We had a decent experience overall. The rooms are well appointed and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The in-room projector is a fantastic feature and adds a unique touch. The front desk staff were exceptional; incredibly polite, helpful, and prompt with any requests. The location is excellent, close to everything you could need, with a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The rooms and lobby were very clean, and the laundry facilities were especially convenient while traveling. A few details kept me from giving a full five-star rating. While the projector is a great addition, it emits a blue indicator light that shines above the bed even when turned off, which can be disruptive when trying to sleep. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and felt underwhelming. The room also did not offer much of a view. Also, we had an unfortunate interaction at the Canvas bar. One staff member (gentleman that typically wears all black, not the gentleman who wears the beige/sand-colored apron) came across as rude and lacking basic courtesy. It felt out of place given how professional and welcoming the rest of the team was. Another note: the lobby shares space with the lounge/bar area. At times, it was loud with music and guests drinking, which made it less comfortable when simply trying to head up to the room. Lastly, there's an additional charge for a one-hour late checkout. 新しくて部屋の設備もよかったので快適に滞在できました。ただ、夜になるとロビーがDJのいるナイトクラブになるので、ロビーを普通に使えず、ものすごい音量なので、話をしてほかのゲストと翌日の計画もできないような環境です。ですが、Partyのない日や日中は広々としたロビーではあります。

Situated right on the outskirts of Ginza, the Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is located on the upper floors of the building. The lobby is also a bar and lounge hybrid with a hip night life aesthetic that does make you feel like you're already part of the Ginza night life scene. Check in was a smooth process with partial self check in but with front desk reception helping us through the process and getting us situated. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel days before from our previous hotel, and the staff had them delivered straight into our rooms which was a very much needed relief since we already had our hands full with the luggage we were already carrying with us. That was a very much appreciated gesture. Our suite was the best one that we had on our trip, which we splurged a bit for our last days in Japan. It was a very nicely decorated interior with purchase-able art. Some highlights were the projector system that took a bit to set up but ran smoothly, and the shower that took up the entire room with Bluetooth audio. The suite was a joy to be in and my only wish was to have been able to stay longer. We would definitely come back again if the opportunity came up.

Great hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Ginza and less than 5 minutes away from Ginza Station. Highly recommended if you are visiting Tokyo! The bar on 2nd floor was also a fun place for a quick drink! Staff was friendly and polite!

Very good hotel - room was cleaned daily, walking distance to transport, shopping and dining options as you walk outside your door. Laundry facilities were great whilst on holiday too.

Not a hotel for families. Bar is on the way to the elevator. People drinking and noisy. Nighttime noisy not sure from the bar or the street restaurant surrounding it.only thing I like was the staff is helpful.

Everything is perfect except the lower floors may be quite noisy on the weekends when there is any music events on the lobby

This hotel is amazing, a fun lobby bar and lounge, great location, movie projectors in each room (connect your laptop), bluetooth speaker in the shower, very good breakfast.Why only 4 stars? They advertise their smallest rooms as being 23 sq mt. This is why I chose this hotel. In fact, they are only 16 sq mt! Who enjoys getting cheated, raise your hand now.They were willing to upgrade me for a fee, another insult. Some negotiations later, I was moved into a supposedly 34 sq mt room, more likely about 25 or 26.

The room was warm and welcoming with a very comfortable bed. I love having the seperate shower and seperate toilet. The staff were wonderful and helped whenever asked. We returned here because we loved it the first time. The location is great with eating, trains and shopping close at hand. We appreciate the guests laundry and projector tv.

Breakfast was not included but it was nice to have a laundry on site. The carpet was kind of dirty and it smelled like puke. But overall the room was a good size and the bathroom was functional. In a very good location

So clean and so close to everything - lovely staff - very simple and easy place to stay for a first timer - highly recommend!

The accommodations were decent, especially considering the general size for hotel rooms in Tokyo; it was spacious in comparison. However, I underestimated how small the shower stall would be. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, but I noticed a lot of dust would accumulate on the furniture. Such as the faucet, toilet roll holder, table, nightstand, etc. I'm assuming it's because of the fabric like walls? Overall, it was just okay. The real downside was not on the fault of the hotel itself, I should of done more research, but I did not like the general area we were in.

Dripping shower head. Uncomfortable bed with no room to move around it. Noisy train at night. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Room: We stayed at 1015 with king bed for 6 nights. This is on the side facing the train track. We could hear trains but quickly became used to it. Could hear nothing from neighbours however. Room was well organized. New furnishings with overhead projector making for a fun movie night. Music in shower. Great shower head! Bed was hard for my taste but bearable if i slept on myside. Fun PJs provided. Large king bed by Japanese standards. As with most Japanese hotels you need to bring extra hangars. Wifi was 100 percent. There is a laundry room and ironing room. The lobby was cute. Food a bit basic and expensive but nothing more you can reasonably expect. Staff was great. DJ night was fun. I was not impressed by breakfast. LOCATION! Fantastic! Great places to eat close by. Check out ramen in alley ways. Subway was close. 7-11 across street. Shopping literally one block away. Loubiton, Gucci, Loewe, Falconeri, Intimissi… ginza six … the list goes on. Value for money proposition makes this place well worth it. I noticed doubles on my floor not so well laid out…. I’ll stay again

Room was very small for 2 people. We had a Prosecco twin room. Area was nice, close to Tokyo tower and the Imperial palace. A 25 min walk from Tokyo station

Good location. But rooms were small. And beds were way too firm. Minimal storage space. They didn’t provide the correct adapter for the projector so we didn’t use it. I also purchased breakfast for my family of 4 but they only gave me half of vouchers I needed for 2 mornings. It was too much of a hassle to correct it. Breakfast was mediocre. They hosted a rock party right in the reception area. I can appreciate loud music and fun but Checking in was obnoxious. They were willing store our luggage for a couple hours so grateful for that. I don’t intent to go back.

