場所は地下鉄駅から徒歩数分圏内。ただ、橋を渡らなければならないので、強風や雨天時は少し面倒そう。周囲にはコンビニはあるが、飲食店が少なく少し不便。建物は古いながら、手入れは良く行き届いていると思います。風呂トイレシャワー、洗面台、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、テレビ、エアコン、空気清浄機と、備品は一通り揃っています。棚が多く長期滞在者には嬉しい。その一方で、メインの部屋の電気が調光できるタイプなら良かったとか、洗濯物が干せるロープあるいはスタンドでもあれば良いと思ったりしました。自分は1人でここに泊まりましたが、この部屋このベッドで2人は辛いと思います。

Everything in the room was very clean. Be prepared everything is smaller in Japan vs USA- but they make efficient use of space so there’s plenty of amenities packed in. The electric tea kettle was nice to have. The basement laundry room, provided toiletries in the lobby/room, and control of the AC in the room were also nice amenities. The best part was the location- right across the river from Sensoji Temple, where’s there’s tons of shopping and food. The river walk is absolutely gorgeous especially at night. And there’s a couple convenience stores close by, one is on the block next to the hotel. The neighborhood in general is more reasonably priced to stay in, and more quiet, than staying in places like Akihabara or Shibuya. At least from what we saw. We loved staying here!

Hotel is old so yes it is outdated but it was cheap, clean and had everything we needed. In addition to usuals in room, there was also a microwave. Coin laundry on 1st floor. Drinks (soft drinks and beer) vending machine and subway card kiosk in lobby. We had a view of the Sky Tower, very pretty at night. Staff is super friendly. Area is very quiet. 711 convenience store and bus stop right around corner. Trains and restaurants are 10 to 15 minute walk, which could be the downside to area.

冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、加湿器などはもちろん電子レンジが部屋にあったのが嬉しかったです。部屋に入ってすぐ壁の塗装が剥がれてたり水周りのサビが気になりました。バスタブ内の水が流れにくい、トイレの[小]ではトイレットペーパーが流れない([大]で流すのは問題ない)、トイレのタンクに毛が付いてる、壁に隙間がある等全体的に不潔感がありました。スタッフさんの対応や設備は良かったので部屋だけが残念すぎました。

It's a good place for a couple of nights only or if you don't spend too much time in your hotel. Very small room, the bathroom is so small that the sink is outside in the bedroom. There are amenities in the lobby, you can change your towels everyday or ask for the cleaninf room service (for a charge, of course). Nice staff

Cramped, tattered and unreliable internet. No made service available, drop off and pick up your own towels and sheets and make your own bed if you need it. F Wi-Fi was solid, but the internet dropped out. I had to finish my zoom meeting using 5G, the hotel internet was too unreliable. Front desk people are very nice.

This place is in desperate need of renovations! There was mold in the bathrooms, stains on the carpet floors and counters, the wallpaper was peeling off, and so much dust EVERYWHERE! Outdated is an understatement; it's rundown. Very disappointing.

It was affordable and located in a good area for convenience. The bed was large and comfortable as well. Rooms here are not as clean, and this is due to housekeeping not occurring daily, so the room isn't well kept up in general. Sink backsplash and tub had mold, but wasn't to the extreme where you were uncomfortable with it.

The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The location sits in a convenient spot near tokyo skytree and sensoji temple. Close to the train. Only issue is that the property is deteriorated. The bathroom as an example is rusty around corners, stained glass, and the toilet wasn’t even bolted down correctly.

Room was cramped and tattered, but clean. Adequate. However, there is NO housekeeping. You may get clean towels at the front desk, but if you plan to stay more than a week, you won't get any maid service to clean the room or change the sheets.

Great if all you're doing is sleeping. Decent for a budget option. Rooms and bathroom aren't the most clean. The room itself is pretty small but again it's fine if you're only using it to sleep. Wifi is pretty bad though so if that's a dealbreaker I definitly don't recommend. Good side is that it's walking distance from great attractions (sky tree, sensoji temple...)

Bed is too small for a family of 3. I don’t know how we fit so if traveling with kid/s don’t stay here. But if you’re traveling alone and on a tight budget then this hotel is ok as they have limited space and only one size bed for every room. You’ll get what you paid for. It’s near kuramae station and convenient stores. The area looks safe so that’s good. Helpful staffs.

The room and bed are small, but this is Tokyo so not surprising. It is clean with everything you’d need for a short stay. Easy check in and check out, very pleasant staff. Location is just over the bridge from the bustling temple area and very near the Tokyo sky tower and, if you like beer, the excellent Asahi brewery with great beers and good, reasonably priced, food.

まず、このホテルの構造に、ビックリしました。301号室〜304号室までの場合、フロントから、エレベーターで、3Fまで上がるのだが、そこから、非常扉のような扉を開けて、一旦、 3Fの外へ出ると、各部屋のドアが、あるという感じです。なので、夜中、周りの道路を車が通行する音が、部屋の中まで、聴こえてきて、騒がしかったです… それから、部屋のアメニティが、歯ブラシのみしか、置いてなく、チェックINの時にも、何も説明も無かったので、フロントに、カミソリは、無いのか？と、たずねると『そこの引出しに、入ってる』と言われ、こちらから、聞かないと、アメニティの案内もしないという、不親切な、印象を、非常に受けました。今後は、利用しようとは、思いません。

Hotel Mystays Asakusa was amazing. The kindness and service from the staff was unreal. Always happy and cheerful whenever we needed help. I had a pair of wrestling tickets delivered to the hotel that they took care of for me. My partner received a torn yen note from a bank machine that no vendor or vending machine would take. The front staff happily exchanged it for a bill from the register. Our view from our window was wonderful as we woke up to a perfect view of Skytree every morning. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, vegetarian friendly and the staff there is great too. 100% Would stay again!

There is 3 stations within 10 minute walk that took me to shinjuku, akibahara and shibuya. The Asahi building had amazing views within 10 minutes and the sensō-ji temple across the river. I would highly recommend staying here if you are dropping your bag and exploring.

Standard size room for Japan although had a king single so maybe two more a few more cms of space. About 12 walk to station (over a bridge). And about 20 mins to shops in the area. If I was to return I’d stay back over the bridge side so less of a walk.

It was a convenient and economical option, and close to the train station (10-15 minute walk). Felt very safe, 24 hour service desk assistance, and quiet. 7 Eleven is right across the train station, which is super convenient for a late night craving as you walk back to your room or pick up something in the morning to start your day!

the hotel is located in an old town. everything is closed at night, and just a couple of 7-Eleven convenience stores surround the place. the hotel is old and consequently, the facilities are old fashioned.

Me encantó hospedarme aquí. Muchas gracias a Phan, la recepcionista que nos recibió por su amable atención y muy bien inglés. La ubicación es buenísima, a solo 5 minutos caminando de paradas de bus y 10 del metro. También hay muchos restaurantes y varios 7/11 para comer. La habitación es pequeña pero me parece que por el precio estuvo súper bien. Muchas gracias!

Located at a walkable distance to Asakusa and Skytree and accessible to the Tokyo cruise via the Sumida river to Odaiba. You can get a view of Skytree from your window. Dining at the Indian restaurant in 1F is average. Rooms are small and room cleaning service was not be provided that can be disappointing when you are traveling with children.
