We stayed in this unit last year and booked it again. I brought some of my employees this year also. The Condo is fine. The problem was the construction on the building. 8 am each morning they started running a hammer drill into the block walls of the building. They are repairing the stucco. All day long they drilled holes. It vibrated so badly the dishes shook. The noise was indescribable inside the unit. We have a 17 month old baby that requires a couple naps each day. There would no napping. The baby cried pretty much all day long. Our sons lack of sleep ruined all of our dinners too. I am an electrical contractor. Construction is all I do. I spent a lot money to get away from it for a week. This was a complete waste of money and the worst vacation I have ever had. We should have been notified of the scheduled construction. I would have chosen a different property or even a unit on the interior of the building. Dayton Disaster 2024

My family and I had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more happy. Our daughter loved the pool and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning. The property is situated on the non-driving part of the beach so that was very nice as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

This was our first stay at the Shores Club and it did not disappoint! We normally stay in another building but they are still recovering from the Hurricane. Our family LOVED 1102! The view is amazing, the pelicans come so close. The condo has everything you will ever need for your stay, so clean and tons of space! We will have a tough time if we decided to go back to our other place because we fell in love with this one! Also it is so nice to be on the quieter part of Daytona, and the No drive beach! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us ❤️

We loved everything about the condo. Only one drawback, the owners of 606 are remodeling and they were drilling something for ours. I called the manager of the building after about 3 days and he was very nice but said there is nothing he could do because they were working on their own property. It was a bit of a downer but your condo was great.

It is spacious and nicely furnished. The balcony is large and has a beautiful view of sunrise. We enjoyed playing pickleball each morning. The only downside was the noise from the workers doing maintenance on the windows, so we couldn't sit by the pool.

Shores Club is a fantastic building. We stayed there several times before. This was our first visit to this Condo. It was updated, clean and comfortable… in fact the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had on a vacation! Incredible view of ocean, Halifax river and Dunlawton bridge. Everything we needed was there. In suite laundry, and very convenient garage parking. Pool was fantastic. Owners are kind and responsive. Will definitely choose this condo again for sure!! Thank you!

Very nice well equipped unit that was large enough to handle 4 adults and two children comfortably. Great location on Daytona Beach Shores where cars are not allowed to drive.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and well equipped- even sand toys and beach towels. Loved the tennis, basketball and shuffle board courts. The view was amazing- sunsets and sunrises. The pool was warm! We would stay again.

Location and view were great! The beach and pool were easy to access and the extras for in the condo and on the beach were perfect. Everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our time!

This condo did not leave anything wanting. It has easy beach access to a private beach, a nice heated pool, and so much more. The condo itself was super clean and has lots of room. Cheryl the owner was super easy to work with and very kind. The stay was stress free and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area, and just lots of fun!! Thank you for such a nice property! We hope to stay again someday!!

The view was amazing, pool area and facilities great. Wasn’t clean well, But not unbearable, little slow answering emails. Bring tp, trash bags, soap, etc. beach towels for sure.

Condo is simply gorgeous. It's immaculate and we felt at home. This was our 2nd visit and we look forward to booking again in the future. My college aged sons enjoyed the basketball courts on the premises. The pool was warm and the beach is wonderful. There are many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this condo!

This was our second time renting this property, and once again, it was a great experience. The home is very nice and exceptionally clean. The property manager was accommodating and genuinely cared that our stay was nothing short of excellent. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth communication throughout. We’re already looking forward to renting again for a third time!

This condo was even better than expected! Very Clean, well stocked cabinets for cooking, plenty of towels, comfortable furniture. We felt like we were at home here. You will not be disappointed staying here!

We've been coming to the Daytona area for years, and my wife and I agreed this was the nicest place we've stayed in the area. Unit was super clean. It was neat seeing the pelicans fly by at eye level on the balcony. You easily drop off your beach gear at your car so you didn't have to lug it up to the room and get sand everywhere. It was pretty warm during our stay, so if it got too hot to sit on the balcony, you could sit in front of the picture window for a great view of the ocean. Cheryl was great to work with and you can tell she takes pride in her place. Can't wait to come back.

The complex and location were both great! The unit was clean, but could have been cleaner...nothing gross, just normal corners missed type stuff. The unit was definitely dated, but there was plenty of space for our group and we loved the view/proximity to the water. The kitchen was very well stocked! Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

The condo is very nice, well-kept and very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. Large tile floors and quartz countertops give the condo a very clean appearance. Decorated nicely, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and much more. Appliances are very nice and nearly new, and they were clean. Nice mattress in the master bedroom. we didn't use the second bedroom but everything look really nice. The basic beach chairs and stuff was all there. Everything we needed for a quick end of summer beach stay. Would defiantly stay again.

We would warn you against this property. When we walked in, it smelled awful. We opened all of the doors and went out and bought air fresheners. Three guests had to leave that same day due to dust allergies. The air filter hadn’t been changed for decades. One bathroom was very dirty another bathroom had a pocket door that didn’t close. I could go on…The property manager was wonderful, cancelled the booking, refunded our money and we left.