The staff were friendly and the hotel felt modern, but I don't think I'd choose to stay here again. The reception felt more like a bar/club than a nice hotel, the rooms were small and badly laid out, and the noise from the trains (13 floors down!) was loud.

Great location, room was nice and larger than a lot you find in Tokyo. My only surprise was that the staff were not very welcoming. If you came in or left they didn’t say hello or goodbye. You could struggle checking in on the kiosks while 4 people behind the check in desk just ignore you. I was surprised by this as I’ve found most people in Tokyo to be very welcoming. But overall very nice hotel. There is a blue tooth speaker system in the shower which was a nice unexpected touch.

We had a good experience from check in to check out, the staff at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor went out of their way to make out stay a positive experience. Complimentary amenities were given ... Just select what you need. From the usual toothbrush, comb to even face masks and body scrub! One of the staff, Mao, helped us call a taxi for the airport and went out of her way to help us with the numerous luggages we had. We were very impressed with her helpfulness. There's a 7-11 around the corner and lots of eateries just across from the property. Everything was so convenient!. Plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Amazing services, great hospitality, very friendly and polite as Japanese normally are but they charge you for late check out whether other hotels don’t according to my experiences.

The staff are not very competent. Beds were rock hard as were the pillows. When we asked for softer pillow there was none, we asked for 1 more pillow we were told no “there are none spare”. We have a baby and needed the pillow. They didn’t empty the bins for 2-3 days, our rubbish was overflowing. We had done a bit of shopping so there was a lot. Coffee downstairs was 5,000, it was weak so we got better coffee from 7 Eleven for 250. One evening I went downstairs to get a bottle of wine to take back to the room, was told the bar was shut by a bit of aggressive male staffer (it was 8:55). I went back to our room and decided to do a load of washing in the laundry near the bar, when I came downstairs I saw staff serving drinks to 2 people who then sat in the lounge area, however wouldn’t provide a closed bottle and glasses to us to take to our room. Location was not that great either, at night there’s no vibe, not much going on and everything shuts early. Better to stay somewhere more welcoming to tourists. We won’t stay here again and don’t recommend to others for all the above reasons.

We had an awesome stay. This hotel is just walking distance to the shops, which is great. Staff are lovely and helpful. We will book again in the future but will choose a bigger room.

The staff were absolutely fantastic - went above and beyond to support and were the friendliest and most welcoming I think I’ve ever encountered. The location of the hotel was brilliant - easy connections to-and-from Tokyo central and surrounding areas.

The staff at the hotel were excellent—friendly, helpful, and always professional. They really made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with anything I needed. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the noise levels. The hotel is located right next to a busy train line, and the sound of passing trains was frequent and quite disruptive, especially at night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a major issue. It's a real shame because the service was top-notch.

The staff went above and beyond with greetings, a welcome drink per guest in the room, organising Yamato transport for luggage collection and overall friendliness.

I wasn’t told about the free breakfast so didn’t receive it. Staff were polite but not super friendly. Rooms were pretty good for Tokyo, small but well laid out. I really did not appreciate having to pay an early check in fee for checking in at 12.30pm - because of this I won’t consider staying here again. It was already a fairly expensive hotel and this extra $60 was too much.

This was the first time staying at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor. This hotel has an amazing location that is close to Shinbashi station (JR) and Yurakucho station (JR). Close to many great restaurants and stores for shopping. The service and accommodations are very professional with high customer satisfaction and experience. The hotel is very modern and has a great lounge area for entertainment and drinks. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious for short term or longer stays. The views are excellent depending on the room you stay. Out of the thousands of hotels that I have stayed, The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is by far one of my most favorite hotels that I have had the opportunity to stay.

Great location, walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo station. Nice and quiet though very close to train tracks. The breakfast is a great option and 7-11 is just across street for snacks and drinks. Will stay there again in the future.

The location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to the heart of Ginza and there are a lot of fantastic restaurants right next to the hotel.

Very nice hotel in a prime location not just for exploring Ginza but much more of Tokyo as well. Walkable distance to the fish market and very good transport links with Ginza station only a 5 minute walk away also.

Loved our stay. Great facilities and a friendly atmosphere. Area around the hotel is fabulous - food, parks and shopping all a short walk away. Loads of different transport lines around a 10 min walk saving you from swapping lines.

Excellent location, however, the breakfast is just mediocre. I wish they would offered more variety for the food. Went out twice for breakfast because did not want the same food day after day.

Really nice hotel, clise to public transportation. In the upscale area of Ginza. Exceptioal staff. Breakfast was pedestrian at best but only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

Good service at check in. Breakfast was low quality with and a very narrow selection, sadly. You can only chose one warm thing from a small menu, and the rest is just white toast and raw corn and other separate vegetables. No yoghurt or rice. Would order somewhere else because of that.
