The staff were incredible! The facility was clean and the food average but not much selection. Not being able to charge services to the room was inconvenient. I would stay again however.

Absolutely lovely hotel, great location and excellent views from our room on 9th Floor. We opted for the half board option, breakfasts where brilliant (great food choice and omelettes cooked to order), the evening meal was ok, we found some the so called hot food, cold and we struggled to eat it. Another slight gripe was the on site parking, we knew we had to pay but the €15 per day charge was a bit on the steep side, would have been better if it was inline with other hotels we stay in Benidorm at €10 per day.

Tras la reforma, ha quedado espectacular. Las habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras. Muy limpio todo. La ubicacion es centrica y cercana a zona de ocio, el centro y la playa a unos 5 minutos a pie. El buffet esta bien, bastante variado y el comedor es bastante amplio. El unico “pero” es que hay muy pocas plazas de aparcamiento y como no permiten reservar, te encuentras con la desagradable sorpresa de que tienes que aparcar pagando mas de 21€ en el parking de enfrente, o bien buscar sitio en ORA por los alrededores, teniendo en cuenta que hay que renovar cada 2 horas. No es una opcion viable para aparcar en verano.

We were here 6nights and loved it, so central for old town and also the new town, breakfast was lovely something for everyone, the rooftop bar has amsing views and lovely for a quiet drinks, I would highly recommend and would defo stay again, we hired a car and there was paid parking in the hotel which was fine as we knew this before hiring the car.

Nice location close to Old Town. Very clean and modern throughout. Food was a bit disappointing, not really 4 star but it was OK. No aircon in communal areas like reception or lifts etc, so very very hot!

Hotel neuf, mais malheureusement pas de ménage dans les chambres de la semaine, pas de draps changés et encore moins de nettoyage sur la terrasse, la femme de chambre se contente de faire les lits et de changer les serviettes mais elle ne doit pas avoir ni balais ni aspirateur!! la chambre est très mal aménagée, pas de rangement dans le salon de la suite junior, pratique quan on est 4 pas plus dans la salle de bain, ni étagère ni paterre pour accrocher ses vêtements ou autre a part dans la douche, pratique!! la bouilloire dans la chambre??? on est plus dans les années 80. Bref à fuir et nous ne reviendrons pas, le buffet du soir BOF....

I cannot fault the building and amenities. All very modern and to a high standard. Roof top pool and bar breathtaking, with great service at both pool bars. Breakfast very good and well organised. Hotel was clean, but some details missed in the room, eg dust under bed, streak on mirror, dirty cups. What really let this place down was the service at reception. Incredibly slow meaning queues quickly build up and when we had an issue on arrival that the 3rd bed was not made up and no towels, it took us going down to them 4 times to get this sorted. In the end, they just gave us the sheets and towels and we had to do it ourselves. For a short stay, unfortunately this was a noticeable let down, despite the hotel being fantastic over wise.

Das Hotel ist super. Essen am Buffet war toll, ähnelt sich jeden Tag ziemlich, aber für jeden etwas dabei. Wasser gibt es nur beim Frühstück. Ansonsten muss jedes Getränk gezahlt werden. Die Bettdecken waren verschmutzt mit Popeln und Makeupflecken. Ist leider zu spät aufgefallen, daher nicht mehr angemerkt. Insgesamt tolles Hotel, alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, einzig nicht sauber. Es gab nur eine Reinigungsfrau für das ganze Stockwerk und sie war immer gestresst. Vielmals war das Zimmer erst um 16h fertig, obwohl wir das Zimmer am morgen zum Frühstück verlassen hatten und sie ein anderes Zimmer neben uns sauber machte. Das 1. Mal hatten wir den Batch an die Türe gehängt, damit sie wusste, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden kann und als wir gen 17.30h vom Strand zurückkehrten, war das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt und die Betten auch nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption haben sie uns dann gesagt, dass wir ja den Batch nicht an die Türe anbringen dürfen, weil das Personal dann meint, dass sie das Zimmer nicht betreten darf, obwohl auf dem Batch klar steht: dass sie eintreten dürfen, um das Zimmer herzurichten. Komische Handhabung vom Hotel. Ich denke, dass es nicht das die chuld an der Reinigungskraft liegt, sondern am Management. Es ist müssig viele Male an der Rezeption sich zu beschwerden, wenn das Zimmer seit einer Woche nie mit einem Besen geschweige nass aufgezogen wurde und der Dreck seit einer Woche immer noch am Boden liegt, obwohl die Rezeption von unserem Anliegen wusste. Auch das ständige warten an der Rezeption war mühsam. Es war immer nur eine Person an der Rezeption anwesen und wenn man nur eine Frage hatte, mussten wir warten, bis alle anderen Gäste betreut wurden. Wenn ich das Hotel Hélios und den Sport Benidorm vergleiche, die in der selben Preisklasse liegen, bieten diese einen besseren Service.

