There was a problem registering but the owner intervened and the issue was straightened out. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned and the owner responded by getting management to clean again.

No open buffet for lunch or dinner, need to sit and wait for the order which is not convenient for someone who needs a bite a food not a full meal that’s also result in longer wait time when you try to get into one of the restaurants Despite of being on an all inclusive plan you need to sign for each and everything you pick, drinks, water, etc.. listing room # , print name and sign on each bill Different wifi access from room to main facility to the flamingo hotel which has majority of restaurants

Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots of toys and balls flying in pool, Screaming, splashing and totally took over pool driving adults out. I hope this gets changed, I have never seen this before and when I mentioned this to management they said that is the way it is.

We have visited several times and never want to leave. The staff is exceptional and the food and drinks are amazing. Beds are firm but comfortable. Nice amenities and wonderful service.
