Excellent for parents and child under 1: cot and high chair provided on request, and less than 5 mins walk onto the beach.

A really spacious flat, 2 toilets which is a huge plus. The kitchen was super well stocked, full size fridge which we don't even have at home! Very close to the beach (watergate bay). You do need to travel into newquay (either by car or by bus which stops right outside) in order to go to a shop for food. The beds are very soft (feels like older mattresses) which is really the only bad thing I can say about the place. Would definitely stay again!

It was definitely a sea view, we had breakfast every morning watching the waves, veey nice.
