There was roaches inside the room and terrible smell. The parking lot was not clean. Not recommended.

Both rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirt, roaches (both babies & adults), feces & urine all over both bathrooms, showers so dirty unable to be used, microwave was disgusting & we ended up having to buy food because we could not cook food in the microwave. The staff were super unhelpful. They stated they would clean the rooms (did not offer to move us rooms), rooms were never cleaned. Our key cards were deactivated multiple times throughout our stay - when asking nearby staff what to do they were extremely rude & just have attitude in response. I want a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Hotel is terrible . Dirty just dirty . Not clean at all holes on the wall facility run down . I will not stay there any more.
