Tasty cooked to order breakfast was included. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, and LOTS of shopping. Some reviewers complained about noise from nearby bars, but we did not experience any of that. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with nice loungers. One small complaint...the pool could have been cleaner. A lot of hair and small debris floating around which was kind of a turn off to getting in the water.

바로 옆에 핫한 카페가 있어서 좋았고 수영장도 프라이빗하다. GYM도 괜찮았으며 직원들이 친절하다. 아침식사가 괜찮았다. 스파(마사지)가 부족하다. 가격대비 훌륭하며 수영장에서 쉬면서 바라보는 시야가 멋지다

숙소도 넓고 수영장도 즐기기 좋습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 바다가 가까워 바다에 가기도 좋습니다. 더만 저녁에 시끄러울 수 있어서 잠에 예민하시면 힘들 수도 있습니다. 그리고 아침식사로 메인메뉴는 주문하고 빵은 앞에 있는거 가져가면 되는데 빵에 초파리들이 좀 많아서 아쉬웠어요

Beautiful hotel with an old fashion flair. In great location. The service is very nice and staff very accommodating. The music in the neighborhood can be heard at night and that was a bit of a disturbance. The location is very convenient. Would stay again, perhaps in another room to avoid music noise..

Superb hotel in great location. The service is excellent and the people are exceptionally friendly and focused on providing the best service possible. 9 1/2 out of 10 for me, the only very slight downside is there is a noisy bar nearby that you can hear late into the night but it’s not that loud really

I just checked into this Hotel. To start off I am probably in the most expensive room in the hotel at $300 per night for an off waterfront hotel room. Firstly, the so called happy hour has cheap white wine and poor quality appetizers. Secondly, when I came back to my room, I couldn't get in because the lock on the door would not open and it took them a half hour to get it open while I sweated outside. Thirdly, the A/C in the room can't keep up with the heat despite having it set at 18C and last but not least, this allegedly 4 star hotel is right beside a night club which pumps mind numbing techno music till midnight so loud you can't hear yourself think. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would check out tomorrow. Don't stay here. For the price it is a complete misrepresentation of the quality of the hotel. Yes, the rooms are nice and the hotel well maintained but the loud music till mifnight makes it completely unacceptable.

Had a very comfortable stay here. The customer service was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. They arranged my all my transportation, allowed for early check in and late check out and even upgraded my room! They went above and beyond when I got a case of Bali belly and provided me with remedies to aid in my recovery. Very appreciate of their kindness and service. Highly recommend.
