The condo itself was great, very roomy, very well stocked. The resort pools were great although very busy. The beach is extremely crowded. I wasn’t expecting to have to listen to someone try and convince me to go sit through a timeshare presentation at check in for 20 minutes after we had been driving all day and just wanted to get to our room. But they were great about giving us extra wristbands for our family to come visit.

This rental and location was perfect for our family. We have kids ages 12-17 and everyone was able to enjoy themself. Very busy area but a lot to do as well. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator wait time, it was often very, very busy, but this did not affect our ratings of the property.

We came to Daytona for a conference and the property was a 4 minute walk to the convention center. There are lots of good restaurants close by and the beach is right there! We went in the offseason so the pool was closed and the town was a little slow, but that meant no waiting times at restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Everything was wonderful except the parking

The resort was very clean and right on the strip! We enjoyed walking right out to the beach, the on-site pools and Lazy River! The location had a lot of cool events going on for kids and adults. Can’t wait to come back!

The trip was fantastic extremely clean, pool and hot tub sparkled, on beach, fast elevators, great staff, and the place was a perfect vacation spot.

We were in unit 1028 South Tower. We were very pleased with this unit. We have stayed several times at Ocean Walk. The only thing I would like for them to do is open at least one side of the bridge over the lazy river for you to get from one side of the pool to the other instead of having to walk around. Can’t wait to go back.

I rented this property by mistake to begin with and was unable to cancel. The check in process took forever! Getting in and out of the hotel was difficult. Ice maker didn’t work very well. Found out there were no ice machines or vending machines on any of the floors. Was told we could purchase ice for $3 a bag! I would not go back to this property.

This property has some nice amenities but is too large to handle all the issues we had. First we paid for an oceanfront and got a side view, the TV and wifi went out daily, the rooms are not noise proof, the1st andc2nd days we had NO hot water, and you could hear pipes humming when those above and below you were taking showers. The kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking and although it says you can sleep 8- only 5 can sleep comfortably.

50 degree temperatures. Outdoor pool in the blowing wind was warmer than the advertised “indoor heated pool”. How does that work???

The room was big and had lots of space to share. Room was clean and easy to check in.

The property was great everything was clean and organized. Kitchen was stocked with supplies needed to cook. Only issue was the check in process. Was there to check in at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready yet. They let us in half to room Had to wait till 7pm till the room was fully ready.

This property was immaculate, the staff were amazing, and we had a wonderful time at Wyndham. We can't wait to come back and we will stay here again. This property is definitely a well-oiled machine, very well taken care of. Thank you everyone for a wonderful vacation!

The property looked very used. Bathrooms had lots of mold. Faucets leaked like crazy.chemical smell in lobby. And the weather sucked

The location was awesome! Right on the beach with nice pools. Balcony overlooking direct ocean view⭐️ nice space in the apartment for our family.. two kids, two adults. My only complaint are the bathrooms, they are in desperate need of renovation! They are dingy and unattractive. Despite the bathrooms, I would stay in this apartment again if we needed to return to Daytona. Overall a nice stay!👍

Property is in a great location. Convenient to beach, restaurants and convention center. We stayed on the 25th floor and offered great views of beach and intercoastal waterway. Very nice place. The only down side is the check in process , as you must go through a sales team before they will give you wristbands.

I booked the 2 bedroom suite for me, my husband and 5 kids. A week before we were supposed to go they sent me a message telling me that the 2 bedroom suite was not available but they could get me two separate 1 bedroom suites. This was not ideal but I decided to give the ok because I wanted to make sure my family had a place to stay when we got there. The day we were supposed to leave to start driving out there I had only received confirmation for one of the rooms. I am not a fly by the seat of my pants kind of person so this stressed me out. They finally did send me confirmation for the 2nd unit that day after I sent multiple messages. The day we were supposed to check in I received a message very early in the morning with instructions for when we checked in to say we were the guest of people who they had not been mentioned in the property description. Also we were not to mention how we had booked the property or Wyndham would cancel the reservation immediately. This also made me feel anxious and stressed. It made me wonder if these people I was supposed to be the guest of even knew we were using their timeshare. After doing some research I have found that many timeshare places do not allow owners to use a 3rd party to sell there time for them. And that is what this is. This is a 3rd party selling timeshares for timeshare owners. If you are ok with that and ok with flying by the seat of your pants and not knowing if you will have a place to stay for sure then this will work fine for you. It didn’t work for me.

I booked in early Jan. I booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. A week before I was to arrive, I received a message from VRBO stating the 2bedroom was not available and offered a 1 bedroom and a 25% discount. I accepted because there was not much available. Previous reviewers stated they had this same issue. I believe time share holders sell their points to VRBO. We were able to move to the 2 bedroom for the last 3 nights. It was disruptive to move but I was thankful to have what I originally booked. The room was fine, but the toilet had issues, the sliding glass door didn’t latch and it was a bit dated. Overall it was okay, but not having the 2 bedroom the entire time was disappointing.

Reservation was changed at the last minute from a two bedroom to two one bedrooms that were supposed to be next to each other and were not , also wasn’t told until the last minute that I needed a second adult because of that, I was told that I had to tell the resort that I booked with the owner or my reservation would be canceled, received many questions from the resort ! Very sketchy caused worry and anxiety

We did not get the 2 bedroom with a Ocean view we got a 1 bedroom for 6 people with NO windows no view . I did message the Host and they told me to ask the front desk and I did but NO one could change or do Anything for us . I would never stay with them again . Don’t waste your money stay at another resort ! Way better resort options down the street .

The property is beautiful, on the ocean, the staff is great, entertainment in the evening was fun. The problem was that our original reservation was canceled a week before we were coming, it was a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen, living room for 4 of us. We ended up in 2 1 bedrooms which were just ok, and 2 of us had to move in the middle of the vacation, which was a wasted day. When we arrived at the resort they had no reservation for us, and checking in took over an hour, Everyone at VRBO was very nice, I have another trip planned with them, but it is probably the last time I will use them.

Loved the property. My issue is with the Vrbo individuals I booked with way back in December. I booked a 2-bedroom deluxe, and 5 days before my trip they texted the say they changed it to a 1-bedroom suite without a window. This was vastly different, NOT what I paid for needed size-wise, and beyond irritating. I set this up in advance, and they screwed me. Thank goodness for Lukas at the resort for making adjustments to makeup for the hosts shortcomings. Lukas and the resort were great, the hosts sucked and left us hanging knowing darn well we couldn't find another place 5-days before leaving. They stopped responding and gave zero concern about the predicament and they they put us in.
