Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance. The staff were super helpful and even called a cab for us when we got stuck.

Het hotel lag in de buurt van zowel centrum van Napels als Pompei zodat je met de auto beide kan bezoeken. Te voet is het te ver. De parking van het hotel was even zoeken. Maar achter de poort stond je auto wel iets veiliger. Wel veel trapjes in het hotel dus niet zo makkelijk met veel bagage. Ook was de lift kapot waardoor we met alle bagage naar het 1ste verdiep moesten sleuren. Al een geluk dat we niet hoger zaten. De kamer was ruim en netjes alsook het kleine terrasje met uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad. De zwembaden waren aan de warme kant dus ideaal om nademiddag nog te zwemmen. Wel 1 groot nadeel was dat je verplicht werd om een badmuts te gebruiken. En dat de zwembaden zout water hadden. De zee was niet gemakkelijk om in en uit te geraken. Veel te glad en geen trapje of dergelijks. Het ontbijt was voldoende en gevarieerd. Plus verse verschillense keuzes koffie werden aangeboden. Alsook veel kleine dessertjes en koekjes. Vriendelijke receptioniste die heel behulpzaam was. Restaurant was erlangs maar weer weinig keuzes op de kaart.

Es ist halt ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbereich könnte größer sein, da wir mal 10min auf einen Tisch gewartet haben. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und sicher.

We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice. We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. Our room was very clean, spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea, sitting there at night with a drink was great to relax. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. A shout out to Daniel on reception and the woman that ran the poolbar. Our breakfast was included and had hot food such as bacon and eggs which were great. The continental choices were fantastic and the the pastries delicious. We sat out on the terrace to eat and enjoyed tea beautiful view of Capri and the mountains surrounding Sorrento.

Amazing sports hotel, with very large swimming pools with seawater, and lovely vibe. The reception staff were on the ball, and helped me to provide a surprise for my husband's birthday. This is really good value. The breakfast was nice too.

Här bodde vi i 11 dagar, ganska tråkigt på hotellet, ingen variation i matsalens meny. frukosten ok. Poolen var ok men det gick inte att bada i havet för stora vassa stenar. madrassen på ena sidan av sängen var totalt paj. Vi hade liten uteplats.

Het hotel is goed onderhouden , erg schoon en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer en badkamer, waren goed uitgerust: bedden hard, maar dat is in Italie normaal. Balkon heeft geweldig uitzicht op zee, Capri en Napels. We kregrn een gratis upgrate, grote strandlakens en badmutsen. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, het restaurant heeft ook weer mooi uutzicht, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijke loungeplek.Binnen het hotel is alles prima eronheen wordt het al snel een beetje een triste bedoening

Security gates and cameras were a plus, swimming pool was beautiful, rooms had a lot of space. Bathroom setup was strange, showers leaked water everywhere. Breakfast staff pulled food before breakfast was over, that was probably the most annoying.

Ich kann das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und bieten einen herausragenden Service. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag perfekt geputzt und auch die Pools sind sehr sauber und wirklich toll. Super Frühstück und bei Bedarf auch ein gutes glutenfreies Angebot. Einige Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alle relevanten Bereiche sind top. Schon rund um die Anreise war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hervorragend. Das Personal organisiert auf Wunsch einen Shuttle Service, was bestens geklappt hat. Man kommt mit den Öffentlichen gut nach Neapel oder Pompeji, bis zur Haltestelle muss man allerdings ein gutes Stück laufen. Die Umgebung dorthin ist kein Aushängeschild für Italien, also nicht besonders schön, aber sicher. Im Hotel selbst spielt das aber keine Rolle und der Blick aufs Meer und Neapel ist traumhaft.

The area was very run down,the hotel is in poor condition and staff that don’t really care if you asked for anything they would type away on the computer and then say no. We were charged 3 different prices for wine. The shower in our room the door had been broken at some point but was never replaced as a result when you had s shower the water went all over the bathroom floor that’s an accident waiting to happen, the showers down at the beach only 1 worked flaking paint all over the place pool toilets were a mess. When we were leaving they tried to charged us for the use of the pool I refused to pay the charge. The whole experience was a very big disappointment and in all honesty I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone either go further down the coast or stay In Naples

The facilities are poorly maintained. Sofa and furniture in the reception broken and dirty. My room did not work the ac. High humidity and wet sheets. Little or almost no light in the room. They couldn't offer me anything better so I canceled my reservation after the first night.

C'est un CAUCHEMAR mais la vue est chouette. Si vous voulez dormir ici le weekend FUYEZ , on entend dans les chambres la musique des discothèques d'à côté et les fenêtres vivres impossible de dormir. L'hotel est placé dans une zone industrielle vraiment très mal entretenu. L'endroit n'est pas joli et n'a rien d'acceuillant . Beaucoup de travaux en cours ( encore du bruit la journée) mais nous n'avons pas été prévenus. LA WiFi ne fonctionne pas . L'hôtel a reconnu le bruit mais refuse de vous rembourser ou de trouver des solutions pour vous proposer une autre chambre. Les deux nuits blanches nous ont ruiné notre séjour. Vraiment la qualité des chambres vieillotte ne valent pas le prix payé. Bref grosse arnaque mais quelques personnes du personnel sont quand même sympa .

