Se me hace un muy buen hotel, diseñado principalmente para gente que vamos de trabajo. Muy bien ubicado pues esta a menos de 300 metros del aeropuerto. Incluso pense que seria ruidoso hospedarme ahi por el ruido de los aviones o bien de la avenida principal por donde pasa practicamente todo el trafico a PV, pero no fue asi. Los vuelos son a cierta hora y no se escucha nada de afuera. El desayuno sumamente bueno y sustancial. La habitacion si bien pequeña, cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar comodamente. Lo unico que no me gusto es que el estacionamiento es limitado, pues hay a lo mucho unos 25 cajones y como esta en la parte trasera del hotel, tienes que llegar por una rampa por donde llegas y por donde sales. Si se llena tienes que buscar afuera. Yo quise salir a cenar al centro y la verdad me abstuve de hacerlo pues luego no tendria lugar para estacionarme.

We have stayed at One Puerto Vallarta Aeropuerto for many years. Its convenience to the airport can’t be beat; and given how close it is to the airport, it is very quiet. However, the hotel is starting to show its age, and is badly in need of some maintenance. Nothing major, but it has gone from being clean, neat and”crisp” looking, to being old and tired: corners are dirty, baseboards are scuffed and chipped, bottom of bathroom doors are water damaged, counters are stained…it just needs a good “refresh”. That said, the beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is always VERY crisp and clean.

Room was not locked when we got to it…and we discovered there were no towels. Suspect cleaning staff had propped the door open, intending to come back with towels, and never made it. It took over 3 hours, and three trips to the front desk, before we managed to get towels. Mistakes happen, it is how you fix them that counts, and what should have been a quick fix, with an apology, took too long, and there was no apology. When towels did arrive there were just two bath towels…no hand towels and no floor mat. Not good enough,

The bed is terribly squeaky, and the AC fan is noisy when it runs. There are squeaky sounds as well when it runs. I would have needed ear plugs. We use the hotel for their closeness to the airport and the marina. Great market on thursdays. I would like a small fridge in the room.

Check in experience was disappointing. No clerk at the front desk. After several minutes waiting, another non employee told us he was in the restroom. Once he showed up, he ignored us and began to look for something in several drawers for several minutes and eventually asked if we had a reservation. I said yes and gave him my ID. He gave me the room key and the room number and that was it. No greet, no thank you, no have a nice stay. The hotel was nice and clean. Just poor customer service.

Llegamos a hacer check in, nos dieron la habitación, fuimos, abrimos y ESTABA OCUPADA! Fuimos a recepción, nos asignaron otra habitación, y solo tenía una cama! Éramos 3 personas! La que habíamos reservado era con 2 camas! Fuimos de nuevo a recepción, nos tuvieron esperando un rato, dijeron que había sido un día de locos, que había llegado un grupo y todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas!!! Al final si nos asignaron una habitación con 2 camas 👍

This is a great place to stay for a night or 2, walking distance (10 mins) to airport terminal. Lots of conviences ie restaurants, shopping, pubs, groceries, casino all within walking distance. Nice pool area and good little breakfast area included in your stay. Staff was a bit brief, gave me a key and said here's your room #. Wish they would have told me about breakfast and pool area and times as I had to find out for myself.

This hotel is all about convenience. We were able to walk from the airport in 15 mins, to avoid worrying about overpriced taxi fare. The hotel is very basic with no frills but clean and tidy. 1 min walk to grocery store, pharmacy, taxi stand, restaurants, whatever you need. I would highly recommend it for convenience and saving money. I didn't like how small my room was and there was no air conditioning but it was adequate. Excellent breakfast options. Great food.

It was a nice enough room and the people were polite but nobody really spoke English and it was really difficult to even cross the street because it was like a major highway. In order to cross the street we had to navigate about three or four sets of Lights and I don't really understand how their system works because just when we thought we were safe to go, cars would be coming at us from a different direction

We needed a place to stay near the airport for a night before our departure and the check-in process was smooth, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room is basic, but good enough for a quick stop. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was alright. We were able to walk to the airport within 5 minutes. I would recommend staying here.

This is a typical no frills airport hotel. Good for a night or two max. Was clean enough, though dated. I’ve never seen a hotel breakfast be so busy - had both Mexican and American options. Favorite was fresh fruit, yogurt and granola. Coffee, juice and drinkable water also included. Front desk staff were very quiet no small talk, and efficient. Room and beds were just okay but we were expecting that from pics. Would recommend for a one night stay. Also, this IS walking distance to the airport even with full size heavy luggage. And the pool area was a good place to chill and read a book while you have spare time.
