There were live roaches on the bathroom when we checked in and hot water was not readily available- had to wait 15 mins for the hit water both in the sink and shower. The atmosphere was not that warm and homey in my opinion. There was no pool and had to use gym of the next hotel(same owner) coz their gym was not ready for use yet.

Inviting entrance. It's in an area with many hotels nearby. Seemed safe to me on a trip stop over for sleep. Easy parking and well-lit outside. Check in was easy. The front desk guys were nice and helpful. Newer looking building...bright and clean. Elevator was fast and easy to use. Room was great overall. Restaurants close by for food. I missed breakfast...can't comment on that. Would stay here again.

The hotel is new. Kept clean and neat. Area around the hotel is very unsafe -commercial area with a lot of trucks and foot traffic. Many fantastic restaurants and fast food places near by. Only one elevator in the hotel which makes is difficult and time consuming to get to the rooms/lobby. Staff was super pleasant, understanding and helpfull. Sadly, no indoor or outdoor pool.

Hotel lacks atmosphere or warm and inviting lobby/sitting/kitchen area. Interior decorating is horrible and I'm not happy with the $100/incidental charge that's still on my account....4-5 business days later. This place was clean and staff was nice...but needs some decorating and the fitness area and pool were closed???!!! Disappointing experience to say the least, but great location....just needs some loving.

Upon checking in, the room was not clean. There were stains in each bed, stained towels, and hair in the tub, toilet and bathroom floor. I travel with cleaning supplies so we sanitized the room and the front desk staff was kind and provided us with new linen. She asked if we would like to change rooms, but it was late so we opted to stay in the assigned room/did not want to risk the same issues in another room.

We weren't expecting a 5 star hotel but this wasn't the greatest experience. I'm not sure if they are that understaffed but they don't clean the rooms unless you ask for it. The toilet didn't really flush--we had to manually lift the float and the flapper to get everything down almost every time we used it. The water pressure was terrible. The fridge didn't keep cold. The beds were on a metal platform that popped every time you moved. The clock shorted out when plugged in. The elevator literally bounced every time it stopped to the point my son didn't want to take it anymore so we took the stairs--and the stairs on the top two levels weren't standard rise. Other people staying there were propping side doors open and smoking in the stairwell, some were smoking other things (no judgement, just don't do it around my kid).

The water pressure was hardly enough to rinse soap out of your hair in the shower. The hot water took 10-15 minutes to come out of the tap. The breakfast service was a little sparse for options. No condiments available for the breakfast sandwiches. No peanut butter or jam for breads. I don’t think I would book another Sleep Inn if that is normal

Beds were very uncomfortable, AC was hard to get moderate (it was either too warm or ice cold), hot water took forever and only got warm - never hot, and we had to beg repeatedly to get our room serviced on the 2nd day. The whole area (around 10 hotels very close by) is just rough - bums and prostitutes everywhere - actively soliciting at night. Most of the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful, but the hotel needs some work. HOWEVER.....I did want cheap and it was very inexpensive - but I would pay more to stay elsewhere when back in Greensboro - and probably would not stay in that same area again.

The hotel seemed fairly new and the room was in good shape. Several out of town Workers were staying there so we heard the early morning doors closing as they left for work. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bed wasnt very comfy. Overall decent stay. Suggest visiting the Richard Petty Museum in Level Cross and visiting the nearby Biscuitville for breakfast.

How refreshing to have a front desk agent look up and smile when checking us in. I would say 99% of the time anymore, hotel staff don’t even make eye contact or speak in full sentences, much less make you feel welcome. For once we were made to feel like guests, not inconveniences that interrupt their staring at a phone.

The lady at the desk was really nice and patient. But…. I have no idea why in the world that they wouldn’t have more people at the desk checking people on when they knew there was a concert that night. The line was super long and o my one person at the desk checking in. To top that as soon as the long line was gone there where two men at the desk. So when it’s busy you have one person and when it’s slow you have 2. Terrible business. Won’t go back there

We were kept awake from 11 PM to 3:15AM by people stomping, making noise. Called office around 2AM and was told the people over us was moving out. It took over 4 hours for them to move out?? Nothing was done!! We were told to just suck it up. Will not stay there again.

I arrived to check in at about 8 pm April 2nd after a day's work, to be told by the receptionist to wait. There was not any form of greeting upon my arrival. So, I waited like I was told thinking that she is busy on the phone with another customer. She was not. She was on a personal call face timing with a couple of people in Gujarati. It just so happens that I am from India also. This was extremely unprofessional on her part, and needless to say, as a result of how I was treated, I will never stay in your hotel again.

The people at the front desk gave my room number and a KEY to my hotel room to my ex boyfriend. Who came into my room while I was naked in the bathtub. We were never married nor have the same last name. He didn’t even know what room I was in. They handed him every bit of that information.

In again for the ACC Women's Basketball Tournament. Nice hotel, staff is friendly, clean, and everything worked. The hotel is in a great location, right near several highways and not to far from the Greensboro Coliseum. Plenty of restaurants around, thought mostly chains so if you're looking for something from the local scene you might need to drive into downtown or UNCG. Neither is far away though. Depending on your walk, not the most pedestrian friendly place either. BUT... if you're looking for ease and access then all is good here. I've stayed here before, and would do so again.

Have stayed here several times. Convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum area. Numerous restaurants close by, mostly chains but there are a number of local restaurants located throughout Greensboro that are worth the short drive from this hotel. This hotel is also just a short drive from downtown area or UNCG area.

Don't expect much for breakfast. The only thing hot was make your waffles. We also found 3 yogurts that were pasted there expiration by more than 2 weeks. Juice machine was over flowing on the floor and no one around to clean it up. No fruit, or it was already gone at 8AM. Once again, no one around to refill items clean the counter tops.

The hotel breakfast was almost non-existent. No hot food and limited options in general. Toilet wasn't secured to the floor, so every time you sat up, it hit the wall. Lots of homeless people walking up and down the road leaving shopping carts in the streets. The 2nd shift desk clerk was super nice, but the morning shift guy was incredibly grumpy.
