Super clean, average breakfast. Bed comfort is an issue, hard to sleep as the bed is really too hard

We were given a smoking room despite no mention of it being one and both guests have asthma, we got a new room but it was a hassle to deal with as we had a language barrier. Every guest checking in on the same day wasnt allowed into their room before 3pm despite all the rooms ready, obviously that makes sense for checking in time but when we all could go up it cause a huge 15-20min delay with a single small elevator, but the rooms were ready so it was just so inconvenient. Beds were incredibly hard but rooms were okay despite that. Breakfast was weird, everything was in hotdog buns, 'hamburgers', chicken sandwich, egg salad, even the desert with was cream in a hotdog bun. In the end i wouldnt go back, we only went as a last resort.

Overall, good value, decent experience. small room. For a single occupant the room was pretty small. Imagine slightly smaller than a student dorm room, part of that floor space replaced with a bathroom. I won't knock them too much for size, it's Tokyo and it was a pretty good value in my opinion. There is a mini-fridge and a desk. There was breakfast with my stay. Variety of sandwiches (grilled chicken, yakisoba, hamburger, egg salad, cream, custard in a standard japanese subroll), a soup or two soups, yogurt and some bread. The lobby has teas and coffee along with a water dispenser. One thing I did find annoying was that the air conditioner needed some cleaning. It smelt a bit musty when it was pushing around air and when it was going into and out of the cooling cycle.
