My husband and I have traveled to Haarlem 4x now and this was the best stay so far. Not sure I can ever go without a rooftop deck again. The location was convenient to grocery, cafes, restaurants, shopping, truly steps to everything! Heated floors on the bathroom. Everything you may need in the kitchen. Nice beds. Yes, there is a vent from restaurant below on the rooftop but it wasn’t too loud and the curry smells were only occasional and not offensive. We loved the rooftop!!!

We loved being close to Amsterdam, but not in Amsterdam. The apartment is walking distance to train station and is on bus line. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops, and cafes. We enjoyed watching the busy street in front of apartment and had a lovely, quiet patio in back. Marquez was responsive to our texts. We would book again

The property is as-advertised, and the location is great. The upstairs loft/bedroom and bathroom area is very-much a loft, and not for anyone 6'-plus. The shower in the loft overflowed the first day, but thankfully there was a massive squeegee, and the mopping up wasn't too painful, but I brought this to the attention of the owner, and that problem was addressed. Had to purchase toilet paper upon arrival and dish detergent-not too much of a bother as far as great markets very close by. Hands down though, the location is spectacular as far as it being walking distance to an abundance of interesting sites. The owner/manager Marquez is very pleasant, and gave me a great heads-up re taking the bus to the airport as opposed to walking or taking a cab to the train station.

Brilliant apartment, nice rooftop terrace all very good. Just the extra bed was bit of a challange in regards to comfort. All in all highly recommendable

A well furnished apartment, modern and functional. Location is central, everything within walking distance. One window does not open and is blacked out. The balcony door has a crack. The stairwell smells unventilated. In this price range repairs of windows and doors should already be possible! The reception was friendly and professional.
