The stay was great but no pool, great location, friendly staff. Our view was nothing but trash everywhere, they need to clean up outside

The hotel is fairly new. Parking was tough because they had work crews staying and each truck took up 2 spots. The hotel could have been cleaner- the floor was sticky and I didn’t see 1 housekeeper in the 3 nights we stayed. I had to ask for clean towels. The hallways needed a vacuum. There are no utensils for the kitchenette.

Its an extended stay hotel so the parking lot was full of work trucks. Most of the guests appeared to be workers with the occasional family. The hotel is pretty bare bones with no pool or breakfast offered. However, its near the beach and the prices are comparable with hotels much further from the Gulf. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep before heading out to enjoy the town or the beach, this is perfect.

Price was great. The woman working at check in was very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff acted like we were an imposition. VERY Stingy with towels. No ice machine. Floors in the room were filthy. Room smelled of cat piss. We had to take our own trash out. Kitchen cooking package was ridiculously priced at $30-$40. Rooms were not sound proof. People walking the halls all hours talking loudly.

My stay was great and everything was clean. Keep in mind that this is an extended stay hotel so daily room cleaning and towel exchange does not happen. You take your dirty linens to them and in exchange they give you clean ones. Also, you will have to ask for an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. They are not in every room. There is no breakfast of any kind; only coffee. For the price, it’s all worth it. Location is great.

no pool not on the beach it was a let down

At check in, Jojo was excellent! There are a lot of manual workers residing there and they loiter in the parking lot and in the stairwell, staring at people, while smoking and drinking, leaving mud all over. They walk up and down the halls loud and yelling at all hours of the night. Again, Jojo was excellent and needs a raise. “Jessica” was awful! She even called our room- woke us up at 8am-ish to tell us it was a wrong number Very unprofessional and low-budget. For a new hotel, this place should be cleaner- there shouldn’t be dried mud in the hallways and cigarette butts everywhere by the side doors.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Most of the attractions were in walking distance and it was convenient shopping locations in close proximity to the hotel. However, on two separate occasions, other guests checking in were booked into our room and actually walked in our hotel room while we were in bed relaxing. When I went to the front desk to inquire about it, I was told the person who checked me in did not properly enter the room we occupied into the system and our room showed as vacant. My family and I felt unsafe and we will never stay there again. Also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The floors were sticky and housekeeping did not come to replenish towels or take trash, or anything while we were there. They did not have an ice machine on the floor, the vending machines did not properly work, and the parking was a hassle because several utility vehicles occupied more than half of the parking lot. It was overall a horrible experience.

I won't stay there again . I don't know if all extended stays are like this one, but all I paid for was a room and whatever came with the room. There was a note in the elevator for customers to take their own trash to the dumpster. I had to vacuum my own room because you had to be there 2 weeks before they would clean it for you. Washers and dryers were credit/debit card only using a QR code.

Well first I want to say I was very pleased with the person that checked me in, but as days went on, there was a sign in the laundry room that said change in front office during business hours. NO!! I was told that was a lie by their employee that was on duty at the time. And when we got our clothes out of the washer # 4 there was black stains all over them, we had to take our on trash out , they didn’t have an ice maker / you had to use ice trays. No pool, and all night someone was slamming doors and early morning as well. But the worst part of all is the fact that at 8 in the morning we started getting knocks on the door asking if we were leaving yet, then it went on over into 10 and we had another knock asking the same question. So at 10:50 I we to get on the elevator to check out and the lady that checked me in was on there as well, I said is it your protocol to ask your guess when there checking out? She replied yes it is so the housekeeper’s can clean the rooms. I then returned to her the statement of how rude that was and I told her again and proceeded to exit the building. I had a very bad experience in the end so most likely will not stay with them again!!!!

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We entered the room to find a massive dead roach near the AC unit. 30min later, another large dead roach at the bathroom entrance. Fast forward 4 hrs later- came back from dinner, settle down time.. take out a flashlight and check under the bed just because of the initial impressions.. and we see 2 small roaches ALIVE crawling under the bed. We literally checked out in the middle of the night and drove home. Real review.

The front desk staff was rude from the very beginning. She acted as if we were an inconvenience by being there to check in. Then she started talking about all the extra fees, $45 for early check in, we arrived at 2:30, $65 pet fee and a $50 registration fee and none were on the website. All on top of the hotel fee which was already paid. The bedding and pillows had hair on them. The smoke alarm went off at 2:30 am and we were all evacuated.

