The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

The Grove has changed a lot. Lots of damage to the hallways and room, room wouldn’t cool for some reason. Staff was so rude and a kid almost drowned because the life guard never look in the direction the kid was in. I was a witness and the management blamed the parent. 18% gratuity on literally anything you buy. Might be finding a new spot

Check in was easy. The saff were all very friendly and helpful. The room could use better cleaning, but other than that it was a great stay.

My family and I had a good stay at the Grove. They are close to the attractions which is nice. The pool areas were nice. One of our issues was the hours posted for the restaurants were incorrect. It got to be a little frustrating. Also, we were in a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit with a party of 7 and the room only had 4 towels. They corrected it quickly once I called. No kitchen towels. I was charged 3 times for food I never got as the system was not working. I’m told it should refund but I’ve not seen it yet. I would go back in the future. All in all it was a good stay.

You really don’t even need to leave the resort for a fun family weekend getaway. We had a great time we will be back!
