Easy check in, the hotel was really nice and spacious, has a bar, pool, basketball court, kids seemed to enjoy all the amenities. Room was great! I would stay here again. It is walking distance from the Levi’s stadium. We took uber there and then we walked back, very doable. You could hear the train pass by every now and then but it wasn’t a bother. Parking was great. I would recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Nice amenities. Love the basketball court and mini golf area for the kids. Very clean property and room, lots of space! The only downside is that the pool was not heated, though it didn’t stop my kids from swimming for hours!

The hotel is really nice and feels like a safe location. The breakfast was really good. But.... I would recommend to not use the hot tub. When we got out of the hot tub two of my daughters bathing suits where bleached, my daughter just bought a brand new expensive bathing suit for our vacation and it was ruined after the hot tub. We all felt like we were breathing in bleach the whole time. Wanted to give this hotel an excellent review but bummed 2 expensive bathing suits where ruined.

Overall experience at this hotel was fair to poor. Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable but room amenities were quite scarce. Pool area was loud with the baseball court literally right next to it with just a netting and metal fence border each The constant sound of a basketball and the nose level was like a circus zoo Horrible design concept Pool was freezing they use the sun to warm their pool Pool towels were the size of a hand towel No landscape around the pool felt being in the middle of a dessert with the train tracks next to you Was not told from receptionist that there was a breakfast and we checked out ready to go for breakfast elsewhere when we saw people coming in and out of a breakfast room Walked up to reception and asked her and she said oh yeah we have breakfast No mention of any of this Recommend just 1 night for this place Never again South Bay traffic is a nightmare with a nightmare of drivers

The restaurant and bar were closed. No mention about it at booking or prior to checking in. Had to inquire. Our room smelled of urine and another odor. When we changed rooms and went to make the sofa bed there were no linens.

This property was clean and offered many amenities such as bbq area, pool, spa, basketball,golf, walking paths, breakfast.

Dining was closed due to call in by chef, and the hot tub was not heated in the morning. Only after a complaint, did the hot tub get turned up to an appropriate temperature. Really unfortunate both mornings.

The pool, basketball, gym, and the wonderful restaurant was amazing but the best and nices rooms ive seen. Thank you

We really enjoyed all the activities that were offered like basketball, golf, swimming, bbqing. Would recommend this property to anyone and plan to come back.

Nice property. The Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the heated pool which was just about perfect for January. I was able to swim laps in it even though it is short. The Hot tub was also great. Only downside is the train that comes by fairly often. Though it wasn't really disturbing to me at all. Overall great place to stay. I'll probably stay there again.

We've stayed here multiple times and it's been great, this time was the exception. Our room was not the cleanest, we found almonds and crumbs on the floor, the room smelled and the water pressure was low.

New hotel, large modern room, clean, comfortable, ample parking space, excellent WiFi, super complementary breakfast , very friendly staff. We would stay there again…. Absolutely !

When I checked in to this hotel on March 8, 2024 I notified them that I would like housekeeping services on Sat. 3/9, specifically a new set of clean towels. After 2:00pm on Saturday i had not received new towels so i called the front desk and they said someone would bring towels to the room. Nobody ever brought towels so i went down to the front desk. I should not have to request 3 times for clean towels.

The room we stayed in the first night was pretty much directly facing the railroad track with extreme noise and disturbance when the train running through… We asked to have quiet room (front desk asked if we’d like 2nd or 3rd floor…) and naturally we chose 3rd floor (thinking higher floor is better, quieter) without realizing that particular room the front desk staff intended to assign to us was the one (Rm #377) facing directly to the track, and extremely extremely noisy when train ran through… I confronted with her when I checked out three nights later, and she admitted she was fully aware of that but did not mentioned anything about the noise (as the result of train passing through) when we took the #377 for the evening of 8/7… I called the front desk asking room change couple hours after we checked in #377 and realizing the extreme noise heard inside the room… the front staff declined our request (indicating there is no room at the Fairfield Inn (Marriott) side and they could offer the quieter rooms in Residence Inn of Marriott because we booked the hotel from Expedia side… Although front staff allowed us to move to Rm #360 for 8/8, 8/9 night (much quieter), but 8/7 was unbearable with train running through as late as 11:25pm and as early as 6am … (and when train passed through, the train operator also released high pitch bell/sound (announcing the train is going through!?)… Really disappointed about how this was managed as a Marriott franchise/affiliation hotel establi

Very out of the way. Nice hotel. Does not have a full bar. Noisy train! Hard to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the big surprise as it was large and roomy. The shower stall was big too. And the room was fairly quiet. I also liked that I could use my Amazon Prime and Netflix account on the room tv.

