I asked for a non-handicap room and got a handicap room. Parking was overfilled, no place to park. The morning front desk person was rude on 11/5/25. The noise level was loud most of the time.

The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !

Spacious room, very nice gym to exercise

It was nice and pool was nice that was heated pool but jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of my stay otherwise everything was good.

I think my money would have been better spent on a nicer hotel. My bed made a loud creaking noise whenever you moved. I told staff and they said they would fix it but never did. Breakfast food was cheap and tasteless. The hotel was tearing out the parking lot and the construction noise and limited parking was a pain. One of the two washing machines were not working so you had to wait to do laundry if someone was using the one working machine. The lobby tables were usually dirty when I would come down to work at my computer;. Overall, it was not worth the money I spent.

Great room set up. Very clean hot tub & pool. Nice flowers. Staff friendly & nice.

THE PROPERTY DID NOT HAVE A WORKING HOIT TUB AND THE POOL WAS FREEZING. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I WENT THEIR

I like that the kitchenette had dishes but the sink was backing up which made it hard to clean them. Pool and hot tub were nice but pool seemed like it needs cleaning.

Checkin was really easy and the room was very clean. I only took away a star because the hot tub was closed. They did offer an option to use the sister hotel’s hot tub across the street, but it was cold outside so we opted no to use that.

We had the poor luck of not only losing electricity in our home (so we were displaced and had to get a hotel for the night) but also choosing this hotel of all the other hotels in Omaha on the one day they were doing their fire alarm and safety testing. Pool and jacuzzi were closed, much to my little one’s dismay. (A large reason we chose this hotel.) I asked for a late check out and was told I could have one but still was interrupted multiple times - while trying to conduct a video meeting. Internet kept going in and out. Alarms went off multiple times (bc of the testing). The queen bed was actually a full size bed. The walls were paper thin and it sounded like the neighboring guest was literally in my room. I could hear his conversations, TV, music, and other things you can guess no one cares to hear. Water pressure was low. The only upside was the breakfast. Was very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings.

Clean room. Excellent location. Good breakfast.

Room was nice and the pool area and hot tub were nice as well. Breakfast was decent. Need to pay more attention to the public restroom in lobby. It needed attention. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly.

Pillows and sheets had a musty smell. Frig in room was loud. Could hear TV from room next door.

I stayed in room #113 and when I got into the room I noticed some trash on the counter. I then looked in the refrigerator and noticed a used water bottle. I then looked across the room to see that the bed was still unmade from the person that stayed there before me. There was also chewing tobacco in the trash can. At least clean the room instead of just marking the room cleaned.

We enjoyed that is was clean. Well kept. The room was also very clean.

The room was quiet even though it was 2 doors off the elevator. I slept good in the bed. Staff was friendly. The hot water in the shower was limited to just above luke warm and the pressure a weak. I let the staff know. My brother's shower in his room was great.

Great location, clean rooms but paper thin walls.

The beds were very uncomfortable

The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We had a great sleep; 3 full-size pillows on the bed. Even the couch was comfortable for watching TV. Kitchen has a nice full-size refrigerator with freezer, glassware, dishes, utensils, a toaster and cookware for the microwave. I really liked breakfast. The coffee was good. Food items included waffles, 3 different breakfast sandwiches and potato/protein bowls, cheese omelet or a ham & cheese frittata, a yogurt dispenser with assorted toppings, bread items, cereals & juices.

Hotel was clean & the breakfasts were amazing! The full kitchenette in the rooms really helps when you stay for more than 3+ nights! Our darkening shade was broke & wouldn’t pull down, so it got bright in the morning quick. Since I had a sleep mask with me it wasn’t too big of a deal. Pool & Hot Tub were a nice escape as well. Staff is very friendly!

The staff was nice enough, yet unhelpful to fix any issues with my room(s) excerpt to move me to a new rom. First of all the AC unit in my first room was so loud and seemed unable to get the temp at 68. The bathroom had a lot of fixture failures; tp dispenser was not secure on the wall, the shower spigot did not work so most of the water went down the bottom faucet (wasteful and low shower pressure) and the wand holder was broken. After the first night, I said something to the front desk in front of the maintenance person about all these broken things in the room, and their solution was to move me so the second room which had almost all the same issues in the bathroom only the spigot was worse and barely put any water out the showerhead, but the AC was very quiet and it actually worked in the bedroom portion of the room. The room they moved me to was an apartment unit, so there is a living room and kitchenette and then there’s a door that you can shut between the bathroom and the bedroom so I was able to block it off but the “AC”unit in the main room did not work at all it was 82 to 85° in there all the time so I had to keep the doors shut to keep my bedroom cool. I complained again to the front desk the next morning about the spigot being awful and could they send the maintenance person up to fix it while I was gone for the day. When I returned, it did not appear to be any better than it was when I left. I was in Omaha for a job that was physically demanding so too tired

We've stayed here before and it is really nice hotel, but after realizing the AC unit in the main area wasnt working maintenance didnt show up until morning while we we're checking out. A discount or credit was offered but havent seen anything to the contrary.