Hotel is right on Bay of Naples. Room had a big terrace with view on sea. One queen bed and two twins. Comfortable beds. Shower had great water pressure. Very good breakfast. If you have a car, convenient to visit Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. Outdoor pools closed but there is indoor pool, so bring a swimsuit. Would stay again.

Schönes Hotel mit eigenem Strandzugang und 4 Außenpools. Unser Zimmer war groß, man hatte ausreichend Platz. Leider war unser Balkon zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet, daher war die Sicht nicht sehr schön. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit Strandblick. Das größte Manko für uns war das dunkle Bad ohne Fenster und die kleine Dusche . Ein Pluspunkt ist die Aussicht vom hoteleigenen Restaurant auf Neapel. Das Essen war leider geschmacklich nicht unser Fall ( verbrannter Fisch) .Leider ist die direkte Umgebung nicht sehr ansprechend, aber in ca 2 km zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt von Ercolano. Schönes Hotel mit eigenem Strandzugang und 4 Außenpools. Unser Zimmer war groß, man hatte ausreichend Platz. Leider war unser Balkon zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet, daher war die Sicht nicht sehr schön. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit Strandblick. Das größte Manko für uns war das dunkle Bad ohne Fenster und die kleine Dusche . Ein Pluspunkt ist die Aussicht vom hoteleigenen Restaurant auf Neapel. Das Essen war leider geschmacklich nicht unser Fall ( verbrannter Fisch) .Leider ist die direkte Umgebung nicht sehr ansprechend, aber in ca 2 km zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt von Ercolano. Vom Bahnhof Ercolano Scavi sehr gute Anbindung an Neapel , Pompeji, Sorrent. Für Badegäste empfehlenswert

We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice. We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. Our room was very clean, spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea, sitting there at night with a drink was great to relax. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. A shout out to Daniel on reception and the woman that ran the poolbar. Our breakfast was included and had hot food such as bacon and eggs which were great. The continental choices were fantastic and the the pastries delicious. We sat out on the terrace to eat and enjoyed tea beautiful view of Capri and the mountains surrounding Sorrento.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was buffet style and a selection on offer, lovely sea view and cost lines of Napoli / Sorrento Staff- Reception staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant staff were focused and efficient (I saw other reviewers say rude - I don't agree they were just doing their job) Hotel - currently work going on in communal areas - didn't bother us one bit. Room - no chairs on balcony, the shower was a little dark as the light is the other side of the partition. But room was clean & spacious. Location - it's 20min walk to Metro / train line. A small selection of food places 5-10 min walk or walk 15-20 min walk towards the train line to find more restaurants and Herculaneum. Beach - sea too rough to enter at the hotel but there are clam black sand beaches in 5-10 min walking distance. Personally we liked this hotel but I would say you need to be happy to walk to make the most of the area or pay out for taxi's Restaurant - food and drinks lovely - however it was a treat as it was definitely our most expensive meal of the trip. Pools - there are 4 outdoor pools - only 2 available when we went in May but I think they were still setting them up as they had not long reopened the pools - the 2 main pools are also huge! So I can image it being plenty of space to enjoy in the height of summer :)

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and super helpful. The hotel had everything you needed facilities wise and the breakfast was great. They even went out of their way to get gluten free breakfast for my wife. The hotel is a good ‘hub’ for visiting all of the Italian coastline around the area. The room we stayed in could with being updated a little.

The reception staff was excellent. They explained everything to us. Our reservation was for 2 nights. The only difficulty we experienced was unfriendly service by the pool attendants. We thought we were assigned to 2 chaise lounges near the children’s pool. On the second day a woman who I presume was another hotel guest insisted that we had to move. The pool attendant took us to another spot near the ADULT POOL. I did not like this as we are traveling with an 8 YEAR OLD GIRL who really likes to play in the water. I think it was extremely unfair. Maybe some of the weekend people have an annual reservation every summer but nevertheless other visiting hotel guests should not be mistreated. We were staying in Room 302. I do feel we were badly treated. We have never visited the Naples Area before and will probably never return. We were simply trying to give our little girl a rest from sightseeing and a chance to have fun in the pool. It was a very disappointing situation. As a result, I sat at the edge of the baby pool to watch my niece while she played in the water while her mother sat in the reclining chair at the adult pool. I think your pool representatives were extremely unfair to us. As I said earlier, we have no plans to return…..

Beautiful place, but the staff exceeded all expectations. Our luggage was stolen in Rome that day. One in our group lost essential medicine in the crime. The staff located and called doctors and farmacies, on Sunday, to help us resolve the problem. Incredible!!!!!