Check-in was super easy. The room was huge and very comfortable. Property was very nice. Gym was clean and well-equipped. Complimentary small snack bites offered after 6pm until gone and was a super nice surprise. Breakfast in the morning contained a great variety of selections and had ample seating available. Overall, it was a great stay and our 2nd time staying here. We'll definitely be back.

The room was in nice & clean condition. Downstairs has a great lobby area and breakfast was great. The beds and pillows are horrible though!

The room itself was fine, but it was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on, which made the stay unpleasant.

Reyanna, front desk that checked us in was simply amazing! The room we wanted(#463) was not quite ready as we arrived early. But she held the room for us, checked in our belongings, and even called us when our room was ready. Water view was spectacular, very peaceful, once in a while you hear a train go by, but noise level is not bothersome at all. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy, breakfast selection was decent, and lots of places to sit. Recreational amenities is def family oriented. Huge pool with separate jacuzzi. Overall, our stay was great. Wished we could have stayed extra night, so we will for sure return again for another staycay in a month or two.

Great location site! We had a window facing north, it had an awesome view of the sunset. The room itself was a good and comfortable size. The cleanliness was good and the shower water pressure was pretty strong. The shower stall was nice and roomy. The breakfast was amazing everything from waffles to biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, potatoes, scrambled egg whites you name it they probably had it. Will definitely stay here again! Also, the service was friendly and quick.

About the stain was fantastic except the showerhead sucks. Room 482.

Horrible customer service. The front desk cannot help or accommodate any changes that usually other hotels can.

When checking the had to call them from the back room and when desk clark decide to come out she acted like I was bothering her after I stood there for a while.

Friendly and helpful staff

There was a booking error for this trip and the facility staff refused to assist at all. There was no option to refund or change the booking date even in advance. This was not a cancellation due to change of plans or last minute changes, etc. This was an error at booking and they would not assist. Terrible.

Hello I didn’t like the fact that every night besides the last night I stayed the power/lights kept going out. Atleast 4 times each day besides the last day it went out. I switched rooms the last night because I just had about enough. The hotel staff also told me I cannot book an additional hotel stay at the hotel itself(I asked from desk) they said I needed to book with a 3rd party online. So so did that. The follow day I asked another from desk rep and was informed I was able to book at the hotel itself. The first night the lights went out was 30min of me getting into my room. I went to front desk to inform them. Sat in the lobby for 35 minutes with no update. I walked to front desk and asked if power is now working and that’s when she said it should be. The fact that I was forgotten about and I was sitting right there in lobby was terrible service. For what you pay at this hotel the service wasn’t upto par.

Checking into the hotel was effecient ad super friendly. Our room was a free upgrade and very comfortable. It was our second time booking here and I’d do it all over again!

Stayed here for 49ers playoff game. This hotel is super clean and staff was amazing. We did have to walk from the stadium after the game, only a 20 minute walk. Jorge the bartender is the best. He served us after the normal closing time which is 10pm. The continental breakfast is amazing. 10/10 overall.

A little challenging to find/drive to; but great property overall once you find it.

This property is kind of new. It is very clean, quiet, and safe hotel. It does not locate nearby any walking shopping stores and restaurants. An excellent hotel for a good night rest.

We stayed here for a concert. We walked to/from Levi Stadium and it felt safe. It was 1.6 miles each way. Hotel is updated and very clean, breakfast was good.

Enjoyed the breakfast and it was a nice room. It was somewhat difficult to find as the Maps direction led to an inaccessible back street, but once we found it, it had easy parking.

The breakfast buffet was awesome every morning! A lot to choose from DELICIOUS … The location is far from things with no close transportation near by but it was perfect for us who went to enjoy a soccer event . We just Uber it or walked - ran to and from.

Quiet location, convenient to Levi Stadium

Went to a concert at Levi’s Stadium and the walk wasn’t that bad. It is longer on the way back because of all the concert road closures. The property did advise us of that and even provided us with walkable directions for after the concert so we were prepared and it wasn’t a surprise!

Great stay! Travelled with family for a business trip. A bit far from the restaurants.

We stayed one night for a concert at Levi’s Stadium and the location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet considering a lot of people were partying pre/post concert. All the staff I had interactions with were friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was better than most other places I’ve stayed at. We would definitely stay again.
