The room was quite dirty when we arrived. There was a lot of ants and the kitchen had almost no items in it, for example only two forks, two bowls and two coffee mugs.

The one bedroom apartment is quite large with the kitchen a dining area, a living room seating area and TV which we never used. We had a large room with two regular size beds. The closets were very large and the bathroom area had a spacious counter for the both of our toiletries. The bathroom was adequate with the toilet and shower. We were provided two two shampoo packets and two hand soaps which we used when in the shower and the other one at the sink. They also provided two bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths but I guess that's just pretty common in Mexico but we didn't care because we brought our own knowing this. What we did like is you could park your vehicle on the property and the gate was closed @night so u knew your vehicle was safe. The community doesn't look like much until you walk further down or to the main Boulevard which is two blocks away and if you want to go to the plaza which is in the middle of Merida it's about 20 to 25 minute walk.It wasnt bad even if we were 2 senior ladies in good shape. But we found several places to eat at on our way down and coffee shops as well to the main plaza. We took a food eating tour with Laura and a historical tour with Gabriel which were both really good. We walked all over Merida and never felt unsafe walking back to our hotel AKA senior apartment at night. The staff was very nice and welcoming but we both speak Spanish and when we asked for a microwave they took one to our room. Thank you!

The room and service were great! And I really appreciate your staff staying an extra half hour for my check in.

Overall average stay, beds were comfy and room seemed clean. Beware if you have several suitcases requesting a bottom floor would bee ideal as there is no elevator.

The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment, they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment. Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs, they can pour formic acid in water tank). They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove, put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot). They still spray formic acid and toxic chemicals and pesticides (many kinds pesticides) upstairs and downstairs and outside my windows and outside my door.they give me one bottle(20liters) water(I want to buy,but they did not charge me,because they put formic acid on bottle mouth.) They are really not good.
