We loved the gas grill. Very convenient for cooking homemade meals. Condo was nice and clean. Great open space. Porch was so nice in evenings. The whole property felt very safe. Loved the hot tub and pool area.

The condo itself was awesome. There is not however, an elevator. Walking up 3 flights of steps, in the high altitude with suitcases was not pleasant. Also, they give you 2 parking passes, and tell you that it is first come first served. Well not one night was I able to park in the parking lot. I had to park in the shopping center lot behind the complex. Also, I am a smoker and was told that there was not smoking, even outside. That there was a path behind the condo's that was public and I could smoke there. That would have been ok but there is no lights what so ever.

Property was what we thought it would be. Location is good. Everything worked well. Parking gets full and there are a lot of warnings and restrictions if you park elsewhere.

The space was clean and tidy. Furniture/bedding seemed updated from listing photos. Comfortable for our family of 5. I appreciated how quiet the unit was during our visit though the building seemed empty until our last day when we did hear some minimal noise, nothing excessive. Excellent location near the complex pool, walking trail immediately behind the building.

Nice property, clean but older than the pictures show. Fantastic location to Snowmass. We were there for 10 days with no laundry facility, pool or hot tub (unavailable since April and this is end of Nov) and very limited options in Aspen. Property Mngmt provided no options for laundry. Thank goodness we had friends in Aspen we could use theirs. Parking was very tricky too with construction, and not many available spots. For short term where you don't need to do wash - it was a great place.

Perfect! Very clean 2 bdrm/2 bath. Fireplace was fabulous in the evenings. All kitchen supplies available. Easy to get to and close to shuttle bus stop.

Very close to a gas station and some restaurants. Condo is clean with a loft in one of the bedrooms which is pretty cool. Nice view out the windows.

We came out with our 3 and 5 year old who were all about the bunk beds and my 60 something parents. Loved the walkability to the rec space of Snowmass and restaurants. The space was clean and a great way to experience the wonders of the mountains in the summer.

Beautiful views from the windows of the fall colors. The place is very roomy amd cozy and clean. The property was very easy to contact and receptive to questions. We would definitely come back. The only downside was that the water went out for a few hours due to some construction up the road that hit the line (not the property's fault and they were very good about updates!)

These condos are a short walk to the Assay lift and has easy access to the snowmass shuttle. Location couldn’t be beat. The condo also had a very well stocked kitchen.
