I loved my stay at the Cabo Inn Hotel. For the inexpensive price, the location was great. I was able to easily walk to downtown areas in Cabo San Lucas, and the dining available near by was great. Having seen other reviews of this property I came prepared with a small coffee maker and other simple amenities for my room so I could relax on my own terms throughout my stay. Finding parking for my rental car was a little challenging at times, but never more than a few blocks away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For travelers looking for convenience and a great price, this is the place.

A great place, cute and quaint. The pizza restaurant seemed closed down. Pretty good location for walking to the marina and beach. Uber was easy to get. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The shower could have used a showerhead, but otherwise our stay was great!

Cute hotel. Safe. Very friendly & helpful staff and owner. We were in room 3. Comfy bed & pillows. Cold A/C plus ceiling fan. Cold fridge. Great location. No pool but rooftop patio is nice and full kitchen in common area. Get a day pass at a resort pool or just walk to the beach! Close bank with ATMs by McDonald’s down the street. Minor things like broken shower window don’t bother me. If you like privacy in the bathroom you might have an issue because there’s not a full door. It’s a frame with fabric. If you’re tall your knees would touch the wall. Small quarters but it was my daughter & I so no problem. TV gets only live programming. Would stay again!

We arrived four hours early, but Gabby at the front desk made room in a small office for us to store luggage until the room is ready. This is the third time we have stayed at Cabo Inn… Always a great experience and great value right in the middle of downtown Cabo. We love the option of using the community kitchen when needed, but there are so many great places to eat around the corner had a great price… And just a 30 minute walk to the beach, or a 10 minute bus ride.

This property had the friendliest staff, in fact they were the best of anywhere we stayed during our month away, Edwin and the night guy (forget his name) were awesome!!! The location was perfect too, it was quaint, cute, and we met the nicest people there. The one and only issue we had was the awful smell coming from the bathroom…water or sewer smell not to sure, but we just kept the door shut. It is Mexico, and the price was more than fair. Would def stay again :)

Cabo Inn Hotel is authentic, colourful, clean and friendly. It’s not super fancy but that suits me fine. The staff are helpful. It’s quiet at night. The a/c works. Cleaning staff do a good job every day. It’s in convenient walking distance to the main tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Good value for money.

This is a very “budget” hotel. This property is going through a renovation. Ground floor packed with boxes of tiles. Community kitchen appears to only be used by staff. No microwave. No pool. Fridge in room does not work. Water was warm for shower about 1/2 the time. Shower drain was broken out. Bed was comfortable.

Habitación bien ubicada a solo 2 cuadras de la av. principal y la Marina, limpia, aunque el espacio es pequeño tenía lo necesario, una cama con colchón muy cómodo, ventilador y aire A, minibar, y el el piso arriba un pequeño yacusi y otras amenidades. A., baño muy limpio, TV, minibar el cual no use.

Die Lage ist super, alles gleich in der Nähe ( Wäscherei, MiniMarkt, Einkaufszentrum mit Marina), daher super!! Parkplatz an der Straße, eigentlich gesamt eine tolle Location, allerdings Nachts sehr laut (Zimmer Nr11 ist zur Strasse). Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt & spartanisch, kaum Steckdosen, das Bad ist sehr marode & abschreckend. Preislich allerdings sehr günstig für die Region, man muss halt leider viele Abstriche machen. Wur würden es nicht mehr buchen..

Cabo Inn is a no frills gem. 2-3 blocks from everything. The staff is awesome and tries to accommodate and answer as best as they can. AC went out in my room and they quickly transferred me to another room. Taxi and shuttle service to airport.

Wow, wow, wow! I still can't get over how special I was treated at the Cabo Inn Hotel. I stayed there on my birthday, and when I checked in to my room I discovered a bottle of sparking wine, balloons, a party hat, towel swans on the bed decorated with Hershey kisses, a heart made of bougainvillea flowers and ... wait for it ... a dozen red roses!!!! I thought maybe someone in my family had arranged for it, but nope - it was the hotel. I was absolutely blown away! Thank you, Cabo Inn Hotel! You had already won me over with your quaint accommodations, excellent location, and friendly staff (hi Edwin!) - but you really went above and beyond to make my visit extra special. Muchas gracias!

Love the staff. So incredibly accommodating and helpful. My favorite place to stay in Mexico. I love the decor of the place - trees, plants, pedals, flowers - my favorite part. It just makes for a very serene and comfortable place to relax. They make you feel at home there. And I do.

The staff are amazing as always. They know me by name. At one point I was referred to as “family.” I would never stay anywhere else. It is the most serene place I’ve ever been and I get there as often as humanly and financially possible.

We arrived four hours early, but Gabby at the front desk made room in a small office for us to store luggage until the room is ready. This is the third time we have stayed at Cabo Inn… Always a great experience and great value right in the middle of downtown Cabo. We love the option of using the community kitchen when needed, but there are so many great places to eat around the corner had a great price… And just a 30 minute walk to the beach, or a 10 minute bus ride.

In my humble opinion the administrative staff is not very communicative, I coordinated a tour, they confirmed me and they never came to pick me up, I lost a day. The place is regular clean, I pay just for the investment value, it's central and that's good.!

This property looked cute in the courtyard, but the door had a weird lock and a big gap under big enough for mice rats or other critters to get in. There was spiders on the bed. The shower had cold water only. No after hours staff support. The plug didn’t charge my phone. This stay is a last choice. Very uncomfortable.

Cabo Inn Hotel is authentic, colourful, clean and friendly. It’s not super fancy but that suits me fine. The staff are helpful. It’s quiet at night. The a/c works. Cleaning staff do a good job every day. It’s in convenient walking distance to the main tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Good value for money.

Parkplatz an der Straße, eigentlich gesamt eine tolle Location, allerdings Nachts sehr laut (Zimmer Nr11 ist zur Strasse). Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt & spartanisch, kaum Steckdosen, das Bad ist sehr marode & abschreckend. Preislich allerdings sehr günstig für die Region, man muss halt leider viele Abstriche machen. Wur würden es nicht mehr buchen..

This property is a great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Marina and mall areas. The rooms are being renovated and the upper floors are not handicapped enabled. One of the hidden gems is the pizza restaurant. I have been all over the world and it had some of the best pizza I have ever tasted!

I was looking for a small Mexican-style boutique hotel that was affordable but still full of charm, and this place was perfect. A great place, cute and quaint. The pizza restaurant seemed closed down. Pretty good location for walking to the marina and beach. Uber was easy to get. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The shower could have used a showerhead, but otherwise our stay was great!

I always stay at this hotel in Cabo because it is convenient, affordable, clean, and it has a very friendly staff. The manager is fluent in English and is always ready to help with vacation plans, ideas, or excursions that don’t relate to the hotel. The housekeeper is professional and reliable. There is a small kitchen facility that guests are allowed to use which is very convenient for light lunches, snacks and coffee. There is a nice shaded area on the roof with comfortable furniture to relax and read. They also have books in English that you can borrow. It is very close to the marina and there are several options close for dental work to be done.
