The hotel itself was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. There was parking but it was a 2 minute walk away and very tight space. The hotel is not in a great section of town but there is a tram right there that is easy to use.

Misleading advertisement and photos on their ads on Expedia. The staff very unfriendly and not helpful. No access to the front entrance of the hotel driving (tramway st). No adequate driving and parking guidance and explanations for findg the property driving. I drove around for an hour to find the property following google map not knowing you can't drive to the street the hotel is on it. It was even very difficult to find a park spot even few blocks further to walk to the hotel to check in. Eventually I had to risk parking somewhere on the street violating no parking sign leaving my flashers blinking to run to the street ask people how to get to the hotel. Aftet finding the property asked them about their parking lot they gave me an address one block further in a very narrow street with a very narrow gate that you can barely drive through after few time back and forth while pedestrians and other cars on the street waiting impatiently. Not only that you have to call the reception to open the gate for you when you get there and because it take awhile to drive back and forth the gate keeps closing automatically, you have to keep the reception on call to keep asking them to reopen the gate. Super stressful. You can't imagin what i went through. And that's not all. I had to carry our suitcases walking back to hotel from their parking lot dragging them behind me on the long ramp of that horrible parking lot. No room service. Tiny shower, tiny sink, tiny toilet stall. Continued...

Very nice room, it was also included coffee/tea/chocolate and water from machines in restaurant-room 24/7. (Glad we didn't choose breakfast as it looked a bit minimal and boring)

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. Only thing we wish was there was a laundry area in the hotel. It was a little inconvenient to have to take laundry elsewhere.

Parking station was not ideal for a larger car, and is a short walk from the hotel (not great if it’s raining!) The entrance to the car park is TINY - they do warn you at check-in but it should be clearly labeled at the time of booking!

Centrales Hotel mit guter Lage zum Bahnhof, jedoch sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht richtig abdichten. Egal ob geschlossen oder offen, der Geräuschpegel bleibt gleich. Zudem war der Boden sehr schmutzig – nicht zu empfehlen, mit hellen Socken zu laufen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Unfortunately we find ourselves not able to offer positive feedback on this occasion. Firstly the room we were given on arrival was incorrectly sold to us as a double room . The bed being against the wall meant that if the person on that side wanted the bathroom during the night you needed to climb over the other person to get out. Also where were we to hang our clothes ? Three coat hangers over a coffee machine was totally Inadequate. What if I wanted to hang a dress up ? And three hangers for two people for a weeks stay ? No storage / shelving in the room . Totally unacceptable so we asked to change rooms. Which we did incurring extra cost and no apology . So onto the upgraded room . We had a closet that was fine . We didn’t have to do an obstacle course during the night to use the bathroom . But in my opinion and for a four star hotel surely this should be standard? The room itself was spacious but not cleaned during our weeks stay . Floor very dirty - shower and sinks also not cleaned . Noise from the street was ridiculous causing broken sleep . The complimentary shower gel and conditioner were empty and not filled until we went to reception and asked . Coffee - tea and milk available on the first floor but the containers were empty every day . We were told we would have a fresh bottle of water daily - this was not the case . I think the worst point however was when we used the shower we set the smoke alarm off as this is positioned very close to the shower . This caused

I booked this hotel hoping for a clean, professional and restful experience. Instead, I arrived to a room with hair on the toilet seat and pillows with black stains. After a long journey, this was unacceptable. The hotel doesn’t clean rooms daily unless requested in advance — something I was only told at check-in. The remote was far from me, which the video clearly shows. I reported this and was told a male staff member would come up. As a solo female traveller, I declined. Room was not clean which was disappointing for the price.. There was dust on top of the wardrobes and under the desk area. We put some items of clothing on top of the wardrobes such as a rain jacket and it was filthy when we took it down to use it. The floor mat needs to be thrown away as it is a trip hazard and was also dirty. Good things were the Front desk staff were super friendly and bathroom was perfect and bed comfortable.

This is not a four star hotel, maybe not even three star. They have not changed the sheets in 8 days while we were there. They did minor room cleaning one day out of 8. We had to ask four times and go and talk to receptionist to get additional blanket. Staff was very unfriendly. We paid for intermediate room based on Expedia description and ended up with the smallest room they had. Very small room with no closet - hard to move around. Overall, way bellow four star hotel.

Nice pleasant stay. Comfy beds and pillows and our room was towards the rear of the building which meant zero noise from the road below. Room was exceptionally small and hardly enough space for one person, let alone two. Room itself was clean but the floors were disgusting - they were sticky and looked and felt like they needed to be washed.

+ Fräscht hotell. Väldigt bra läge Skön säng - Det bilderna inte visar är att det är helt öppet in i badrummet så duschen är i princip bredvid sängen. Fick väldigt dålig utsikt in i en stökig ”gränd” Städarna kom inte förrän 17.30 för att städa upp rummet trots att man var borta hela dagen med städskylt uppe.

Comfortable stay in a convenient part of Nice - it’s right next to the train station which is ideal for exploring other coastal towns. The room I stayed in was pretty small but it felt new and high quality.

The room was smaller than I was expected. (Very small!) There was no wardrobe in the room. I guess I didnt recognize it during booking, but there were clothes hangers, so it was ok. The location of the hotel is so good. Very near to the train stations. Easy to walk to the beach. There were a lot of places around the hotel to eat. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. One day we had a breakfast at the hotel. Don’t expect many choices, but it was enough and delicious.

