Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We were led into a tranquil environment from the first step out the car. The staff were all attentive and welcoming. The environment captured a jungle like feel with fresh air breezes and smells of fresh sweet fruit. The hotel looks unkept but the rooms need some attention as it captures a basic

Replenish of washcloths and towels was lacking. In a 4 day stay, no washcloths received. Restaurants were really good. Arcade hours for those under 13 need to expand as several nights, it was empty but our 10 year old couldn’t go in.

Everything was great except two things the AC in our room wasn’t work we couldn’t control it and it was a pain to keep calling so we called them to turn it off and we just left it off the the time we were there it was a pain to call constantly. And the food it’s not so great beside the wait time was to long and everything was reservations and the food was not good at all.

Everything was clean and the staff was great.

This is a very family oriented/child friendly resort, which is what we wanted. If you are looking for an adults only experience, this isn’t the place for you. Our toddler had a great time in the shallow pool, lazy river, and toddler friendly water slides. We got to relax and enjoy as well. We were very happy with the dinners. Good breakfast buffet. I think the resort should have a couple of additional poolside lunch options like pizza or wings. The Italian restaurant has excellent pizza at dinner that would be a great addition at lunch. All restaurants had excellent dessert options. The coffee shop had really good lattes and ice cream. Breakfast always had delicious pastries. Happy with the food overall, which is not always the case at all inclusive resorts. The furniture in the rooms had a bit of wear and tear which is surprising given the property is only 5 years old. These features make the rooms feel older than they are. Great staff. Rooms are a nice size. It is a bit strange to not have an elevator on the 3rd floor but thankfully we were able to move to a different floor that had an elevator. I traveled with my husband and toddler. I am also 30 weeks pregnant so an elevator was needed. We would likely return for a family trip.
