This place is aweful! Very dirty !! Mold on picture frames just a very bad experience!

Bottom line. Don't expect anything remotely decent; absolutely nothing. You have been warned. YOU GET LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Cheap, yes. Their advertisement is 100 percent false. Pictures online looks great. Which was why I chose to stay there. Once I went in, a horrible shock come over me. The room and furniture reminded me of the TV series "Bates Motel". Bed had hair from another guest, refrigerator not colder than temp 1, the floor was not mopped at all (found that out when I spilt water on the floor, white towel was black when done), television had only 3 channels, staff (I think were the owners), female bad attitude, swimming pool was beautiful and working but closed (80 plus degrees out), the door to enter the room was gaped open at the bottom as if it was being kicked in from there. There was more, however, no need to continue. Ues I did stay due to my online reservation was a "no refund". So I approached the female staff the next morning and discussed my concerns and disappointment with her but she was very argumentative, so I disengaged. My reservation was for 2 nights. Checked out at 5am and the male staff didn't want to return my $25 deposit for incidentals that was refundable upon checkout. I did get it back after 3 minutes of him making a decision on what I don't know. My standard is back at Best Westerns from here on out.