The stay was nice. We did not encounter any problems. The hotel was clean. The walls seemed a little thin. At about 5:30am both mornings we were awakened by a man coughing. It sounded like he was in our bathroom.

Breakfast was good until our Sunday checkout day. We were down at 8:30am and there were no hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits) available. I eat mostly protein so this wasn’t ideal. I made a sugary waffle instead. There were no plates or paper plates available. Asked the front desk worker and she seemed annoyed at the question and was unaware that breakfast a few feet away from her was a disaster. We then waited another 45 min for food. We ended up leaving because we couldn’t wait any longer. Front desk employee seemed demeaning to the employees about the situation. She was very loud at talking to them seemingly shifting all blame on them. Or that others messed up so that is why this happened. Didn’t like how she treated them. She could discuss this with the employees quietly and be respectful to them. It was uncomfortable and I expected better at a Hilton. Otherwise everyone else was lovely.

I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist while checking in with my daughter. Thank you for your kindness and friendly approach.

We like the place and the food. The staff during our check in is nice. We asked the night shift staff if we can do late check out and he said we can but upto 1pm only. That’s fine with us. Around 1130 someone knocked on our door irritatedly said that we are supposed to check out at 11. We explained that we nicely asked for a late check out. The woman got mad and raised her voice at us saying that they were not informed and that’s not allowed. She wore a black/dark blue polo shirt same as with the other housekeeping who knocked on our door earlier that day. We hurriedly checked out and found a different person in the front desk. We told her what the other lady did and she said that it was noted that we requested a late check out and just offered an apology. If it is not allowed then we understand but she doesnt have to shout.

Place was nice, definitely would return. The room felt a little stuffy, even when we had the air going. The desk clerk was rude to my wife on a number of occasions. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The property was easy enough to get to and in the popular Village Point which has an abundance of dining and shopping options. However, a person could easily never leave the hotel if they were an introvert bc breakfast is served daily at no additional cost, yes it’s limited but they’re not a restaurant. Customer service is a key component in this industry and most of the staff handles this quite well but one in particular is going to be their downfall…Stacy, who works the front desk and is rude, judgmental, unfriendly, and boasts a really bad attitude! She treated me like I was dumb by repeating things when I asked a question and no it was not responding with the answer, it was to a question I had already asked before. Zero people skills or knowledge of the meaning of customer service! Oh and my encounter with her previously wasn’t any different so she wasn’t just having a bad day! If you’re lucky you will get Heather for your check-in, she does an amazing job at customer service! Grayson manages the property and will also do what he can to make your stay an amazing one!

Great location and nice room.

Went to NE for a wedding and stay was comfortable, pool was nice, breakfast was great. Location was good close to theater, mall and restaurants. They had just painted so will be lighter/brighter. Great stay.

We appreciated the entire stay. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious especially since we were traveling with a toddler and 2 pets. We really liked the breakfast options and the opportunity to cook in the room if needed as the room had dishes, cups,.silverware, a large fridge, microwave and full dishwasher. There was a little walkaway around the property for pets and bags were provided which was great. The location offered food options, a pharmacy, nail salon and more in really close proximity. Downtown was about 20-30minutes away depending on where you were going. Will book again next time.

Great place to stay if you’re going to the Funny Bone or are wanting a nice walkable area!

It was easy to get to off Dodge and is conveniently located close to where I need to go in the morning!

Stayed one night with my family. We were able to utilize the pool and hot tub, which were great warm and hot! There is a small shopping mall less than a mile away with great entertainment. Right off a main highway, quick and easy to get on and off. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic place clean and close to where we were going to for the night with stuff to do close to the hotel.

This was very close to Village Pointe shopping center & great restaurants.

It was a great location for our plans in omaha.

We have stayed at this property a number of times. It is convenient to familly in the area. We were disappointed with the breakfast offerings, which included spoiled milk and stale bread and biscuits.

The property was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and accommodating location was great. I am sorry to say that the breakfast overall was not very good. Had it been better I would definitely stay there again.

The fitness room was good and the property was generally good, but the bathroom door did not close completely, the air conditioner was VERY loud, and the breakfast was not very tasty-mostly heated up (from frozen?) packaged items.

The food at the continental breakfast was OK, but a minimal selection. Some of the fresh fruit was spoiled.
