I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I traveled with 3 teenagers for a quick get-away, and we were impressed from the moment we entered. The lobby is beautiful, and the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and welcoming. Conveniently located near restaurants/shopping. The hotel itself is very clean and bright, no issues at all. Indoor pool was great, and the game room/arcade was a great surprise! The fitness center is more elaborate than most, which I appreciated. Included breakfast was all of 5 stars, so many choices! We had one minor issue in our room late at night and the front desk was courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommend, and we would stay again!

Pros: The hotel was clean, the rooms were a nice size, the bed was comfortable, and free breakfast was good. Cons: The a air/heat system is LOUD. The clerk at check in told us he couldn’t change our room when we asked. The clerk at checkout told us she could have. The pool appears larger on the website than it actually is. Not heated.

Best Western Plus never disappoints. The lobby was spacious and nicely designed with lots of seating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was great. We all enjoyed the fresh omelettes. The pool was clean and the work out room had new equipment. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great hotel! We loved our stay. Very close to all of the attractions in the area. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Plenty of free parking. We especially liked the breakfast each morning--made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereals, bagels and breads, sausage, yogurt, etc. Very plentiful and very good. The staff at the hotel was always courteous. Thank you Best Western for a very pleasant stay!!

Clean and well manicured hotel. The hotel grounds were neatly kept. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The shower had the right amount of water pressure and temperature settings worked flawlessly. The breakfast had great choices and coffee was good.

Horrifying experience. Was put in room 405 that had a sopping wet floor. Was moved to 421 where there was blood on the pillow case. An old eyelash under the mirror on the sink. And a white powder substance in the bedside drawer. GM was rude. Blamed the blood on myself or my 12 year old nephew (neither of us have any open cuts or sores) told me she would only give me 50% back of 1 night when I paid over 600 bucks for 4 nights. Disgusting.

hotel is outdated looking if charming. service was good. facilities are good -- pool, game room, gym (though gym equipment not varied, mostly just for cardio and arms). it smelled good (food-wise) in the hotel and we wanted to eat in the restaurant to keep dinner simple, but it was kind of a depressing vibe so we went out. everything was good until bedtime. we got into the bed and it REEKED of sweat. like man sweat. we thought it was each other but we had just showered. we realized it was the sheets. unwashed from whoever was there before. DISGUSTING. they gave us another room, which was fine. but then we couldn't sleep b/c the vents or heating system is outdated and every time we'd doze off it would make a loud clanking sound and wake us up. seemed like every 1/2 hour or so. big bummer. breakfast was fine, staff, as mentioned, were kind, and overall it's a clean well located property.

The only downside I found was that there is no cleaning service while you are there. Although it’s more common lately, I book hotels over other accommodations for services. There was also a couple of strands of hair in the bathtub when I arrived. I didn’t bother the front desk because everything else was done well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. Area around the hotel was beautiful also. I was just a little disappointed with the housekeeping. We were there 5 days and never received housekeeping. We were scheduled for housekeeping 3 days into our stay but they came while my family and i were still sleeping. When i asked for them to come at 4pm when we were about to leave for dinner they said it was too late. So we never received housekeeping. I dod clean the room myself and restock towels which was time consuming and frustrating but thats what had to be done. Also our shower was stopped up. I dont know with what but i assume hair from when other people stayed there but i could be wrong. I would stay there again because i liked the atmosphere. The breakfast was not my favorite but that was ok there was shops around the area.

My son and I were in Philly for WWE events. This hotel lobby and grounds are lovely. The breakfast area is very nice. Sadly we did not use the pool, but it looked great. Our room was average. There were only 2 small drawers for clothing. The dressers and tables showed quite a bit of wear and tear. There were no USB ports in the room which seemed odd considering the lush lobby and marble stairs. The doors were unlocked in front and back allowing anyone to enter the facility at night. I think more money should have been invested in the rooms and less in the common area.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice as was the rest of the hotel my only negative would be the room ac unit. It was very loud when it first came on and stayed loud for a few minutes. Not a big deal but a bit annoying. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Not as boujee as the reviews suggested. Weekday breakfast ending hour ( 9am ) should be slightly extended when check out isn’t until 11am. 2 night stays should be supplied with 2 days of amenities since daily room service is not provided. Damaged / worn furniture should be replaced.

My husband was having surgery at a nearby hospital and I did not know exactly how many nights I would need the room. With so many things on my mind, the manager made it simple. She said, "Just call me when you know if you need another night and I will take care of it." And she did.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Tip of the cap to Diane who asked the cook to stay a few minutes extra for a weary traveler that was hungry. Hotel itself is clean and well nice. I don't travel to Glen Mills often...but when I do this is the only place I will stay.

We have stayed here before and have had a great experience each time; Quiet, clean, comfortable, well maintained and convenient. It is close to Longwood Gardens. The breakfast is outstanding, and I look forward to it. We will book here again the next time we are in the area. I would highly recommend Best Western Concordville to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

The hotel is quite new and is in a more suburban location. Not very walkable. It is a very beautiful property. The entrance is quite grand, with lots of marble and elegant staircases. This is a Best Western Plus and it is definitely a plus. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was especially good, with lots of choices. They even had an omelet station, with omelets made to order. (There may be a nominal charge for this in the future)

The hotel was very nice and the customer service was also very good. I booked it based on Hotels.com website stating there was a bar and restaurant available. After a long day we like to just stay and stop all the running around. Well they weren’t open. They are only open Wed.- Sat. Wish that was stated in Hotels.com site. I book through them all the time, so I don’t have to keep going into individual hotel websites….

Very nice property. Clean, quite comfortable. Great breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Only complaint, no ice machine on first floor and breakfast started at 6:30 and we had to leave by 6:00 a.m. Would have been nice just to have to go bags for early departure.
