Homewood Suites by Hilton Ann Arbor

About a mile south of central campus, walkable to the stadium, room was excellent with space and furnishings. Breakfast was provided. Did not use the pool but it looked nice

Excellent experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating; room was clean and quiet and spacious; parking was abundant in underground garage; breakfast was very good for a hotel buffet. Location was very good.

Looked like our room wasn’t cleaned at all. Band aids on floor bedside bed. Pee on the floor beside toilet, opened bag of beef jerky sitting on counter. Pool, exercise room, doggie area are all in great condition.

Very clean room and ideal for distance from U of M campus. Also, very good hotel for families traveling with pups!

This is a nice new hotel, right across the street from the University of Michigan sports complex (not football or basketball.) A nice place to walk. The check in was slow. Parking suboptimal although there is an extremely inconvenient lower parking structure if you can't get one of the few surface lots. Very odd lighting situation. You cannot turn on the bathroom light without a bright light being on in the Bedroom. Weird. Some genius wasn't/

Our room was plenty big. Parking garage was fantastic.

There is an enormous lobby with lots of space to meet up with friends/family. There is also a lovely patio with some gas grills. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel stay, My husband and I and our pooch were visiting my daughter for Thanksgiving, beautiful room, large, super clean and quiet, comfy bed. would recommend. Amy was very helpful with my room request at check-in. Thank you!

Good stay. Few dirty spots on the carpet. Showed pictures to the clerk upon check out. Only 1 regular coffee pod, 1 regular sugar packet, no creamer

We were in an accessible room due ro using a Wheelchair. The room was nice. It was laid out well for a wheelchair, nice bathroom setup, clean. However, aome things were not good. This room has a kitchen a dishes. But not a utensil in sight. I tried to call the front desk, but all I got was a busy signal after multiple attempts. It wasnt a huge deal, I just needed to stir something. We made do. Then I tried to adjust the lighting there were light switches all ovwr the place, but only 1 worked, and ot turned on everything! Then I went to the bathroom, and the light switch there did nothing. The bathroom was dark. I tried to call the front desk multiple times, but always busy. I finally walked down to the front and told her. She said maintenance could come in the morning. I told her we were leaving then, and I was hoping to see tonight. She repeated that there is no maintenance available at night. So, i used my phone's flashlight to get the shower going, and showered in the dark.(By the way, the front desk was not busy. I tried calling again as soon as I got to the room again, still busy signal. So, not sure why phones didn't work!) And, I had received a text when I checked in that said I could reach out that way if I needed something. I texted, and got no response. I guess I would have expected an offer to move rooms, or at least a semblance of apology. Just a dark bathroom, and a dark shower. Not what I would have expected from a Homewood Suites.

SPACIOUS room, and very clean bathroom, no smell, we truly enjoyed the our stay! I travel a lot, and this is one of the hotels that I feel comfortable staying.

ADVICE- Ask for a room on the top floor. Every time the kitchen chairs move across the floor you can hear it. They need to put some felt on the bottom of those chairs. They are very noisy. The hotel was nice except for the thin floors.

Our room was super nice and very generously proportioned. We had plenty of space to eat dinner and stretch out on the comfy sofa. Everything felt very new, modern and clean and tidy. Very close to University of Michigan stadium and central campus is short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was super welcoming

Very centrally located. Clean and new. However, each time I have been here, front desk staff is less than friendly.

The staff always provides excellent customer service. The room is comfortable and has all the essentials needed when away from home.

Well located in terms of highway access and short 5 min drive into town. This was right across from the track and field facilities and athletics complex.

We chose this property because we had an event on the UofM campus where parking is very expensive and we could walk instead. The staff was very friendly, the larger room with kitchen facilities was a bonus. Breakfast was good and included options for everyone. Access to and from major highways is also easy.

Was the best place I've stayed on a long while ,not to far from the hospitol ,which is what I needed, I will definitely be booked here for my net visit

Kind staffs, clear room but the breakfast was not high quality. They does not clean room every day but once per 3 nights stay. Overall good.

Nice room but poor breakfast

They did a really nice shop designing the rooms. I was very impressed with what you got for your money. The breakfast had lots of options and the breakfast ladies were so nice!

The free breakfast was terrible. The dried up egg patty and sausage weren't edible. I dumped it and had yogurt. The room was amazing and had every amenity. The decor was beautiful and space was huge. Loved having the kitchen and a huge sofa. Bathroom was pretty and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Hotel was very clean and spacious rooms with full kitchen and large sectional couch. Breakfast was not great and one of the reasons I picked the hotel for the early morning convince. Would have everything ready at the start time for people on a schedule. Had to stop someplace and buy breakfast.