Het was een mooi, net, proper, fijn hotel. Mooi zwembad! De bel van de lift is nogal luid. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen bij het binnenkomen begroeten ze u vaak niet (wat ik niet gewoon ben in Spanje). Enkel ontbijt genomen, wat wel elke dag hetzelfde was. De locatie is super gelegen. Rustig, wandelafstand van strand en winkels, een open uitzicht. Aan te raden vanaf tieners…

Ok so this the second time we have stayed, great location for either new or old town, very clean hotel, great breakfast options. Dont let my review put you of as the hotel is nice & staff are supper freindly to... but do read all of my review if you get a see view room be prepared for traffic noise and dogs barking from the play area opposite also if you get one of those rooms on the 16floor (sunset room) (ph) you will get noise from the bar above (music) till 1130/ 12am ish. i had2 move from the sunset room as couldn't sit on balcony due to the above noise. the cheeper standard rooms at the back are much better than the the sunset rooms as there much more contempery &quieter. Breakfast is very good BUT lunch & dinner is borderline ok and basic the hotel i suppose has to cut cost some were. i would stay there again but on a b/b basis and at the back of the hotel only because i like a bit of peace to sleep. last thing dont fly with BA out of Gatwick if that an option as its Terrible always delayed out&back constantly use ryan air or easy jet def not BA.

I cannot fault the building and amenities. All very modern and to a high standard. Roof top pool and bar breathtaking, with great service at both pool bars. Breakfast very good and well organised. Hotel was clean, but some details missed in the room, eg dust under bed, streak on mirror, dirty cups. What really let this place down was the service at reception. Incredibly slow meaning queues quickly build up and when we had an issue on arrival that the 3rd bed was not made up and no towels, it took us going down to them 4 times to get this sorted. In the end, they just gave us the sheets and towels and we had to do it ourselves. For a short stay, unfortunately this was a noticeable let down, despite the hotel being fantastic over wise.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, einzig nicht sauber. Es gab nur eine Reinigungsfrau für das ganze Stockwerk und sie war immer gestresst. Vielmals war das Zimmer erst um 16h fertig, obwohl wir das Zimmer am morgen zum Frühstück verlassen hatten und sie ein anderes Zimmer neben uns sauber machte. Das 1. Mal hatten wir den Batch an die Türe gehängt, damit sie wusste, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden kann und als wir gen 17.30h vom Strand zurückkehrten, war das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt und die Betten auch nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption haben sie uns dann gesagt, dass wir ja den Batch nicht an die Türe anbringen dürfen, weil das Personal dann meint, dass sie das Zimmer nicht betreten darf, obwohl auf dem Batch klar steht: dass sie eintreten dürfen, um das Zimmer herzurichten. Komische Handhabung vom Hotel. Ich denke, dass es nicht das die chuld an der Reinigungskraft liegt, sondern am Management. Es ist müssig viele Male an der Rezeption sich zu beschwerden, wenn das Zimmer seit einer Woche nie mit einem Besen geschweige nass aufgezogen wurde und der Dreck seit einer Woche immer noch am Boden liegt, obwohl die Rezeption von unserem Anliegen wusste. Jätte fint hotell, grym frukost, superbra läge. Självklart var ju takpoolen jätte bra med helt otrolig utsikt. Det enda som vi upplevde som dåligt var servicen i baren vid takpoolen. Man fick inte ha med sig egen dricka eller beställa vid baren, men det var knappt som att dom tittade åt vårat håll eller var uppmärksamma på att fråga om vi ville ha något, det gick knappt att vinka in dom. Jätte dålig service. Utöver det är vi jätte nöjda med våran vistelse.

