Knights Inn College Station

I didn’t stay, I wanted my kids to enjoy the pool but the water was black and pool was not usable. There was not one car in that parking lot and that made me feel unsafe. Empty hotel. They should update pictures. It’s not as pretty as the pictures.

The key card machine was broken, so we were without room keys for 1 night. I picked up Room Keys the next morning. Stain on comfortor. Bath tub and sink was also stained or had rust.

This property is not the why the pictures make it out to be the pool is not pretty blue it’s dirty and green and can’t go swimming in it the bed sheets had paint on them and stains on them.there was black stuff on the ceiling I’m not sure what it was the blow dryer did not work only 1 of the plug ins worked and when you pay 289 a night you expect more. And I tried to talk to someone but they didn’t seem to care that much like they already knew the issues but wasn’t willing to make it better or do anything about it.

No breakfast-not even coffee ! Water coming out of hot water pipe in bathtub was rusty. One bath towel had black stains on it as if previous user had cleaned their shoes with it.

The condition of the property was very dirty and used and it was suggested there were bedbugs. The door could not opened easily nor locked easily. The pool was firty and unusable. There was no breakfast and tepid coffee was all that was provided. The worst part, however, was the screaming, hollering and crying that was going on next door to our room. This never abated and despite telling the facility, it never stopped. I really thought somebody was being accosted next door. The phone did not work, so we had to alert the property by walking to the front of the building. There was no wifi either…sll in all just not very good.

Staff was very nice. No complaints there. Management or owners need to maintain property better. It’s a very old hotel. Our room had broken tile in bathroom, fridge was dingy and gross and was unplugged or not working. Ice machine in hall on first floor was not working and was all torn apart. Staff sent us to 3rd floor ice machine. 3rd floor ice machine was torn apart too with a shop vac sitting next to it ..yuk ! We were desperate and used the ice from that machine …Oh and elevator didn’t work either. Property is in desperate need of power wash and painting. Dirty old hotel - not worth the $215 I spent.

The room smelled damp. The ice machines were broken on the first and second floors so we had to walk to the third floor. The elevator was also broken. The worst part was that the light over the sink didn't work. it was flickering a lot and then just really low light. The young man who checked us in on the evening of Friday September 22 was nice and friendly. But when we had no towels the next day, the lady at the front desk was surly and did not seem happy to help. The shower was good,

Our room smelt like smoke. They checked another person into our room and they walked in on us. The pool was green.

The "pool" was green and full of frogs. It appeared that there were drug deals occurring on the stairs. The manager was walking around in booty shorts. The lady at the front desk had to go unlock individual rooms because the key maker was broken. They couldn\'t find my reservation through Expedia, and the manager suggested I just pay the rate again, and figure it out with Expedia later.

The room was clean, but there was a lot of peeling paint and wall boards coming undone. The staff on duty did their best, but there was a hassle about checking in. I came in and was told my room was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. There were many unoccupied rooms, so I requested one on the ground floor. The staff on duty called a manager who said no to giving me a ground floor room. I had to request my money back before the manager allowed me to have a different room. I find this unsatisfactory.

Very clean

Worst stay ever! If you’re thinking of staying here, please just keep going. The whole outside property were dark-no lights. Walked out of the elevator to a homeless lady with a pitbull barking at us. The beds weren’t clean, black and red spots all on the sheets. The tv did not work. The smell. The roaches. Something bit my mom, who knows what it was. Check in took forever. Just don’t stay there. It’s ridiculous how a business don’t care about their property.

Dirty, not well kept. AC unit only worked sporadically and had rotting food or mold (legitimately couldnt tell) inside the vent. Deadbolt was stuck and didn't automatically open when door handle opened. Latch bolt was unscrewed from wall and totally inoperable. Toilet had mildew ring growing in it. Absolutely not worth the low price.

We were not impressed from the beginning. Very old hotel and desperately needs an update. When we walked into our 1st room, we had 2 rooms, we should have turned around and left. Black mold on two walls, and just an overall dirty feeling. The second room had a huge hole patch, but wasn't nearly as dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Poor upkeep of rooms and stairwells. Toilet and tub dirty. Gross in general.

Great location and very friendly staff but this place did not feel clean. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and it was obvious the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest - we found hair, crumbs, and stains. Also one of the beds was missing sheets. Towels also were very stained and didn’t trust they were washed. The floor had a layer of dust and grime and we were forced to wear shoes the entire time. The entire place is in need of a facelift- pool was disgusting to look at; even though it’s winter I think it could be emptied rather than sit with dark green water and obvious clumps of building mold and bacteria.

