Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und sehr modern, liegt jedoch außerhalb (2km) des Stadtgeschehens. Der junge Herr, der sich um den Check-in kümmert, ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Großes Plus für das Hotel!!! Ein persönliches Dankeschön an Sie, Aidan! Mit der nahegelegenen Citybikestation kann man wunderbar Ebikes und bikes mieten (etwas kostenintensiv, aber sehr praktisch). Bus habe ich nicht probiert. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind ein großes Plus! Jedoch gab es einen Nachteil (deshalb keine 5Sterne): die Sonne knallt ab 11h mit voller Kraft auf die große Fensterfront. Es wurde im Zimmer extrem heiß, so daß der Schweiß nur so tropfte. Es gab weder Belüftung noch Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Putzpersonal hat mir freundlicherweise einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Der war aber leider nicht annähernd ausreichend. The host Ajdin was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty modern and cozy. There is a parking garage but it is a bit narrow for bigger vehicles. Also there is street parking. if you dont have Twint or CHF coins, you can use Easy park app. overall it was a pleasant stay! ☺️

Appart hôtel bien équipé et situé à deux pas du centre ville de Berne. Propre et confortable mais un côté inachevé dans les finitions (la chambre avait encore du placo apparent autour de la porte et du scotch de peintre dans la salle de bains).

I would highly recommend bringing sleeping earplugs or buy them in the city like I did. The trains are running constantly and makes a lot of sound. The room is getting hot with the windows closed even with the small portable aircon running (we were there in late September). The room itself was nice and clean when we checked in but during our stay there was no cleaning or anything. We saw cleaning personnel in the building, but no one came to our room. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen solution smart and it was even a modern toilet that could clean and dry you after you had done your business. And with google translate we could figure out the Chinese instructions on some of the gadgets.

Ne pas sous estimer le bruit de la voie ferrée à proximité qui ne s'arrête vraiment qu'entre 1 h et 4 h du matin (en dehors de ces heures là, il faut fermer les fenêtres). Attention à la réservation via expédia : j'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants de 17 ans. Le 3ème lit n'était pas prêt à l'arrivée mais tout s'est réglé très rapidement grâce à l'efficacité de l'agent d'accueil.

Really loved this place, the room was big enough and very technological. It’s also close to the city center you can go there walking and it takes like 30 mins or take a tram that takes like 8 minutes.

It is a good place to stay with family and explore Switzerland using train(car). You need only 7 mins to get to the Bern Hauptbahnhof by bus which runs every 4 minutes. Flavio, the manager, is very friendly and willingly answered on all our questions. This place was recently renovated and has equipped with new kitchen and bathroom appliances..

The room is really cool, its by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I love how there’s a mini kitchen where we can cook. It’s close to the Old Town City too, that’s a plus.

You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches.

We had a fabulous time at Evi's Home. From the moment Evi greeted us and showed us to our apartment to the moment we left, we had a lovely stay in Bern. Evi couldn't have been more welcoming and is clearly proud of her city, taking her time to recommend things to do and see during our stay.

It is a good place to stay with family and explore Switzerland using train(car). You need only 7 mins to get to the Bern Hauptbahnhof by bus which runs every 4 minutes. Flavio, the manager, is very friendly and willingly answered on all our questions. This place was recently renovated and has equipped with new kitchen and bathroom appliances..

The host Ajdin was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty modern and cozy. There is a parking garage but it is a bit narrow for bigger vehicles. Also there is street parking. if you dont have Twint or CHF coins, you can use Easy park app. overall it was a pleasant stay! ☺️

You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches.

Hébergement de très bonne qualité (moderne, propre, literie de qualité). Ne pas sous estimer le bruit de la voie ferrée à proximité qui ne s'arrête vraiment qu'entre 1 h et 4 h du matin (en dehors de ces heures là, il faut fermer les fenêtres). Attention à la réservation via expédia : j'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants de 17 ans. Le 3ème lit n'était pas prêt à l'arrivée mais tout s'est réglé très rapidement grâce à l'efficacité de l'agent d'accueil.

Really loved this place, the room was big enough and very technological. It’s also close to the city center you can go there walking and it takes like 30 mins or take a tram that takes like 8 minutes.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und sehr modern, liegt jedoch außerhalb (2km) des Stadtgeschehens. Der junge Herr, der sich um den Check-in kümmert, ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Großes Plus für das Hotel!!! Ein persönliches Dankeschön an Sie, Aidan! Mit der nahegelegenen Citybikestation kann man wunderbar Ebikes und bikes mieten (etwas kostenintensiv, aber sehr praktisch). Bus habe ich nicht probiert. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind ein großes Plus! Jedoch gab es einen Nachteil (deshalb keine 5Sterne): die Sonne knallt ab 11h mit voller Kraft auf die große Fensterfront. Es wurde im Zimmer extrem heiß, so daß der Schweiß nur so tropfte. Es gab weder Belüftung noch Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Putzpersonal hat mir freundlicherweise einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Der war aber leider nicht annähernd ausreichend. Hoffe, daß da noch eine Lösung gefunden wird.

I would highly recommend bringing sleeping earplugs or buy them in the city like I did. The trains are running constantly and makes a lot of sound. The room is getting hot with the windows closed even with the small portable aircon running (we were there in late September). The room itself was nice and clean when we checked in but during our stay there was no cleaning or anything. We saw cleaning personnel in the building, but no one came to our room. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen solution smart and it was even a modern toilet that could clean and dry you after you had done your business. And with google translate we could figure out the Chinese instructions on some of the gadgets.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick sogar auf die Berge. Sehr komfortabel, modern und schön eingerichtet, sogar höhenverstellbares Pult zum Arbeiten, Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, schöne Dusche. Alles liebevoll hergerichtet und ein Gastgeber, der sich persönlich für seine Gäste engagiert. Komme gerne jederzeit wieder. Kein Frühstück, dafür nah zum Wankdorf Center (15 Min zu Fuss). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A fantastic apartment in a lovely part of Bern which was well connected to the city due to an impressive network system. If self catering the kitchen is basically stocked but it was copable and we would definitely stop here again. Thank you!

It's the worst experience I’ve had in all my years of travelling because the advertisement did not accurately reflect the situation at the time: the website claimed there was a swimming pool, laundry facilities, luggage storage, and air conditioning, but none of these existed. The TV was fake, and the hot water pressure was so low that it was completely unusable. The whole hotel resembled a building site, with unpainted door frames, mattresses and cribs stacked on the outdoor fire escape and workmen busy constructing things. They started work in front of the hotel at 6 am the next morning. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities. I cannot recommend this place at all.