Absolutely lovely hotel, great location and excellent views from our room on 9th Floor. We opted for the half board option, breakfasts where brilliant (great food choice and omelettes cooked to order), the evening meal was ok, we found some the so called hot food, cold and we struggled to eat it. Another slight gripe was the on site parking, we knew we had to pay but the €15 per day charge was a bit on the steep side, would have been better if it was inline with other hotels we stay in Benidorm at €10 per day.

Tras la reforma, ha quedado espectacular. Las habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras. Muy limpio todo. La ubicacion es centrica y cercana a zona de ocio, el centro y la playa a unos 5 minutos a pie. El buffet esta bien, bastante variado y el comedor es bastante amplio. El unico “pero” es que hay muy pocas plazas de aparcamiento y como no permiten reservar, te encuentras con la desagradable sorpresa de que tienes que aparcar pagando mas de 21€ en el parking de enfrente, o bien buscar sitio en ORA por los alrededores, teniendo en cuenta que hay que renovar cada 2 horas. No es una opcion viable para aparcar en verano.

We were here 6nights and loved it, so central for old town and also the new town, breakfast was lovely something for everyone, the rooftop bar has amsing views and lovely for a quiet drinks, I would highly recommend and would defo stay again, we hired a car and there was paid parking in the hotel which was fine as we knew this before hiring the car.

Desde la ubicación del hotel cerca de todo y de la playa, el hotel en si mismo FANTÁSTICO, nuevo, cama súper cómoda, habitación súper amplia, balcón formidable y unas vistas abiertas que hicieron aún más placentera nuestra estadía. Koselig hotell med hjelpsomt personale. Kjempefin frokost. Men middagen var ikke noe særlig. Prøvde det meste i en uke vi var der. Eksempel fra siste dag var det "tikka masala" den smakte det samme som steikt lam som var en av de andre alternativene. Med andre ord kjedelig og smakløs.

We stayed here for a week with our two children aged 7 and 8. The food was great. We are pescatarian and there was loads of fish and vegetable selection everyday. For breakfast, they made us some special food that was cooked separately to the pork. They were very accommodating. We came to relax and that's exactly what we did with everything taken care of. We would love to come again.

Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel. I would 100% recommend. The rooms are modern, spacious and the beds are so comfortable as are the pillows. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could ever want, including English bacon and sausages. All the hot food was hot!, nothing lukewarm. The roof top bar and pool was spotless with amazing views. Please note that no children are allowed in the pool on the roof due to safety. The pool downstairs was excellent. As other reviews say- no sun in the morning but it doesn’t open till 10am so not really a problem. The location is about 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town is about 2 minutes walk. Benidorm gets a lot of news about muggers, but this is more near the strip. This area felt safe, but as with anywhere in the world, you have to be careful. All the staff were helpful. Check in is not till 4, but our room was ready about 2, and others were ready even earlier which was great. This was not an issue for us but, If I have to say anything negative, items do not get replenished in the room but I’m sure if you ask at reception, they would be. If we come back, this hotel would be our first choice. Everything was perfect.

Great hotel! Lovey decor and very clean. The staff at the front desk and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a penthouse sea view room and it really made our stay! The rooftop bar with infinity pool with sea views was a great addition to the hotel. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the strip but out the way of noise. The car park price was more than I expected it would be but was very convenient. I have already recommended to friends and will return myself.
Great hotel! Lovey decor and very clean. The staff at the front desk and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a penthouse sea view room and it really made our stay!
