The desk clerk showed us our room before we brought our belongings in. The room was very clean. The only fault we found with the property is the parking lot is in bad condition with numerous large potholes.

I booked this place last minute for a Sudbury trip and was pleasantly surprised. For $110/night, you get free parking and complimentary breakfast, which is a great deal. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. There’s a Tim Hortons right next door, and most attractions are only 15–20 minutes away by car. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement would be slightly stronger water pressure in the shower, but overall, it was an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend Valley Inn Motel & Suites for anyone visiting Sudbury!

I spent 3 nights here with my 9 year old son. It was very peaceful and quiet. I have never stayed in a hotel so peacefully .The room/bathroom and hotel spaces are impeccably clean. The staff are wonderful. It has easy parking and entryways to your room. Tim Hortons is close by. Also a few local eateries.

This is a classic roadside motel. We were there for an overnight stay on a roadtrip and this place fit the bill perfectly. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and the like but those prices have increased so much ($200 for less than eight hour stay!) that we are increasingly looking for independent, local options in a lower price range. I prioritize three things in this kind of place: cleanliness, bed comfort, and water pressure in the shower. The room was nicer than we expected. It was CLEAN - very clean. The hallways were a little musty smelling, but the room was not. Windows opened (YAY!). The bed was comfy, good linens. The bathroom was recently renovated with good water pressure. Rooms had both a microwave and fridge. The little breakfast was mostly basic, but fine. There's a Tim's right next door anyway! The exterior is typical of northern Ontario - very basic. All in all, a good stay. We will stay again!

This was a nice comfortable place to stay. We were able to over food and groceries across the road. The one thing I didn’t like was when we needed somebody because we locked our room key into the room it took more than five minutes for people to answer the door. We also needed ice and that was another issue as they were not readily available.
