Great premium rooms in Asakusa, really helpful staff and nice premium lounge on the 10th flor for premium rooms with snacks, juices and great views of skytree and the Senso-ji Pagoda. When I booked the room it showed a view. We got to see rooms in hotel across the alley. No in hotel dining. Breakfast should be included. Just add it up front. No room service. 10th floor evening snack room with view was a nice touch.

This was a great hotel, rooms were nice and clean and spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. The hotel offers cultural 'experiences' such as taiko drums, Japanese silent film lectures. The hotel also hosts a 'happy hour' from around 3PM-9PM on the top floor. There are complimentary Japanese snacks and beverages and great view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. We enjoyed relaxing in the air conditioner, sampling the snacks (some had explanation cards on origins of the snack) and beverages. Appreciated the laundry room with coin washers/ dryers, vending machine & microwave room and luggage storage. Hotel is close to restaurants, 24 hour Don Qui, Daiso and the usual convenience stores. Only CON: taxi drivers had difficulty finding the Annex building and tried to drop off at the main Asakusa View Hotel, which is across a busy main street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We truly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and loved the Friday Geisha show. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making our stay even more memorable.

The property felt new! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable with two different pillow options. I love the “pick your own toiletries” at the reception area as their eco friendly contribution. The top floor lounge was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. We had a great stay. The only thing I would suggest is that they leave the bathroom door/shower door open so that it airs out better before guests arrive. The first two days it smelled of dank water.

Solid, comfortable rooms and beds. Love the toilet and bathroom layout. Toilet is separate, sink is in same room, but is separate from the shower & tub. There is a nice lounge on the 10th floor with views of the Skytree and there's wagashi & snacks from 3-10. Sodas, juices, tea & coffee. Would have been perfect with a small bar. Location is great, a 7 min walk to the Ginza line, buses nearby, Senso Ji a 10 min walk and a 24 hour Donki & Lawsons & Family Mart around the block. No onsen unfortunately but the tub in the bathroom is deep and has super hot water. Alt I found a bath down the street where you can get a private sauna & bath.

Great hotel all around. The staff, the room cleanliness and the location were excellent during our stay. It’s close to the shrines and you can walk daily to visit these beautiful sights. There is shopping and an abundance of great places to eat. Ask the front desk for recommendations. They were great! We recommend it highly!

We found a pill for hepatitis in our first room and they changed us to a different room which was also dirty and the staff was very apologetic. We stayed 3 nights and we asked to changed bedsheets twice as they instructed us to put the sign on top of the bed but we found out it wasn’t changed. The location of the hotel is very good though however cleanliness is one of their problem. Less than 3 minutes walk to Don Quijote, sensoji, lots of food options and Train stations.

It’s a new modern hotel, good location, especially to go to sensoji temple in the evening! A warm welcoming drinks, snack to the guests! More restaurants, coffee shops, donki, Uniqlo are nearby the hotel! Self services to checking in and out, and to lock the luggage after check out! Unexpected to lack cleaning the room as quite dusting on the desk surface and the floor!

Overall excellent stay. Room is big by Tokyo standard. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast (note that you can go to the main hotel restaurant on 26th floor for breakfast). New hotel only opened March 2023 Effective blackout curtains. We slept very well. Bathroom is very clean and comfortable with a traditional deep Japanese bath. Toiletries are nice as usual in Japanese business hotels. The downsides were: - carpet in the room is shedding fluff hugely as it's new however housekeeping hasn't hoovered enough to keep it clean. Also found quite a lot hair with those fluff - toiletries selection by the front desk is not replenished often. Most of the time they trays are empty.

Hotel didn't meet our expectations for the amount of money we paid. Rooms tend to be not cool enough at night while trying to sleep.Also,it appears the hallways don't have air conditioning.Not enough lighting in bathroom to put make up on. Also,doesn't have that many amenities compared to other hotels.Last year we stayed at another hotel in the area which was around the same price range and was much better.Wanted to try something different this year which was a mistake.

Fantastic hotel! We splurged a bit and upgraded to a 9th floor room with a traditional Japanese theme - shogi screens and tatami mats. Beautiful room with great amenities, well located in the shopping/dining area in Asakusa and close to the temple. Breakfast at the hotel is really great. My only complaint is that they don’t sell the hotel pajamas!

The hotel is newer, the room was in excellent condition. Better storage in rooms would be great: only a few drawers were available and they were used for cups/glasses/laundry items. I had to shift these things elsewhere to use them for my clothing. The lighting in the room is the only true negative. There are overhead and reading lights in the ceiling above the beds, these point directly into your eyes if laying down on the bed. I ended up taping a piece of paper over each one to diffuse the light before I would lay down for bed.

Wonderful neighborhood to stay in. Very quiet . Marvelous breakfast at the main hotel across the street. The downside: the hotel staff, although they tried, we’re just not very helpful in providing basic tourist information about travel, transporting luggage, places to eat, directions.

Read with caution: First of all generally speaking this hotel was very good. It's a great location which is quieter than the other areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya but it is easily accessible to most major areas by train. Train station is just opposite. Senso Ji is walking distance. Rooms are slightly on the small size but decent. We are a family of 3 with quite a lot of luggage and it was a bit of a squeeze. Shower facilities were good. The free drinks and traditional Japanese sweets were a nice extra. Only reason why I have rated this with 3 stars is because 2 of our personal items went missing from our room over 2 consecutive days after the rooms were cleaned (and we were out). Whilst the staff did attempt to find the items, when they told us they couldn't find the items there was no complaints procedure or any service beyond that. This was very disappointing as generally we had a good stay here. Would like to personally thank Utaro (works outside at the front of the hotel) who was extremely friendly and helpful.

self check out makes no sense. I have to check myself out but still go the the counter to pay my hotel tax. I think it's faster just to check out with the staff. Also I think the lounge needs one more person. The one person at the lounge at night is overwhelmed. The breakfast menu is only ok, I think it better to have more option at the buffet and not menu for main meal. Housekeeping was very good and very courteous.

Staff were awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Very polite and even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, we were able to communicate with them. The room was clean and we liked the laundry facility, just wish there were more washers. Also wish there was the washer/dryer status available on the tv so we could tell when it became available instead of going back and forth to check. Overall great hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. We always stay here when we’re in Tokyo.

Hotel is in an excellent location within the Asakusa neighborhood. Tons of shops, restaurants and other activities around the hotel. Very close to Tokyo Sky-tree and shopping malls there as well. You don't have to travel far and get anything you need around the hotel.

100 percent you have to try the breakfast . 20 bucks per head, buffet style plus one main plate. The buffet is A1 crazy good. The beds are okay, didn’t hurt my back. Bring a Roku to watch Netflix. Lovely bathroom and shower. They have a good lounge on 10th floor for quiet and small snacks . Microwave and vending machine on every floor. Close to many attractions including the temple. Many shop to you drop. If you need currency exchange their main hotel across the street has a machine with excellent rate.

Very clean room and hotel. The staff were very helpful. Location is perfect just minutes from food shopping and sights yet quiet and away from the Main Street. Breakfast though was quite expensive for the selection that was on offer.

Overall a really nice hotel! The location was perfect, you are near the temple and tons of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is really really nice, looks new and modern. Breakfast was amazing, it includes a meal to order which was outstanding and a buffet that was good enough on its own. The amenities and room were all better than I expected as I only picked this place for the location and didn’t realize it would be this great. The free lounge on the top floor with the view of Skytree tower was also unbelievable how nice it was since it was free and had plenty of non alcoholic beverages and lots of finger snacks and treats. When I come back to Tokyo, this hotel will be top of my list if I’m staying near Asakusa.
