Grand Lodge 259 - 2 Bedroom Condo with Pool & Hot Tub

Excellent place to stay with our dog. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Very comfortable big room.

Very satisfied with my stay. Only one small issue. The jacuzzi heater and jets were not working. Everything else was excellent!

First off, the listing stated 21.4 miles from Aspen... That distance is "as the crow flys"! It takes 2.5 - 3 hours to drive from Crested Butte to Aspen. 25 miles of this drive is literally on a dirt road! The communication from the host was poor. Thanfully there was still someone at the facility when we arrived to help find our room and access the room. The room hadn't been vacuumed. The handle on the shower was about to fall off. The ironing board was falling apart. The room was old and in need of much attention. I paid for three nights but bacause we needed to be in Aspen for a memorial service one day and the funeral the next day, we only stayed one night because of the drive time. When I explained all of this to the host, they said sorry to hear that... That was all. Absolutely no attempt to do anything to help the situation! Please avoid this place/listing.

Excellent room and service. I was here for a work trip. I was able to easily work with them to extend the trip by one day. I was also able to overnight some supplies to be received at their office. Great win for my work project. Beautiful area and hotel. Amazing trip!
