgang til spa, men det kom itillegg. Rommet var romslig med gode senger. Frokost av grei, ikke noe å skryte av. Fint trendy gym.

Trevlig personal och grym frukost. Tyvärr var det desto sämre med maten under kvällen. Fick fel pizza sen saknade seasarsalladen kyckling och de fritetade nuggetarna var frusna i mitten. Som tur var så tog serveringspersonalen det på allvar och bad om ursäkt och drog av 25% .

We had a good stay at Scandic Spectrum. Location is fine, staff is friendly. The price was quite cheap for 3 nights, but this is compensated by prices inside the hotel. Breakfast is 25€ if you book the day before, otherwise it’s 30€ and it doesn’t sorry it. Cocktails are quite expensive as well.