Once I arrived to my room, the inside of the fridge was yellow and dirty, sheets on both beds were stained, pillows were previously soiled and towels had stains. I wasn’t compensated for anything and the owner did not apologize for the state of the linen and towels.

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed in. My teenage boys and I booked a 2-night stay for the Texas v Texas A&M football game. When we entered our FIRST room, we found stains on bedding and the bed of the pullout sofa was littered with bugs and, what appeared to be, rodent feces. Our SECOND room had blood stains on bedding, the floor and bathroom was filthy and the TV was inoperable. Our THIRD room was a 'little' cleaner, but still had a few noticeable stains on bedding and the bathroom was not clean. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned before providing lodging. Bathroom had bugs and was disgusting. Room had a terrible smell. Floors were dirty. Safe was on the floor but n the bathroom. Blow dryer had filth caked on it. Very disappointed in booking this through hotels.com.

The room was just okay, nothing terrible about it. It you want a good WiFi connection, try another location.

The hotel was in a horribly disintegrating state of disrepair. Every surface had peeling paint. The room had multiple holes, the bathroom doorknob was loose, the toilet made a singing noise when you flushed it. The room had a musty smell, the ceiling looked like it was leaking. On the positive side it had new floors, and new tile in shower. We didn’t even feel confident enough to shower. We left as quickly as possible!!!!

Room wasn't even ready when I went to check in at 11pm. Room condition was very poor.

This property was horribly ran. There was only 1 girl on shift working behind the counter. The owner was at home but working from her computer. Two separate parties were trying to check in before me. Both of them had issues. They lost the reservation on one of them. Once I finally got my key after waiting about 30 minutes, I go to my room and attempt to unlock the door. After 2 tries I attempt the other key. Still won't work. Then, I hear movement from inside. A man opens the door and informs me that I'm trying the wrong room. Nope. We were BOTH assigned to the SAME room. Thankfully, the gentleman was very nice and understanding. I go back to the lobby and find out I am not the only person this has happened too!! After FINALLY getting to my new room, I find dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. I felt sorry for the lone worker. The owner was moving people around in the computer and it was a complete disaster! Unsafe, Dirty, No breakfast as advertised. The ONLY reason I booked at this hotel is because College Station was completely booked for that particular night. One lady had reservations but they gave her room away so they refunded her money and left her without a room for the night. Absolutley horrible. The owner kept calling in and yelling at the lone worker. WOW!

The maid opened our door at 10am and said to wake up and leave. Super rude. Checkout is at 11am. Not 10am. And we were nude.

Staff was rude

No hot water. Overwhelmed front office. Old old old. We got there at 2pm and office lady made us come back at 3 for the room key. At 3pm there were 12 people in line. Also, never got my credit card back

Worst place I e ever stayed at. Owner was rude and disrespectful when voicing issues with the room. Excessive amount of black mold in the mini fridge. Floors were visible dirty with trash on it. Towels in room were used and wet. Toiled clogged the entire 1 day stay. I was given a plastic plunger which didn’t help AT ALL. I asked to be moved to a different room and the same conditions were in the new room. WORST PLACE IN BRYAN COLLEGE STATION TO BOOK A ROOM.

Waited 3 hours for someone to open front door just to get my key, and there is no working phone number for this place.

One night stay, very sweet ladies at check in and check out; overall great service and great place!

Great stay, great location.

My stay was great. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean. I was concerned at first about my vehicle in the parking lot just because of some of the people I saw walking the street but nothing was tampered with. The price of the room was just right for my budget and I’ll gladly stay here again should the need arise.

Awesome service and location

Knights inn is conveniently close to Texas A&M but the room felt dirty. The floor was grimmy, and the towels didn’t feel clean. The refrigerator was old and full of rust. The TV was mounted on the wall and fell in the middle of the night. There was broken glass on the stairs that no one cleaned up. The vending machines was busted up and the pool was unusable. The water was green and moldy with vines growing in to the pool.

The staff was nice and professional, but the room was unclean with used feminine products on the floor. There was no Cold water until the following morning which I thought was very odd. Also, there was no complimentary coffee...who doesn't need coffee first thing in the morning? Anyway, I will not be booking another room at this Inn when I return in August. Sorry Knights Inn, but you need to get with the cleaning!

At check in, they asked for deposit which was not mentioned online. They don't serve breakfast. There was smell of perhaps cigarette ( not sure what it was) everywhere. The entrance way & elevator floor was old, worn out and smells.

I liked that it was close to the event we attended. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. The ceiling was peeling looks like it had had some water damage. Also, the amenities need to be updated. The restaurant next door is no longer in service.
