Philly Airport Inn - Philadelphia Airport

OK, so I actually don’t even know where to start. I’m just gonna give a bullet list of everything that was wrong. The door had no safety latch. There was about a 2 inch gap underneath of the door. The hotel itself looked like it had not been cleaned since the day it opened. This includes the light fixtures, the floor, the dressers. Reeked of cigarettes and chemicals. There was no toilet seat. A hole in the wall covered with duct tape that led into the Next room or a dark abyss, I don’t know I wasn’t removing the duct tape. But finally, the baby roach I stepped on two minutes after turning on the bathroom lights and five seconds after walking through the door. All this to be said if you find any of this stuff, make sure you report it within an hour because if you don’t, you’re not gonna get a refund and it won’t even matter if you were in the hotel room for five minutes before you left for a concert didn’t get back until 1 AM when you decided to check out and sleep in your car. Just don’t you can find better.

Pulling into the parking lot, there were homeless non-residential people hanging out smoking weed near the front office. When I entered the area to go upstairs, you could smell mildew and something that smelt like spoiled food and it was very dirty. What look like an ice machine was broken down but in the room there’s not even an ice bucket. Let alone refrigerator of any sort. The AC unit, although it does blow out cold air. It obviously hasn’t been maintained because it to smells like it’s blowing mildew into the room so you have that moldy smell. The room was hardly furnished with anything. There was no hanger rod in what looked like a closet area so you had no way to hang your clothes. The towels felt damp and were still dirty. The sink was detached from the countertop and it was obvious when you first walked in. There was an amount for a blow dryer, but no blow dryer. . The floor of the bathtub felt like it was separated from the original part of the bathtub, and there was water in between because it made it feel like you were surfing. There was a cockroach in the bathtub. I woke up to finding a mouse inside of my closed bag of chipped on my nightstand and when I told the nighttime employee, it did not seem to concern them. Had to have my room key, reloaded all three nights.

The room was filthy mouse turds broken chair no phone hair in and on the sheets all around terrible experience after traveling 10plus hours and had to immediately leave because cleanliness was nonexistent

this hotel is terrible they should call it the brown stain in it was disgusting it had mice all throughout the room when you turn the light off they gotten all our food and defecated in it they chewed up the plastic bags everything was dirty and and broken there was drug addicts and homeless and other vagrants hanging all over the property the ice machine was non-functional and appeared to be stripped for its metal
