Hotel Grand Bach Kyoto Select

very good breakfast; the bread was excellent, like in France ! the problem was with the coffee machine ,out of order 4 days/7 days(you have to get 2 machines in case !!!). the rooms are little(no closets ): 16 M2; the first room had a noisy ventilation in the bathroom ;the second room was silent and a little bigger:18M2)

Great location. Staff was excellent. Room was great.

The hotels in Japan are very small this one was conviently located walking distance to the fish market and on a shopping strip and this room had rain shower and very modern it also had a public bath with 4 washing machines which does both in each machine. Also the train station was less than a 5 minute walk.

Our room was definitely the smallest of our 4 on this trip but it was nice. The beds were soft. The amenities were abundant. The onsen was a nice bonus. Very clean. The staff at the front desk could have been nicer. Polite but not friendly. Bar area also closes at 10 or 11? After a long day it would have been nice to use drink tokens and lounge for a minute since room really has no room for that. Overall it's in a good location for sure and the hotel is very nice.