The room was very clean, and requesting amenities was easy. However, one of the staff members was rude to us when we asked her for rubbing alcohol. She needed to translate to understand what we meant, but didn’t seem willing to help. We had to wait for the next staff member on shift, who was helpful and provided what we needed.

The hotel itself was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. There was parking but it was a 2 minute walk away and very tight space. The hotel is not in a great section of town but there is a tram right there that is easy to use.

Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery.

I booked this hotel hoping for a clean, professional and restful experience. Instead, I arrived to a room with hair on the toilet seat and pillows with black stains. After a long journey, this was unacceptable. The hotel doesn’t clean rooms daily unless requested in advance — something I was only told at check-in. There’s no phone in the room, so I had to contact Expedia. They arranged for a room change, but when I went to reception, there was no apology, just silent key handover — as if I was bothering them. That night, I heard disturbing noises — not just drainage, but knocking and movement. I recorded the sounds, and in the middle of filming, the TV turned on by itself. The remote was far from me, which the video clearly shows. I reported this and was told a male staff member would come up. As a solo female traveller, I declined. It was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel after a very positive experience the first time. This we were very disappointed by the service by the breakfast staff and reception staff on Sunday 13th July at checkout. We turned up at breakfast on Sunday morning at 9.55am and were told the breakfast and we could not take food to our room! This was ridiculous as there was full buffet available. Despite the protest front the staff I did take 2 yogurts and 2 pastries and was not offered coffee. At checkout the receptionist reprimanded me in front of my wife and friends as said she would charge me for the full breakfast even though she did not let me take what I wanted but still charged me for breakfast and told Me exactly what I had taken from the buffet. I would have gladly paid any way not to not let me take what I wanted whe. The food would have been disposed of and the. Humiliate me and charge me full price is not expect from a customer service experience form a Marriott group property ….. I’m very unhappy

The pro is the hotel is right around the corner from the train station, making transportation to the airport and day trips outside of Nice very easy. The cons are the limited upkeep of rooms and extremely thin walls— I woke up to the hallway door banging constantly, every morning at 8. But all of this could be expected for a budget hotel. What really ruined my experience was that I was bit by a spider overnight and since I’m allergic, had to go to a 24 hour pharmacy and then the hospital ER the next day. When I came back that night I asked to change my room and I was informed there were no other options. Instead, the person working the desk offered to kill the spider if I saw it… he also said he would definitely tell his manager, but I never heard from the staff again. It’s one thing to have limited services, it’s another to be incapable of meeting a guest’s needs.

Ideal location. Av Jean Medecin is lively and the main shopping street in the city but the rooms are quiet. Everything is walkable - you can be in the old town/ beach within 20 mins. Room was fine - size ok. Well decorated, good use of space. Cool and comfortable. A good place to sleep. Exterior/ hallways looked a bit drap, could be smartened up a bit. Rooms ok though. Only slight niggle. Just wanted somewhere comfy and cool to sleep in a good location and it gave me that. If you want to spend more time there maybe not the best place.

Beautiful place to stay very close to shopping I would definitely stay again. Please note there are two addresses with 47 be sure and get the one that says 47 Bis especially if you’re Uber ing otherwise you’ll stand out on the street like I did for an hour or so! Great stay!

Good pocation, clean and comfortable room and very efficient check in. The reason the score is lower is because the breakfast was terrible. The fruit salad had been recycled for several days, cheeses and saucisson were shriveled dry. Have breakfast elsewhere

It's convenient as a base for sight seeing and convenient for shops. Very close to the Railway station for travelling around the Cote d'Azure. Room was adequate but the hotel has very little facilities. Breakfast looked poor so I went to a rest called Paul's in avenue Jean Medecin for an excellent continental petit dejeuner. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant.

The room was smaller than I was expected. (Very small!) There was no wardrobe in the room. I guess I didnt recognize it during booking, but there were clothes hangers, so it was ok. The location of the hotel is so good. Very near to the train stations. Easy to walk to the beach. There were a lot of places around the hotel to eat. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. This a good quality hotel and "green"! Rooms are nice, clean, warm, relaxing and modern. Beds are comfortable, lighting is well done, double glass on recent windows for quiet rooms, outlets for your different devices. A tiny fridge, safe, coffee maker, electric kettle. Breakfast, on the first floor, is healthy and has so many options (including organic and local products). The breakfast room is welcoming, roomy, relaxing, well designed. Bathrooms are small but have everything needed, good water pressure, hot water is fast to arrive (not the case in every hotel), powerful hair dryers (they are usually useless in many hotels). There is an elevator. I visited different rooms and they were all nice. After they showed me three rooms, I opted for one on the last floor with views of the city. I could hear the tramway bell but that didn't bother me. If you want a very quiet room, just ask for one on the side street (quiet), or at the back (no view for these). Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located on a busy, main commercial street with all the stores you may want, with large sidewalks and public transportation. And you are 5 walking minutes from the Nice train station (which is great when you have to take the train back to Paris at 6am) and 15 walking minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the seaside. Also minutes away from the pedestrian streets with all the restaurants and cafés. Note, they are still remodeling a few rooms, make sure yours is remodeled.

The staff are lovely. Friendly, helpful and nice and welcoming. The staff are the best part of the hotel. The room was nice, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (my only gripe). The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to train station and central Nice City Centre.
The staff are lovely. Friendly, helpful and nice and welcoming. The staff are the best part of the hotel. The room was nice, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (my only gripe). The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to train station and central Nice City Centre.
