Very clean, quiet and well appointed unit. Very nice for a "basic" unit. Super convenient with their own shuttle service to the mountain and nearby shopping. Ski lockers right near the shuttle pickup atrea means no schlepping your gear through the halls. Overall, great place, I'd visit again!

Excellent spot for a Ski vacation. Our Condo was perfect, updated and met all of our needs. Shuttle was excellent and provided access to Lionshead and Vail village. Pool and Hot Tubs perfect for the Family. Ski lockers for storage on same level as shuttle pick up. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience here. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool and outdoor hotub were great and the shuttle they offer to and from the mountain was awesome. We also liked having a full kitchen / living room to hang out versus the hotel route.

Property was nice, condo was spacious and clean and right on city bus stop route. Had gym and a pool/hot tub. Price was good Check in was lousy, girl didn't give us code for garage To park and we had a car. She seemed pretty clueless about hotel, garage code, and area. We had to walk in hotel and luckily found people swimming to ask code so we could get back in, as someone was leaving f when we first checked in and garage was opened

You are not able to walk to the ski resort/base of vail from this property as advertised. There is a $50/day EXTRA fee for parking that they charge, without the presence of any actual parking spots. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Unit was on a floor with no elevator service. From the front desk, we had to go up a floor, down a hall, then down a floor. Then, the main living area was on the lower level so one more flight of stairs to negotiate. Lots of stairs and pulling luggage up and down two flights of stairs was an unexpected inconvenience. Shuttle service to Vail village was efficient and super helpful.

Parking was easy but cost $30 per day, the parking in Vail is pricey this time of year. They have a shuttle bus that runs 8a-9p and it is close enough to the city bus stop so everyone other than the latest night owl will have the chance to use it (free). We also were able to fine an Uber to get home on a single digit evening and avoid waiting for a bus. Otherwise this was great.

Right next to I70 but the wall and windows do a great job to block the traffic sound. Ski shuttle service is 5-star. Hot tubs and heated swimming pool are nice too. Staff are friendly. We definitely want go back.

The condo we stayed in was super nice, nice beds, appliances and sitting areas. The steam room wasn't working, but the outdoor hot tub was great! The transportation bus to the slopes was so convenient as well as the lockers to store ski equipment.

Overall, we had a brilliant stay here! The apartment had the wow factor when we arrived - bright and light with a great view of the mountain! The property facilities are also good - sauna, steam room, gym, swimming pool and hot tubs! The shuttle service was really great too, so getting in and from Vail worked like dream! The only minor niggles we had were that we were on the frontside of the property so the road noise at night can be a little intrusive (if you are a light sleeper) and also we got to know the maintenance guy pretty well as there were a few issues with lighting and the on-suite bathroom. Would I come back? Yes!

The overall property was good, however both the property and unit we were in were both showing signs of aging and wear. The floor in the top level entry area of the unit was as slick as an ice skating rink and bordered on dangerous- not sure what they were using to clean that floor, but not good! Also the complex wanted to charge us $50 for parking a second car (for a 2 bedroom unit mind you) in a 3/4 empty parking garage in the off season…crazy. Ultimately, The price was good for a weekend in Vail..

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions We were very disappointed with our stay. The photos online were completely misleading—what we walked into looked nothing like what was advertised. The unit was hot and stuffy, with the only bedroom window opening just a couple of inches, offering no real ventilation. Cleanliness was another major issue. There were weed crumbs on the comforter in the main bedroom, and the floors clearly hadn’t been swept before our arrival. It didn’t feel clean or cared for. The TV in the main room took nearly an hour just to get set up in English, which made relaxing in the space even more frustrating. Overall, the condition of the property and the deceptive nature of the listing left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable during our stay. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Probably not for everyone, but we liked having two levels. When you walk in, there's a bedroom immediately to the left. Everything else is downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked. There's even a walk-out porch. Plenty of parking in the parking deck.

My husband and I were in Vail for a conference and ended up booking this condo. The lobby and hallways made us a little concerned when we first checked in, however once in the condo it was beautiful. Nicely decorated, good size and very comfortable. The heat was a little hard to regulate, but we figured it out. We would definitely stay again!

Cleanliness and staff support were outstanding. Shuttle service was very good. Outdoor jacuzzi was a nice luxury with beautiful views, and relaxing after a day of skiing. Road noise was audible in the room.

Good property but dated. The heater thermostats are inaccurate. We set the heat on 70 and were sweating in the middle of the night. From that point on, we set the heat between 55-60 and the place was comfortable! But the front desk staff is great (they signed for my uber grocery delivery when I was out), the shuttle to Lionshead is very easy to use, the facility is clean and it is only 1 mile to Safeway. For the price, it’s not a bad deal overall.

Our check in agent, Stephan was amazing. So polite and informative. It was our first time at this condo and he made sure we were aware of all amenities that were available to us. Whenever we saw him, he always made a point to say hello and asked if we needed anything. Can't say enough about him! The condo was awesome. So roomy and clean. We will definitely be back!

terrible experience, we keep receiving text messages about the after hours check in with a code, we arrived around 9 pm, no one was available at check in, safe box had a key for some other tenant of the building, we called the numbers at least 20 times and no one answered. Another family had similar problem, we used counter desk phone and then someone out of state who was managing the property answered and said he cant help much and will try to get a hold of someone. after 3 hours of struggling we got maintenance person who helped us to get into the room, where there was no air conditioning in the apartment. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This property exceeded my expectations. What a great value for Vail! The units all have different owners so they will be different, ours was fantastic with a great view. The ski shuttle was extremely convenient. The indoor pool was large and had a great temperature. One small hiccup, we reserved a 6 person unit and were given a four person condo. Management brought us a rollaway free of charge, so it worked. We definitely would recommend and stay here again.

we have stayed here before and had a great experience. we arrived at 6:10 which was after hours (8-3:45), could not access room. called the contact # in text - no answer. had to do down to desk to find another contact #. Maintenance did arrive fairly quick to determine the door lock needed batteries. Paid for 4 quests, the particular unit had a queen in 2nd BR and sofa was not a pull-out, although this was specifically noted in the room description. The real issue turned out to be no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms. again, try to reach desk and told us to try to get to morning and they would deliver - seriously. will think twice about staying here again

We had a wonderful experience until our last morning. We left our room for a brief moment to take a load of gear to the car, well before check out time, and returned to the maids cleaning our condo. We had left music on, our purses were on the table, and there were other signs that we had not checked out ~ shoes in the foyer, luggage out, toothbrushes by the sink, etc. The staff said she thought we had left. When we complained to the front desk, Jazmine acted as if it were no big deal, and that she would have to talk to the staff to hear their side of the story. There was no apology offered, or any sort of compensation. She also said she would follow up with me, and she never did. I will recommend this property for its amenities and location, but bring your own privacy sign to be safe.

Convenient shuttle service during skiing season to/from Vail Village and Lionshead. Check-in took some time finding the right unit with the 2 bedroom, 3 beds and sofa bed originally requested to sleep 6. Ended up with the nicer more space deluxe condo, no sofa bed, and a rollaway bed added to 2nd bedroom. We made it worked and appreciate the service to let us choose the right unit.