Lovely location with reasonable sized bedroom, opt for the pool side room if available. The pool area is beautiful, with lovely views. The staff were very helpful especially Marta and Benji who helped organized transport and helped with a change of room. A decent size gym with lots of equipment. Only drawback to the stay don't order fish and chips in the restaurant. enough said.

We loved this property and the staff. Chiara and the other ladies were extremely helpful. They assisted with car rental, cabs and sightseeing recommendations. They also helped us set up a marriage proposal which was absolutely perfect! Gigi at the restaurant was a gem! his meal recommendations were always perfect, his service and attention really stands out. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Naples.

Quite enjoyed our 2 days. The service was very mixed, the reception staff and at the pool they were really excellent, very friendly and helpful however, the breakfast staff, cocktail bar and restaurant staff were the opposite not helpful and considering it was quiet the service really slow, would hate to be there when they were busy! On the plus side the food was really good and the setting of the restaurant overlooking Naples bay is beautiful. Great pools and stone beach area, no problem getting a sunbed. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired but the room was fine and comfortable. The location is a little remote so if you want to visit the surrounding areas you will either walk a lot or use taxis, although €10 to the ruins at Herculanum or the town isn't too bad.

The hotel was a great escape from the real world. The room and amenities were what I expected and the staff was friendly. The only item to beware of is that the hotel is situated outside of Naples and public transport can be tricky to get there and taxis were outrageously expensive so plan accordingly.

Lovely pool, quiet cool room, nice rooftop restaurant with good food but limited choice. The surrounding area though is very run down and littered. The nearest train station is 25 minutes walk away with handy links to Pompei and Naples, only 15 minutes away. Very limited restaurants around but we did enjoy the Lumos pub Harry Potter experience at Torre del Greco! No real beach area or sea to swim in. Hotel will book trips to the Amalfi coast via boat with HP travel which was good value and fun.

Ich kann das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und bieten einen herausragenden Service. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag perfekt geputzt und auch die Pools sind sehr sauber und wirklich toll. Super Frühstück und bei Bedarf auch ein gutes glutenfreies Angebot. Einige Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alle relevanten Bereiche sind top. Schon rund um die Anreise war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hervorragend. Das Personal organisiert auf Wunsch einen Shuttle Service, was bestens geklappt hat. Man kommt mit den Öffentlichen gut nach Neapel oder Pompeji, bis zur Haltestelle muss man allerdings ein gutes Stück laufen. Die Umgebung dorthin ist kein Aushängeschild für Italien, also nicht besonders schön, aber sicher. Im Hotel selbst spielt das aber keine Rolle und der Blick aufs Meer und Neapel ist traumhaft.

WE had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Punta Quattroventi. The location is fantastic, right in front of the sea, with a large pool that is easily accessible and a restaurant on-site, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from public transportation. However, they are very helpful in arranging local taxis, which makes moving around much easier. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, the staff were really helpful, nothing was to much trouble. It’s was quite early in the season so dining was limited. The hotel itself is a little isolated but ideal for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum

Lovely place, wonderful location, outstanding views from Naples to Capri and Sorento, and very friendly and efficient staff, particularly Santa who helped us to experience a truly exceptional stay. We dined in the hotel restaurant which had superb selections of seafood and pasta dishes - everything we had was delicious! I would love to stay at Hotel Puntaquattroventi again.

Quite enjoyed our 2 days. The service was very mixed, the reception staff and at the pool they were really excellent, very friendly and helpful however, the breakfast staff, cocktail bar and restaurant staff were the opposite not helpful and considering it was quiet the service really slow, would hate to be there when they were busy! On the plus side the food was really good and the setting of the restaurant overlooking Naples bay is beautiful. Great pools and stone beach area, no problem getting a sunbed. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired but the room was fine and comfortable. The location is a little remote so if you want to visit the surrounding areas you will either walk a lot or use taxis, although €10 to the ruins at Herculanum or the town isn't too bad.

The hotel is supposed to be a four star but it didn't really feel like four stars. Location: The location is kinda off and you have to walk 20 min or take quite expensive taxis to get anywhere. The traffic around the hotel is very fast and unsafe - especially for kids. And the beaches nearby is not so nice, litter and dirty water. The hotel: The reception staff where nice and helpful, a bit strange they charge 5 euros per person to helt book a trip ut Vesuvius - all they did where chat with a travels agency. The restaurants food was not so good (and there is not really anything else nearby - or at least a 20 min walk). The staff at the restaurant didn't listen and felt very unengaged with the guests. The pool was ok but it's salt water and the staff around the pool area felt and looked kind off annoyed when you tried to get a deck chair. The pool bar staff where polite and nice - but they mixed up the order and it took forever to get the stuff that was ordered. Looks can be deceiving is the first thing that comes to mind about this hotel. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else.
