Self parking was really confusing. It’s hard to know where you can park. Lots of spots say “reserved” as there are condos and businesses. Finally I settled on a visitor spot but it was for one of the businesses so I still felt uncomfortable. More direction and signage would have been helpful.

Loved the pool and saunas the most, however the whole properly was lovely! And the staff were great too! Clean, upscale, convenience, and reasonably priced. The valet parking was a nice perk, and was remarkably useful with a 3-year old in tow. I will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Montreal.

Perfect location to explore downtown Montreal. We felt very safe and all the staff were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio and pool area. Also, the gym was excellent. Thanks!

Perfectly situated near old Montreal and great walking distance to main shopping area of the city. The rooftop pool was great - small - but such a great amenity for hot summer days. Food at the rooftop bar was okay. Cafe Paper Hill is very close and has the best breakfast. There is also a small grocery store next to the hotel for great take out food options.

Beautiful place but very confusing. Rules at the pool changes every day. Not enough plastic glasses at the pool , so they serve you 200$ wine in a cart board glass which is totally ridiculous. Prices are insanely high for what you get. Will not be returning.

Very classy and sophisticated hotel in the heart of downtown just walking distance to all the major attractions. Very spacious rooms with top notch service. Pool, bar, gym, spa service and resturant made it hard to venture out. No need to leave the hotel on that rainy day. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Location is great for exploring the port and old Montreal, everything was very walkable. Rooftop pool and gym/amenities were also nice. Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations in terms of quality/cleanliness. Upon arrival we found old socks left in the room from another guest. The team was responsive and removed them right away, but wasn’t overly apologetic about it. Further, we noticed a bad smell in the hallways and washroom coming from the drains. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, so we didn’t bother raising it. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this property for the cost paid given there are many other options.

This was a business/family trip. Everything with hotel was good, only comment is that room service wasn't being fone before later time of the day. So by the time we got to the hotel each day around 4:30 pm, the room wasn't serviced and usually it happened late. We stayed 4 days at yhe hotel and two of the days the service happend quiet late. Other teo days everything was ok

The hotel staff is not doing their job, rooms aren’t clean properly. There’s leftover food sitting on the hallway for days without being taken care of and it smells terrible in the room

This is the third time that we have stayed here. Easy walk from the train station and also close to the metro. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. There is an organic grocery store, Avril, with ready-made food steps away that is very convenient if you need something quick. Short walk to the old port.

The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It also has an impressive gym and pool. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the schedule for room cleaning is quite late in the day. We came back to the room around 5pm to get ready for dinner and our room wasn't cleaned. I found staff down the hall and got new towels but then our room wasn't cleaned at all that day. On the next day, similar situation but she was just finishing up the cleaning and so we waited by the pool.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean, the staff was great, and the whole property had a really nice, modern feel. There’s a lovely bakery and coffee shop on site with beautiful pastries and delicious coffees and teas, definitely a highlight. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant and lounge this time, but I’d love to on my next visit. The mini-bar in the room was also really well stocked. There was some construction in the area that made getting to the hotel a little tricky, but that’s pretty common for downtown Montreal during the spring and summer months. I did find the room could have been a bit more soundproof, we could hear our neighbors and anyone chatting in the hallway. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, so the room steamed up a lot after hot showers. All that said, I had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The air condition is very loud, unable to fall asleep because of air condition loudness. Mini bar and refrigerator drink was not include and quite pricy. Other than that the area is very convenient walkable.

Amazing stay ! The concierge asked if we were statying for a special occasion. It was for my fiancé's birthday. The hotel insured we had a special day by leaving a champagne bottle and a kind letter. Thank you Humaniti staff !

