We arrived and were given room 726 (I think) we only stayed in this room 1 night as it was quite small and had no balcony so we paid for an upgrade which was 25USD per night. 2 pools, 1 with swim up bar. Resort was very quiet the time of year we went (May) but exploded with people over the weekend. Staff and entertainment is all very Spanish orientated so for those who don’t speak Spanish the evenings can be a bit boring. Food and drinks were okay, pretty standard all inclusive. Sadly I picked up food poisoning on the last evening which was hardly ideal with 20 hours or travelling ahead of us. Staff for the vast majority were really friendly and helpful even if there is a language barrier. Not somewhere I’d be likely to return too but overall it was a decent stay.

The food, did not change everything was the same. !!! The only day it changed was in valentines day… Everything was always cold, I was there for 4 days and kept reporting i had no hot water !! And they did nothing about it,
