This is a great, new hotel in a perfect location. The spa across the street we are allowed to use is nothing to praise but loved we parked out car for five days and never needed it once for any hikes. Would stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and amenities were renovated and look almost brand new. It’s very well-located. The studio was perfect for two separate sleeping areas (room upstairs and sofa bed on main floor)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peaks Hotel. Its central location in Banff made it easy to explore the town’s shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The hotel offers convenient on-site self-parking for a fee, along with complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and water bottle refill stations in the lobby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. When we requested luggage racks, they were delivered to our room promptly, and the team was always happy to provide helpful directions and recommendations. Our room featured a stunning mountain view that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Peaks Hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming stay, and I would gladly choose to stay there again on a future visit to Banff.