While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was poor communication between staff members. Therefore, promised services were completely forgotten, there were errors in reservations, and a true lack of follow through. When face to face with staff everyone was kind, understanding and apologetic when mistakes were made, however, the correction for aknowledged staff errors were not communicated to other staff members, leaving us inconvenienced and frustrated. It was a disappointment because we were impressed with our rooms and property overall. But when service is lacking, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

The staff was rude, there was a fire alarm that went off during my stay and the staff didn’t even say anything to us we had to figure it out on our own, when we asked why nobody said anything or was there to help they said we’re telling you now. Very rude and will not be coming back here

On nous a donné une carte pour notre chambre à notre arrivée qui ne fonctionnait pas dans l’ascenseur. Finalement on nous a dit que notre chambre n’était pas prête . C’était pourtant 16:30.. L’hôtel nous a alors offert un coupon pour boire un verre au bar. Nous avons dû attendre encore 45 minutes pour comprendre que finalement que c’était une erreur. Par contre on attendait et personne ne nous a fait signe.. Le personnel était complètement perdu.

The team was not prepared. We waited an extended period of time to receive our room despite arriving early for our reservation. We paid the pet fee and there were no pet accessories left in the room as promoted. The concierge that did check us in, forgot about us, so we had to check in a couple of times to inquire if the room was ready. Even though we were waiting they could have offered us a beverage while we wait or dog treat. Overall, once we got in the room, we were pleased, but the customer service does neeed improvement.

Had our belongings stolen while out exploring for the day. Reported it to the concierge in which they responded “well maybe housekeeping didn’t mean to steal it”.. they told us they would open up an investigation. We were not contacted further about this issue. Disappointed. I have stayed in many hotels and have never had anything stolen from my room. Would not recommend.

Fantastic trip in an amazing city, I wish I’d been able to stay longer! brilliant location between the old port and the st Catherine shopping district, room spotless and great view over city and pool deck. Staff v friendly and helpful (more so than previous experiences in Quebec). C 30 mins direct to the airport in the Uber. Used the pool after check out which was great to be able to do before a long flight. Was in town for MTL pride and staff were very welcoming with good suggestions for nightlife.

Best staff anywhere...call after every request to confirm taken care of. Room quiet, bed comfortable. Only suggestion is that refrigerator small with no freezer and not very cold. But overall wonderful stay!

Absolutely the best service from the staff. They were super accommodating with a late check out as a Marriott member. The bed was the most comfortable and the shower was so relaxing.

Our stay at Humaniti was everything we hoped and more. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. (I slept better than I remember sleeping in any hotel!) Food options were great—breakfast downstairs and an excellent “splurge” restaurant in the facility. Close to the old city, parks, and super quick pickup for taxis etc. And the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean, and wow! The amazing art! Very relaxing hotel. The restaurants serve great food options for days you don’t want to venture out. Within a 30-minute walk of many amazing restaurants and attractions for the days you want to explore the city. Definitely coming back soon.

Check in took a little while as the gentleman was dealing with a costumer who wanted all her rooms on the same floor, but after about 10 minutes another gentleman stepped out and took care of me. he was friendly and efficient and very welcoming. the suite was roomy with an amazing view, was very clean and cozy. my dog and i felt right at home. room service was quick and the quick bite i grabbed at the restaurant was delicious. the 24h hour gym is a great bonus and has good equipment. i can't wait to come back in the summer when the terrasse and outdoor pool are open 👌

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de la ville. Accessible depuis la station de bus (aéroport) ou la Gare centrale (train). Personnel agréable et serviable. Nous avions pris la suite situé au 17ème étage avec une vue sur la ville. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité. Suite spacieuse très confortable. Nous regrettons quand même l’absence de petit-déjeuner en buffet. Il existe uniquement à la carte et le prix final peut vite grimper. Au pire vous pourrez vous rabattre sur à boulangerie Ange située dans le même complexe immo. Je recommande.

Perfect for a get away. Location is ideal for walking the city and the hotel itself was a treat, clean, friendly and so uniquely comfortable. Dining was also a great experience with wonderful views from the roof top.
