Stayed 1 night

The room was FILTHY and smelt like cigarette smoke. Asked for another room and was told all other rooms were booked.

Stayed 1 night

The first room had sheets that appeared dirty, so I asked to be moved. The move was made, but staff did not seem concerned and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Staff mocked me when I asked if the 2nd room was in the building "facing the road." Later I asked for a hair dryer and was told to go to the "white door" to get it. When i went to the white door, I was told to go to another, further area of the motel to get the hair dryer. I simply asked staff to get the hair dryer and told them I'd come back to retrieve it. Again, staff was not very gracious in helping me. They did bring the dryer to the room later.

Stayed 2 nights

While I was checking in, there was a large group of Hispanics having a good time, cooking, laughing, etc . Then, 5 gunshots rang out and they all scattered. My wife and daughter where waiting in the car. Guy at the deak tried to play it off as a truck backfiring. Smfh. Anyway, get to my room, TV is on, but no remote to be found. I go back to the front desk, with my protection, and ask for a remote. 45 mins later, I'm standing outside, watching the cops and detectives all over the property, and another motel employee/owner proceeds to use his key to get in my room. Mind you, I'm already on high alert, and my wife and daughter are laying in the bed. I said a few choice words, and told him he had no business going into my room. Then, he asked ME what I did with the remote!!! I just about lost it! He thought that I was with those other guys. I set him straight, but we were on high alert and didn't get much sleep.