The places was all good until we started finding roaches everywhere. If they can handle this issue, it will be a very good place.

Roaches were running bad !!! As soon as you walked in your room and turned on light they were every where!

The room was dirty. Nightstand and counter not clean. Floor sticky.

The hotel hallways on the first floor smell of marijuana when you walk in the side doors. The exterior around the side entrances always had overflowing trash cans and trash piled around. As soon as we walked in our room, our feet were sticky to the floor. Our room had commercial grade linoleum flooring, which was dry swept but not mopped in who knows how long. We cleaned the floor with wet paper towels (we purchased) which turned black with dirt. The beds were exactly as in the picture, simple four leg frames with a single spring filled mattress. The frame was not attached to the headboard and the bed frame would slide around on the floor. I regret making the choice for a hotel based upon price instead of going with a national chain I know the quality of.

The property was next door to a mini golf. Across the street from restaurants. Great location, just dirty rooms.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities. We found long black hairs twisted into our towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases, which was extremely off-putting. The floors were dirty upon check-in, and the overall condition of the room was poor. To make matters worse, the exhaust fan leaked water all night and left a puddle on the floor. There was no hotel staff available after hours, and when we called for assistance, it took an unreasonably long time for someone to respond. The on-call attendant eventually arrived at 1:30am with her toddler in tow to help my husband, which was both unprofessional and concerning. Throughout our stay, the property was poorly maintained. We encountered dog feces in the stairwells and trash scattered around the grounds. Guests were loud and disruptive well into the night, but with no on-site staff to address the issue, there was no way to get help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the most unpleasant lodging experiences we’ve ever had.

Property and room was descent and worth staying but the "clean" towels all had hair on them.

All we smelled was pot!!!! For 2 days!

Room was very very basic. We had to ask for sufficient number of towels and cups. No coffee maker. Blanket, sheets and bedspread were pretty worn out. People hanging around the parking lot drinking and partying at night. People hanging around the corners of the hotel building. Lots of trash around perimeter. Check in attendant was rude. Probably won't reserve again.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen area with a full-size fridge, and stove, microwave. It was very comfortable with close access to the beach and other restaurants and shops. I would definetely stay there again!

Clean room and bathroom, nothing fancy, just a clean place to stay with a full sized refrigerator and kitchen.

People were drinking alcohol in the parking lot with loud music it's not a very kid friendly environment. The room was noisy.

It was perfect, exactly what was advertised and close to the main attractions of south PCB. The bed being was a slightly but noticeably squeaky was the only 4 star quality.

This is a new hotel & the rooms are spacious and comfy. Our room had a king sized bed, sofa, & desk. I liked the kitchenette (fridge, stove & microwave). The bathroom was clean. Housing did not come every day, but we only stayed for 2 nights so it was not needed much for us.

This place was wonderful! It is a new property. The room was immaculate & very spacious. It included a 2 burner stove top, microwave, & frig. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. It was close to the beach & plenty places to eat. I will definitely stay there again on a return trip to PCB.

The motel looked fairly new and it was very clean. The kitchenette was a nice feature but it didn’t have any accessories for cooking or a coffee maker. It was a little noisy, also, as it allowed pets and we had a couple of barking dogs across the hall. (Not a reflection on the hotel, however.) Overall, it was a nice place.

I called hotel on the phone and asked if i could check in early the lady informed me it would not be a problem but a fee woukd be applied i agreed to pay the fee. When i arrived at the property the entire front desk was shut down no desk clerk available. Waited hours then when someone came they said i could check in and then told me i had to wait untill 9am then at 9am told me i had to wait until 12pm then told 2pm the clerk was unprofessional and rude i never even got checked in or did i receive the room keys or enter the room

Certain staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Receptionist made a couple front of me wait 30min till she was chitchatting on the phone with her friend went in the office and locked the door. First room big dog barking changed room then was ok.

Last minute booking and was very pleased with customer service and the distance to all the things i wanted to do.

Nice, new, clean hotel however i chose the hotel because of the pet.policy that was posted online. It stated no fees of course for service dogs and only $5 for others. No deposit mentioned. At checkin i was told it was $15 per day and $50 pet deposit. Then was interrogated the next day by another person at the front desk like we were criminals. Will not be staying there again. Friendliness, courtesy and accuracy goes a long way.