I just hated to leave this fantastic condo! It was clean, comfortable and completely fabulous. All the comforts of home were included and we all felt comfortable and relaxed. There’s a huge kitchen with more than enough of everything; even for a group of 7 girls. The master bedroom was really comfortable and it was just glorious to wake up to a gorgeous Florida sunrise every morning. No need for my normal “sleep app background noise, because the sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep every night. I wake up at night a lot and saw the most amazing moon rises about 3am. It was a big gorgeous ball of orange “fire” rising out of the sea. Both guest bedrooms were comfortable and had their own bathrooms for privacy. It was easy to keep the condo clean since it was immaculate upon entry. Door codes make it easy to get in and you don’t have to worry about keys. The owners were super nice, helpful and on top of things. I really felt like I was home and got to recharge my batteries. With so many activities at the condo and in the area, you never ran out of things to do. Whether walking on the beach or swimming in the ocean is your thing, this is the place for you. Everyone else at the building was super friendly and helpful. It really is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy life. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely come back as often as I can. I took so many fabulous photos! Being high up on floor 10 gave us almost a 360 view of the beach and peninsula. 5++++ stars!!!

When you walk in the views are breathtaking. The home is very clean and spacious. My teenage granddaughters felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the grocery store is right down the street. Very secure building. The beach access and pool was great. Communication was easy and convenient. Very quiet building, perfect for families. There is construction going on down the street with a few of the buildings from last year's hurricane but honestly it was not a bother. The pictures are spot on. Coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was just what I needed. I didn't want to leave, the ambiance was great for our family vacation. Cheryl was a sweetheart to work with. I would stay again and again.

This condo has great views of the sunrise and sunset. It is centrally located between Daytona Beach and NSB. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Easy to get to. Lots of beds, it’s a great set-up for 7-8 people.

Condo was nicely decorated and furnished! Only complaint was the king size mattress,needs to be replaced, squeaks terribly!

Spacious, clean, beds were super comfy. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, lots of notes from the owner everywhere. Terrace has nice sitting chairs overlooking ocean and pool area.

What a gorgeous and deceptively large place! Our favorite part was the balcony. I felt like I was on the beach! Even when inside the view was amazing through the huge windows. I watched the ocean while making lunch and dinner! They had a everything you would need to cook something except consumables, like zip lock bags, parchment paper, aluminum foil and obviously condiments and such.They also had everything for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach sand toys. So much stuff I wish I had brought a wagon. Beach towels were not included but we had brought ours. The condo itself is a bit dated, like the wallpaper and stuff but it was clean, newish furniture where needed and nothing looked like it was in need of any repair. The mattresses okay. I would really only get so so sleep because my mattress was so firm. So if you like firm mattresses you're good, but if you need soft I would try to bring something to help. If you need new and shiny this isn't your place, but if you want to share a family vacation home then this place is awesome. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo has a large kitchen that is well stocked. There is a long eating/counter area with plenty of seating. Plus a round table just off of the kitchen area that seats four. The living room furniture is comfortable. The ocean view is right there, what more could one want. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable. For those who like a softer bed, the Master bedroom meets this. The master shower has a high step into it. The shower head worked okay. In the other shower there was very little water pressure. The dehumidifier system is noisy, like a bathroom fan being left on constantly and was a bit annoying but you get used to it in time. We respected the owners request to leave it running at all times. I usually am more involved in choosing our sites and going over details of the agreement but this time my husband did it. So when I read the check-out requirements after we arrived I was upset of what was asked of us. We have stayed in many places in many areas and have never been asked more then to strip the beds and make sure dishes were put through the dishwasher. Now we are being asked to wash the towels, wash cloths, bathmats and used blankets. And to start the sheets and pillow cases before we leave. The washing machines are high efficiency and take 1 hour and 15 minutes at least to do a cycle so our last day was doing laundry. And if there are more than 2 loads of laundry left a $35 /load fee will be charged from our deposit.

Nice location and very good communication. Everything was labeled and very organized. You need nothing when visiting this condo. They did a great job with that. My only complaint is that you pay good size cleaning fee and you have to wash your own blankets. How do I know for sure the person before me actually did that or am I sleeping with the same blanket they used?? We use VRBO often and we have never had to do this. My only suggestion they could change. Other than that, perfection.

This a great property with beautiful views. Having stayed in several other VRBO properties, we were not prepared for the amount of chores and rules that came with this rental.

We had such a lovely time at this place ! The apartment was really clean and has amazing views of the sea as well as the riverside. The check in process was easy and Cheryl was easy to communicate with, answering all my questions. Would recommend!

This rental was perfect! The location was perfect- beautiful views and a one min walk to the beach. I loved being able to see where the tide was from my window. It was also close to everything we needed. The condo itself was super clean. The host had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed and all was well. I really appreciated having such a great location and top cleanliness. I enjoyed sitting in the chairs by the window and just watching the ocean. The balcony was nice as well for a relaxing evening. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Perfect setting for 5 day visit. Able to see the ocean from most rooms! Calm and serene inside with everything you could ask for. Fabulous beds. Hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions. Many restaurants in short distance. Certainly a step above Daytona Beach proper. The Shores are the place to stay!

For our first time in Daytona, this was the perfect location for us. This Condo location has everything you would need or want. Being on the top floor the view was beautiful. Restaurants were within walking distance. We had a car so we could check out the other areas as well. Loved this location and would stay again. This Condo looks exactly the way it shows in the VRBO Ad.
