I stayed in the 12th floor and the room was spacious for one person, with a queen size bed. Great water pressure and wi-fi signal. The hotel is modern and clean and friendly staff. Breakfast provided many options.

Good location near two stations. Check-in is at 15:00 but there was a luggage store free of charge. Reception has some free drinks (tea, coffee and water refill). Mattress was not the best, but the room otherwise was excellent - really dark and nice and cool with air con. Shower and amenities also great.

The room was extremely small and old. And the breakfast was not edible. We went out to breakfast every day.

The front desk staff were very attentive. The kitchen staff extremely efficient. We loved having the convenience of a full breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel rooms could use a few touch ups like wall paper scuffs and bathroom caulking. I noticed some wall stains in hallways that either would not wash off or were just ignored. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers making the laundry situation somewhat difficult to navigate. The dryers took at least 3 times the amount of time to dry a load compared to a 30 minute wash cycle. Overall, I liked the location in Asakusa and for the price point, it was most definitely reasonable.
