Four Seasons Resort Vail

The parking fees were obnoxious. $60 USD per night without any option to self park.

Beautiful hotel in nice location - a touch closer to Vail Village than Lionshead. Hotel staff were friendly. Limited food options until Tavernetta opens. Very nice spa that is open to guests even without massage/facial services. Friendly valet. Valet is expensive however - I believe we paid around $60 or more per night to valet

Our greeting was lovely. Great suite. Terrible bar and awful bar service. Cocktails with no napkins. Also terrible layout. It’s not the layout of a 5 star hotel.

Best hotel we ever stayed at & the room was huge. The staff were friendly & professional. The spa was well worth it. Definitely recommend coming here your next trip to Vail!

Amazing place for a relaxing get away. Close to everything with top of the line transportation to all the local attractions. If you go between mid October and early January none of the activities like skiing or ice skating will be open.

All of employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Workout room was very nice. Pool area secluded and beautiful.

I wholeheartedly recommend it — this is more than just a hotel. It’s an experience. And it was magical.

This Four Seasons property is absolutely a fabulous resort from the architecture, style, finishes, and chalet feel. It's very convenient to both Vail and Lions Head Villages. The mountains and scenery is extraordinary. We visited towards the end of June and the weather was fantastic - 70's & 50's everyday. The staff is friendly, helpful, and all had great attitudes - customer-centric mindset. Love the option of car service drop off/pick up within the Village, very convenient. I mentioned to the hotel staff it was our mini-moon and every amenity we used, e.g. Spa, driver, restaurants, etc., greeted us knowing it was our mini-moon which made it extra special. Housekeeping knew when we were not in our room and every time we came back the room was immaculate, petals and candles on the bed, Champagne & chocolate strawberries, the whole deal...super nice touch. We'll be back without a doubt! Thank you for making our mini-moon a very special occassion for us!!

The room had issues and things in it were broken. We did not feel comfortable or safe. the food was terrible and it was disappointing considering the amount of money spent to stay and dine there. The spa was nice and gym was nice.

Traveled with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and it was amazing!! Dave really went above and beyond with his exceptional service! The property is very clean and gorgeous

The hotel is beautiful. Smells amazing. For the most part, staff were very friendly. Female hostess in the one restaurant was not accommodating at all. I had to go to concierge to get a reservation at the restaurant to get a table. That was a little ridiculous. The front desk staff was incredible as well as housekeeping and valet.

Having stayed at Four Seasons hotels from Madrid to Anguilla and Bahamas to Budapest and had amazing experiences. The Vail Four Seasons is the absolutely most disappointing of any Four Seasons I’ve stayed at and honestly not sure why it even carry’s the brand name. Four Seasons prides itself in recognition of its guests and outstanding service. You won’t find any of this in Vail (with the exception of the guys driving the hotel shuttle). Check-in might as well have been at the local Quality Inn. The sofa bed had no linens despite them knowing we would be using it. Service at the Remedy bar was atrocious and I had to call ski valet 3 times to get my equipment back to pack it. And don’t bother using the App for services. Either it takes forever to reply or you are told to “ignore the wine list on the App it’s wrong, would you like us to bring you a paper one instead”. And my favorite, I ordered a bottle of Malbec. I got a call from in-room dining 30 minutes later saying they didn’t have the bottle, fair enough no problem, bring me another bottle of Malbec. “Sorry sir we don’t have ANY Malbec on property”. Seriously? You have a full bar and multiple restaurants and you don’t have ANY bottle of Malbec. So I ask for a comparably priced bottle of Cabernet, the response “sorry sir we have nothing comparably priced!” I don’t know who is running this Four Seasons but don’t go there expecting what you have come to love about the brand because you will be disappointed

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the seamless check-in process to the incredibly attentive and friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed with how dog-friendly the hotel is—they even provided dog bowls and a cozy dog bed for our dog, which made our stay all the more special. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. We can’t wait to return in November :)

Housekeeping was lacking and rude. Hotel restaurant floor was terrible and desperately needed a good cleaning.

It was horrible I need my money back they didn’t give me the room I reserved and service was horrible they didn’t help me with my bags and there was a loud noise coming from next room and I told front desk 3 times it was the worst stay ever

There were doing. construction inside, next to and above my room all day. There were loads of workers in hallways with beams. It was loud!! Not pleasant at all.

It was an absolutely magical place for us our honeymoon. the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room with a mountain view for free. We would absolutely return in the future!

The staff was just clueless; especially at the restaurants. Nobody was in charge and all servers were like headless chickens. The tent they put in the room for my daughter was a big hit but it took multiple requests and hours after they said it would be delivered to get.

The service and hospitality at the Four Seasons Vail exceeded my expectations! From check in to the spa services to dining and check out, the experience was amazing. I especially appreciate the concierge team who were so friendly and helpful. They gave me recommendations for the best places in town and even set up my room with the balloons I had delivered for my sister’s bday. The general manager and assistant manager made sure they accomodated us in every way. The welcome drink was so good and their famous hot choc was the best I’ve ever had! I’d def go back and after staying at the Four Seasons, it makes you only want to stay at that hotel chain wherever you go!

It's the Four Seasons! What's there not to like? Ordered room service coffee and the cream came warmed up and frothy. Talk about a nice touch!
